The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West Midlands

We ordered food and they gave us something completely different to what we ordered. When I rang them to dispute my order they were so so rude and unprofessional towards me I wouldn’t order food from here even if it was free their attitude stinks I was shocked by their customer service. I ordered a large pizza and they sent me a shitty little pizza for 1

my order was totally cold I was very disappointed

I ordered a lamb kebab in pitta and when it was delivered they had gave me chicken tikka instead of doner meat. I phoned them and they said they had ran out of lamb and sent chicken. When I told them i don't like the chicken tikka they offered me another meal amlnd they would deliver it. And they asked me to keep the kebab meat to give back to them. Well I've been waiting over and hour for my replacement meal and still no sign of it. Never again am I ordering from here.

Ordered from this takeaway a few times - and it used to be very good up to several months ago. Now the prices have risen, either the food is cold on delivery (despite living a five minute drive away), or the order isn't correct, or it taking up to an hour and a half to deliver - or a mixture of all the previous. Last night was the final straw for us using this restaurant anymore, I'm afraid.... Ordered 1x Margherita 12" 1x Chicken and Sweetcorn 12' 1x chicken strips with chips. What we received 2 x Pepperoni 12" - cold and late 1 x chicken nuggets and chips - cold and late Tried to call the restaurant but couldn't get through. Sadly this is one mistake too many and we'll be looking elsewhere for our pizza from now on. A pity because this used to be a favourite of ours.

We ordered a pasta Parma and a chicken pizza (main courses) with a side of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese did not taste of cheese, just of white sauce and it was dry. The chicken parma meal just had plain pasta with a tomato sauce, it was tasteless. The chicken on the pizza was very overcooked and dry, explained the issue and asked for some better chicken but the second batch came out even more dry. The pizza had a BBQ base but hardly had any bbq sauce on it. Very tight on the toppings of the pizza, very few peppers and onions scattered around. We were never asked by the waiter how our food was, he certainly didn’t have many customer service skills. Noticed that none of the staff were asking how anyone’s meal was, they don’t seem to care. Worst pizza express we have ever been to, only gave it two stars instead of one as they did discount our bill to reflect the poor quality food.

Beautiful, fresh hot food, with lovely staff especially the teen boy worker who was clearly in charge making sure for the most prompt service. I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

The worst customer service you could get , when complaints were raised we were told 'to just not order from here' They have their radius set on Uber eats to our address but when ordering they just cancel, when asked why they claimed there were no Uber eats drivers around, when infactt they cancelled the order immediately, nothing to do with Uber eats When questioned they then stated it was because we were too far, despite them advertising consistently that they deliver to our address Rude staff, we only wanted to give them our custom , spend our money with them!

Fabulous fresh food, delivered warm.

Went in for a coffee and cookie with the husband after work.Coffee was disgusting couldn't drink it cookie was sweet but ok. The woman behind the counter was on her phone via headset the whole time we were there she even got our order wrong. There were 2 other customers after us and she was still on the phone. Customer service was appauling. I have worked in Retail before and you should never be on your phone whenn serving customers.

We have tried their burger many times .its very wonderful so yummy .i never found that taste anywhere in stoke .its delivery service is also very good
