The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Vietnamese food

This restaurant looks very unassuming from the front, but after our recent visit this will now be where we come every time we want Vietnamese food. Everything is made freshly to order, and the portions were so absolutely enormous that we too food away for a lovely lunch the next day. We shared a portion of spring rolls to start, and absolutely the best I have had outside of Vietnamese. My partner adored his chicken curry and my mixed rice dish was absolutely delicious. Really friendly staff, and a very quirky restaurant set inside the building of an old pub. Make this your next neighbourhood restaurant try!

I’ve tried several Vietnamese restaurants on Kingsland Road and this is, by far, the best. Cosy space, friendly and efficient service and the food… amazing! Spring rolls, Pho, vegetarian option and claypot rice all to die for. Try it out. You won’t regret it!

Authentic small Fresh and cozy place for lunch. Good for people not for instagram . Enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Although the spring rolls starter was lovely the noodle dish was massively disappointing. Very bland, definitely quantity over quality! Both main dishes were a massive let down. I would sooner have had a bowl of super noodles and saved a lot of money! Shame as Vietnamese food is ordinarily a cuisine I love!

Wonderful, service was attentive and warm in perfect measure. Food was delicious, the art of using simple fresh ingredients to put a big smile on your face. This restaurant is a huge credit to its owners. Highly recommend.

We occasionally dine here and enjoy the healthy food. A mid-aged woman told me that they are four sisters managing this small restaurant together, which makes me believe it serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was outstanding and so reasonably priced. Really good vegetarian/ vegan selection. We had the Ramen and Vegan Crispy Rolls. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Lovely meal in VietGuy. Came here for lunch, the food is lovely with friendly service. I chose spring roll and PHO soup, all are tasty and traditional. Will come back again if visiting Northenden.

Amazing for a fancy dinner or anything that you want to do you could go for a family dinner. Even a night out or a date this is an amazing place

Don’t bother ordering pho. It doesn’t come with the soup broth. Apparently they don’t send this with delivery. Pure pointless.

Lovely little find and good that its so local. Menu is extensive and we ordered the banh coun, fried chicken wings with a delicious sauce and then beef pho and prawn pho. Has loads of other authentic dishes and will try next time. Service is friendly and will definitely come back

Absolutely delicious, so much variety. Very fresh food, beautiful flavours. The decorations are amazing and overall very authentic Restaurant. Highly suggest!

Little Hoi An is a lovely Vietnamese restaurant, the staff is very friendly and approachable, helping to hang the coat which was very surprising for me as not many places do that now, the ambiance in the room, very homely, cosy, good taste of interior design, blending Vietnamese and UK culture very well. I’m not an expert about Asian food but I did enjoy the tofu and mushrooms Pho. I definitely recommend this place.
