Llegamos a tomar unas copas antes de nuestro almuerzo y fuimos cálidamente recibidos por el personal del bar muy amable. Se compraron bebidas a nuestra mesa en el bar. La selección para el almuerzo fue variada y todos disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida. El servicio fue excepcionalmente amable y muy eficiente, lo que añadió aún más a nuestra experiencia. Recomendamos encarecidamente una visita a este establecimiento.

Great atmosphere and the band was amazing. Drinks are reasonable. I ordered a fizzy lemonade and it only cost £1.60!! Will definitely go again for the next night out!

My girlfriend and I had booked a table for food on Monday night and are very disappointed with the service we received. We were seated for 30 minutes and were not given food menu’s, despite there being someone at the host stand and plenty of menu’s. When we finally caught the attention of a waitress to ask for a food menu she was rude and brushed us off. We then saw the waitress who was initially serving us stood at the host stand on her phone whilst we were still waiting to order. We have been to different locations before and never experienced this problem so we were left feeling very dissatisfied with the service.

Mellows is absolutely gorgeous Caribbean food! I opted for the curry goat XL with a side a wings. The curry goat was delicious, flavours were sensational and meat given was generous. Wings were just yum. The atmosphere was very chill vibes, good music to enjoy. I’d personal prefer more reggae but that’s just me 🤣. Our waitress Tamara was so kind and attentive, not seen service like that in such a long time. Iv been customer service and hospitality a long time, it’s a rare find that kind of energy. I would describe this as more fine dining with the quality and the service, but definitely got the home-cooking flavours Anyway thank for having us. Jah Bless ✌🏾 x

Devon House Jamaican Restaurant, 10 out of 10 for the service ee received and for the food. It was the first time I went to the Restaurant, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. I went with my friends, they too enjoyed their food and service with a smile. The food was delivered in a timely manner, we received. I had side orders of sweet potatoes and colesaw, along with rice and peas, salad, salmon with a lovely sauce, the food was 😋, I also had a big glass of ginger beer, for my pudding I had apple crumble and ice cream, this too was delicious 😋. We were all full after eating our lunch. I would recommend trying the food at Devon House Jamaican Restaurant, I will certainly be going there again.

Qué personal más encantador. Lo pasamos genial. Estábamos sentados en una zona que estaba reservado a partir de las 10 y el chico que limpia las mesas muy disculpadamente nos trasladó a pesar de que había sido claramente señalizado como reservado. El personal del bar era muy profesional y amable. Especialmente Scott. Gracias. No puedo esperar a volver.

We went to the kings of Leon gig at the utilita arena but being not from the area, I naively thought I’d be fine not booking a table with that amount of eateries in Birmingham! Obviously wrong, the staff at gas street fitted us in despite not having a booking. Our server Ben was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, as was the cocktails.

What a complete shambles! Very poor communication throughout. After weeks of trying, we eventually managed to book a time to use a Groupon voucher, bought for us as a gift. We travelled nearly an hour to get there, and when we arrived, the place was closed. Gates were padlocked shut and no-one was answering the mobile phone number on thier contact details. An absolute sh1t-show that should be avoided. BEWARE!
