The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

We have been coming here for years and it is a wonderful example of the Pizza Express chain. Lovely people and excellent chefs plus the outside space is just right. This review is for collection ordered via the app. There are some things you cannot do on the app - such as adding anchovies, removing mozzarella from garlic bread and order Olives. The manager at Pizza Express Hertford always fixes these issues for me with the minimum fuss and a minimum smile. Sometimes at restaurants things always seem to be a bother but not her and not this manager. We will always come back - customer service above and beyond - thank you so much!

Never had a single problem but tonight was disgusting 1 hour 40 for food to arrive and kebab and pizza flat cold never use again

Unfortunately the lamb was extremely chewy and therefore not enjoyable.

This is the pizza I got from them and when I called they said that it's okay ....burnt pizza is okay as per the seller..

As in some other recent reviews it was awful delivery. We wrote down hotel name and waited at reception, near to the hotel door for an hour after driver started delivery (1.5 hours total instead of 20-30min promised). No refund, nothing. Just cold pizza.

Ordered 2 weeks ago ,and placed the same order tonight and there was a nearly £4 increase,won't be using again,very disappointed as we have used them for the last 15 years,lost a valued customer through a massive increase in pricing.

The food was good and the employees were helpful with the deals and orders. It was a little cold while waiting but it wasn’t a long wait

Never ordering from there again order was late delivery by 1 hour by then food so cold and they forgot all the drinks we paid extra
