The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Bradford Yorkshire and The Humber

We were visiting for a friends 60th and we were at the restaurant on a recommendation. The food was great! So well cooked and tasty! The staff were fantastic and very informative on the area. We will be back!.

Absolutely love this place! This was my second visit. The staff are wonderful and the food is completely delicious and reasonably priced. I had garlic prawns and fries and my brother had the Christmas open sarnie special. We were both very happy. Great atmosphere too. It was our second visit and both times we loved it. Honestly I’m quite glad I don’t live in Ilkley as I would be there far more than I should. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be back.

I have lived in many areas of Leeds & Bradford and have always been lucky to live near a good chippy but this place is the best I’ve had the good fortune to call my local it absolutely outstanding! Greengates Fisheries is a true gem in Bradford. The food here is second to none – perfectly cooked, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was an experience in itself, and it’s clear that quality is their top priority. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel valued. The premises are spotless, which adds to the overall fantastic experience. While everything about this place is top-notch, the food is undoubtedly the star of the show. If you’re looking for the best fish and chips around, look no further. Highly recommend!

Best fish 'n' chips so far excellent customer service especially Dillan and Ty best guys kids love the food. If I could give more stars 🌟 i would but no options for more stars. Good prices too well worth the money especially cost of living gone up cheers guys see you again soon..........

Been coming to park road fisheries for years and it’s never failed. Everything is tasty and AMAZING! The staff are amazing and friendly. Never tasted a fish shop better than this one. Cheap as well! Would rate more stars if I could!

We live in Lancashire and as most of the fish and chip shops here are pretty dire...we have to travel to Yorkshire for good fish and chips...this place is superb.

Great haddock and crispy chips with a customer recommended; must have option, of Irish curry sauce! Delicious!

Very poor selection for vegetarians, vegetable lasagne was the only thing listed, so I chose that it wasn't available, so I said I'm vegetarian what could I have? The waitress disappeared into the kitchen, when she came back she said I could have it!! I really wish I hadn't it was dreadful. There wasn't any fruit juices either and no still cold drinks only fizzy and no desserts not even ice cream.

My partner and I ordered takeaway from here based on the 5* reviews. Huge mistake. I paid £18 for the below 'platter' and think the picture speaks for itself. Firstly, there were only scraps of fish including smoked salmon. The vegetable component was pretty sparse as well with two paper thin slices of avocado. The rolls did not come with any masago as promised, and cucumber was basically just the peel. Lastly, some of the sushi was wrapped in white cabbage. I am not sure if this is due to them running out of seaweed or their own -- ahem -- unique way of doing things, but at least specify on the menu. The spicy salmon rolls had no sriracha or indeed any spice. I'm not sure what the garnish of cold, flabby noodles was there for, either. I've never had such stale and bland sushi in my life. Thankfully UberEats have refunded me. I will not be returning, and suspect a lot of their reviews have been planted by their mates.
