I ordered a pizza, paid for it, waited 10 minutes for it. The man who took my order, went up to another customer with my pizza, saying what type of pizza it was. I told him i ordered that pizza. He said nothing & gave me the pizza. I ordered my drink again, he came back with the wrong flavour, i told him what flavour again. After eating my pizza i noticed i wasn't given any tissue with my order. I had to wipe my hands on my jeans & leave oil on my lips. Why is there someone serving customers, who is almost deaf &/or doesn't understand English properly?

Walked into the restaurant it was empty member of staff was eating. I felt like I just walked onto her home and I was inconveniencing her. She had no patients

Al final tuvimos que ir a recoger y lo conocimos en persona! El lugar se ve genial. Las pizzas estaban listas súper rápido y puedo decir honestamente increíble y enorme!. Lo que sobró lo compartí después con mi compañero (que es un experto en pizzas) y se comió 2 rodajas del pepperoni frío y dijo que era la mejor pizza que ha probado en años! Definitivamente pediremos más. La consistencia perfecta de queso, pepperoni y la base era tan crujiente y delicioso.

They have really nice staff and it doesn’t take long verses other places it take really long it is amazing!

Disappointing Change in Customer Service I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. Recently, the service has taken a huge dive since a new manager or owner took over. The customer service is absolutely awful. The guy in charge is rude, dismissive, and clearly has no regard for basic manners. It’s not just me — my family and close relatives in the area have all had similar negative experiences. It’s sad to see such a longstanding favorite go downhill, and I won’t be coming back again. I hope they address the issues before they lose even more loyal customers.

Ordered online. Everything went through and paid. Rocked up to collect my pizza only to see the store was completely closed. Took 5 days to receive a refund with barely an apology. Terrible service

Pedimos por teléfono y llegamos en 5 minutos. Probado tan bueno. La mejor pizza de todos los tiempos. Pidió barbacoa base delgada, cebolla roja, maíz dulce, albóndigas y champiñones. Intentalo. yo recomiendo

My pizza was damaged and all over the box when it came. The toppings came over and stuck all over the box so I had to throw the box away

Don't order from. Here or just eat still no support from. Them knowing a dibebic child was waiting to eat
