The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

What a special treat we experienced on our visit to Flavour this week. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. Each & every course offered a wonderful taste of the produce available seasonally on our Island with the attention to detail that goes into the selection, preparation & the presentation of the dishes, quite amazing. We enjoyed hearing the story of our food from start to finish & the dedication put in by Chris, the Flavour team & also His family is evident. Absolutely Michelin star dedication. Have just learned that Sea Fever is now permanently closed. To say I am gutted is an understatement, we have been there many times and each meal was absolutely superb, it was our main reason for visiting Bude from Hertfordshire, we would stay 2 nights and eat there on both of them.

Looe is on the up as a foodie destination because of places like this. Really tasty food. What else could you want from a restaurant!

Just home from an evening at the Kilberry Restaurant, very friendly welcome from David and great service from the young man who waited on our table. It’s probably been said in previous reviews so I can only add to them by saying the food is sensational in a warm cosy environment. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing that such great food can be produced from such a small cafe. Limited menu but excellent quality.

Easy to book online , nice reminders and confirmation updates. Had a table booked for 1230 , nice greeting and choice of tables. We sat in the conservatory area which was nice , with sea views. It’s really authentic from music to wine even to the dual language open sign on the door. The dishes were served when ready which is always good. The pulpo was a new dish and was excellent, as were the chorizo croquettes . The sardines were tasty and the meatballs had a delicious smokey sauce , always love the taste of paprika. Service was great the wine choice excellent . A service charge is added but is well deserved. We are off to Spain shortly and go often and the tapas here are excellent. Will definately go back. Really lovely lunch.

Amazing tasty food. Well presented. Friendly attentive staff.. Had a vegan in the group. They had their own menu. Wine menu very reasonably priced . Would strongly recommend if you want a meal to impress. Thank you The Links team will definitely be back.

After a stroll along the seafront we were ready for something to eat. Chose the mini fish and chip deal as we were planning on going out for dinner that evening! The mini meal was in fact huge- cod, chips and a large curry sauce - all for £8.99 each! Ate it overlooking the sea and it was delicious. Would definitely eat there again if in the area! ( And no, we didn't need dinner that evening!!)

We always buy our fish from here when in Rye. Great choice, friendly staff and most importantly superb fish. Always helpful in choosing the best fish for you.

I have watched the postings from this restaurant and the reviews by diners for over a year. This was the first opportunity to sample it for ourselves and it did not disappoint. The warmth of the welcome and the personal involvement of the chef were really unusual. The meal started with a rich tomato soup amuse bouche . The starter course of marinated sticky monkfish on a dressed salad was superb - tasty and optimal size. We both had a whole lobster accompanied by a bed of various vegetables and served with fries. We loved it. The desert of a cherry/ apple/nut strudle was soft and delicious. We had a reasonably priced bottle of Romanian Pinot Noir which was smooth and flavourful . I finished my meal with a Springbank 12 Malt and my wife had a brandy. For what we had,we thought the final bill was remarkably reasonable. We will be back !

A fabulous evening at the newly reopened restaurant. Four of us shared some tapas to start (the pig cheek was my favourite) then we all had delicious fresh fish for mains, the blackened swordfish was incredible. Excellent service, great ambience and decor and the food was outstanding, my favourite place to eat in Holmfirth, can’t wait to return and try more from their menu.

Friendly staff,lovely seafood restaurant we ordered crab,mussels, prawns and oyster,fresh salads.definately worth a visit if your on the island

Looked at the reviews though great but it was not great for use as he said he would do me fresh cod and chips x curry sauce and got home to eat it it was awful fish was Dry and chewy and not fresh so will never go back there again thanks Newtown.

Had one of the best meals ever in this fantastic refurbished restaurant. Tide and Thyme have always produced excellent food but the new styling is truly remarkable. Everything just spot on. Our meals were all perfect, zucchini fritters, scallops, lamb, sea bass, seafood linguine, everything was beautifully presented, great portions and tasted sublime. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Good luck....not that you will need it....!
