The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West Midlands

La gerente fue absolutamente grosera y poco profesional, no escuchó y habló sobre ti. Pedimos una colección, la recogimos la llevamos a casa y encontramos que una pizza no era de falta que pedimos. Llamamos y hablamos con el gerente que no escuchó, pero insistió en que era. No fue porque lo tuviera enfrente, conduje todo el camino de regreso para mostrárselo porque ella no me creía. Cuando llegué allí ella dijo lo mismo, todo el mundo en el restaurante, incluida ella. Una vez más no escuchó, habló sobre nosotros y se enfadó porque se equivocó pero no lo admitió. Nunca me han tratado de una manera tan desagradable, no puedo creer que pizza express emplee a esta dama. No volveremos.

Food was delivered all cold and soggy. Pizza lacked toppings and sauces. Apart from that, we both had really bad stomach ache. Possibly a food safety/quality or hygiene issue. Only thing from my whole order was the coke no sugar, which obviously was not made by this store.

Not just the pizza that is FRESH 🤌 Franchised by Indians employing cousins cousins cousin that’s over on a work visa could be the only explanation as the bloke I spoke to when phoning up to ask where my order was would not be employed by any normal person & it wasn’t just the language barrier my man was genuinely stupid.! Luckily we placed the order online so that was simple but having to have actual communication with papa johns stores in 2024 is near impossible unless you speak Punjabi as they just employ family even if they are fudus

The service and food were great, prompt delivery from a pleasant guy. Only negative, and it’s a company problem, not this branch’s, is the app and/or website continually fails and whilst it says it allows up to 3 changes per pizza, that’s not swaps. Removing 2 items is two changes allowing you then to add 1 item. It should 3 SWAPS.

I haven't even tried it but it's probably terrible, dominoes is better.

Do NOT order a kebab from this shop! I ordered via Deliveroo and it arrived in an oil soaked pita bread, with no salad or sauce, just kebab meat. I have given one star for service as at least it arrived, albeit it took almost 50 minutes to get 4.5 miles.

Good buffet and salad bar. Girl who served me was friendly and polite. Very good service despite it being busy. Refreshing to see someone enjoying their job.

Love Pizza Hut I find it difficult to decide whether to have deep pan or thin and crispy. I needn’t worry as they are both excellent choices.

Poor choice on buffet not replaced when finished, it seamed that they wanted all the food gone before putting out more, and uninterested staff.

Ordered the pizza deal…x 2 pizzas, large fries and a bottle of drink. Only the pizzas arrived. When I called the restaurant they said it’s too expensive to do this deal now but they were happy to take my order and take my money…false advertising! I appreciate costs are rising but either withdraw the deal, increase your costs or communicate to your customer that you can’t honour it! Don’t just take the money and then only deliver half the order because it suits you. Rude and aggressive staff doesn’t help either

I went inside and ordered a large pizza for takeaway which was £10. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. It had literally no sauce or cheese on and tasted horrid. Would have been way more satisfied with a tesco pizza. I can’t comment on the other food they sell but do not buy the pizzas here they are shocking
