We booked for my daughter’s 21st birthday and made that clear on the booking. We were seated right next to the entrance, the door was constantly opened and my daughter had to get up several times to close it. There was a constant quit people next to our table waiting to be checked in. the seating was cramped for 4 people, we had to position our legs sideways. Our waiter was lovely and he gave 2 of us complimentary Prosecco probably because we were seated in worst seats in the restaurant! It took 45 minutes for us to be served, not surprising as I don’t think anyone could see us with all of the people waiting for tables. If it hadn’t have been my daughters 21st I would’ve walked out. I wish I’d booked one of the other branches

Wow what a sad and stark contrast to the one in Liverpool st which I go to almost every day. None of the usual happy smiling staff for a start, no welcome no nothing just fixed stares and a very odd vibe.. Then the main event the food even that looked jaded and hard done by. Most of all the young girl who served me my small salad took great effort to make it super small and put about half a spoonful of each in the box where at Liverpool st you always get way more than that.. Maybe she had been told to do this who knows but I ended up with a half empty box where at Liverpool st it's always joyously full. I remarked on the contrast and was ignored until I pointed out i wasn't talking to myself and I got some mumble about a spoonful. (it really wasn't - so much so I asked for the same salad twice) I really don't know what's going on in this branch, maybe they're closing but going on this shenanigans it's Liverpool st all the way.

Great selection of plant-based, gluten-free and fermented foods as well as supplements. I have been a happy customer for the last two years. However, it is a great pity that the new location at 108 Westbourne Grove is much smaller and does not have the same spacious cafe area with tables for sit-down meals. It used to be a place where I could take my family and friends not just to shop but also to sit down for some delicious lunch (takeaway food/drinks are not an option I am interested in). I hope that the Westbourne Grove branch will return its focus to in-store dining.

Visited before going to a show (7mins walk from Victoria palace and less to where wicked was). Plenty of public transport. They have the big stone fired oven for pizzas. We had 2 cheesy garlic bread between 4 of us to start- best cheese garlic bread ever! I had vegetable lasagne which I ordered a side of chips with as didn’t want the salad. It was lovely. Mum had flat chicken wings which were nice (plain with no sauce or dip). My daughters had Alfredo pasta and thought pasta a little hard but still enjoyed it. Sorbet for dessert. No pinot Grigio, but they had a house rose to drink and kids had appletiser. £120 for the 4 of us , so about average price for the area. Service very attentive and staff friendly, food was nice - would definitely return.
