What a fabulous takeaway. We had ordered online and forgot the salad. Rang them up to ask for it to be added to our order and I'd pay the driver. They gave it us for free. Pizza normally a bit soggy, but we put in the notes to make it well done...and they did exactly that. Makes us keep ordering time after time. Keep it up toppings

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Square Pizza, and I feel compelled to share my feedback about their customer service. I called to inquire about placing an order, and from the moment the call was answered, the behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The person on the other end of the line sounded impatient and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked a couple of basic questions about the menu and delivery times, I was met with abrupt, dismissive answers. Instead of clarifying my doubts or providing information politely, the staff member raised their voice, creating a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. At one point, they were outright shouting over the phone, cutting me off repeatedly as I tried to explain my concerns. This level of aggression was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of professionalism, especially when it comes to businesses in the service industry. Square Pizza’s staff failed to meet even the most basic expectations of courtesy and respect. It’s one thing to be busy or under pressure, but shouting at customers is inexcusable. This interaction has completely put me off from ordering from them, as it shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, after this experience, I looked up other reviews and found similar complaints about rude and dismissive behavior, which leads me to believe that this isn’t an isolated incident but rather a recurring issue. I urge the management of Square Pizza to address this problem immediately. Customer service training for staff is desperately needed to ensure that future customers don’t endure the same unpleasant experience. A business can only thrive if it values and respects its customers, and unfortunately, Square Pizza seems to lack this understanding. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.

Amazing kebab and great staff !

Food arrived hot and was delicious, it was my daughters 10th birthday sleepover. I asked if they could write happy birthday on the pizza boxes, and they did!! Thankyou so much ♡

Paid £15, only ate 2 slices! The pizza tasted like the dough was off, pizza base was translucent, very soggy. Topping I could not taste any salt, seasoning, herbs or garlic either. Just a soggy mess To be honest it was the Worst pizza I have ever had

Not overwhellmed by the exterior of popeyes, but the food was looking good though and it was smelling fantastic through the firm takeaway boxes i was desperate to get it home. The Pepperoni pizza as standard as it might be was something worth writing home about. Very tasty.
