Wow! Food is unreal. So much flavour. Be warned the portions are big….we ordered hummus and a chicken salad with two mains. Chicken tajine and a lamb kofte style kebab. The kebab came out with 4 large juicy skewers of seasoned minced lamb. The tajine had a large chicken leg with vegetables and a delicious broth with rice on the side. The hummus came with 4 or 5 pitas and we struggled to eat it all. The staff were super friendly and offered to box up the leftovers to take home but we decided not to. All that food and a couple of soft drinks was just over £50 for two people. Great value and soooo tasty.

I have done my first order at their restaurant with Uber eats. My dish was sold out and they tried to contact me through the phone 4 times to let me know about this issue. But I had a different number on the app when I managed to get in contact with them they changed my order to different dishes even if the price was higher. They have been very kind and flexible with me. Food came in quickly fresh hot and tasty definitely to try again.❤️

Having been one of my favourite places to eat in London for the last 10years. However, since new management have taken over ( in the past 3 years) the quality of furniture plates and general cleanness has gone down. The wife and I love going to this place, and we always go for the same meal. We even took the family on Eid days and the New Years Eve.

Well after hype I decided to give it a shot and here is my honest review. Place call itself fine dining and their is really nothing fine infact below mediocre, food is really really bad no flavour at all whatsoever we ordered different dishes to make sure we test more, so mandi rice was like basic fried rice and not authentic at all. Nothing authentic it’s just blank and no taste at all! Like zero star for food. Let’s go to service now, coincidentally to add to my huge disappointment our mix grilled platter went to table next to us and it sat their in front of the guy for 7-8 min before they could even come and take it back and guess what they didn’t have the audacity to take it back and reheat it atleast just walked away with it for halfway to kitchen and got the same cold plate to us! What a shame. Please avoid if you are really looking authentic Syrian, Lebanese or Arabian food! The rice tasted like if you add salt and chili and fry it pathetic

Been to Abu Zaad after a long time. Still the same. Good food. Good price. Just that it's a Syrian restaurant and I couldn't find much of the Syrian cuisines here. The menu is a generic Arabic restaurant menu which you can easily find on Edgware too

Best middle eastern food I have ever tried. All the foods we ordered are all 10/10. We ordered falafal, fatet houmous and chicken shawarma with rice and yes very special mango juice.

Ordered lamb tajine with rice and a chicken wrap. Food was delicious. However the whole experience was let down by the cheap melamine serving dishes that its served in.

Ordered food with my family today and sat here for 25 minutes and nothing came out. As we walked out the bottle of water came and still no foods. Asked the man what happened and didn’t answer. So walked out so lost out of a big order.

THis is a small space taht felt crowded on a Friday evening, with neighbouring chairs being bumped against you regularly The waiting staff were struggling to cope, though there were enough of them, food delivered but no plates, late delivery of certain dishes, repeated requests for drinks, no bread served with the straters etc. The food was mediocore. There are several excellent Damascene/ Lebanese within walking distance that do the standard dishes better Unispiring salads, tasteless fried haloumi, reasonable cheese rolls and an OK chicken tagine. The vegetable soup went down well Not a great experience

You can eat authentic Syrian food. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are very warm and kind, and the service is excellent. Dining in during the day from Monday to Thursday is 30% off. Recommended.

This was a great place with great staff, great food, and great service. Our food arrived in less than 5 minutes of ordering, and between 4 people we couldn’t get through 2 mains and 4 starters. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting somewhere in Ealing, or even locals. It is a great place and I would gladly come again.

I eat out every, as I don't like cooking. This days in london is very difficult to find a place where you can eat good food. I'm very picky, it's not easy to satisfy me ... One I find a good restaurant I often go there at least 2-3 times a week. This place is by fare THE best Syrian restaurant in town. Conveniently located just few minutes from Nothig Hill, excellent value for money ( portions usually so big I need to take away in the end ) , friendly staff , clean , not smelly , it's unusual to find place like this this days. My favorite dish is chicken shish tauk, but all food is amazing. To make my point , I hardly ever write any reviews, a specialy out of my own will. Great place. Thank you. See you next week.

Such an amazing experience! We had the best meal at Abu Zaad, which is located opposite Shepherd’s Bush market station and there is a bus stop right in front of it for easy transportation. There were many vegan and vegetarian options, good service and reasonable prices. Once we sat at the table, they offered us complimentary olives and two types of sauces. All the meals arrived at different times and the portions were big. At the end they offered us a complimentary dessert which was fresh and matched perfectly with the whole meal. We will go back again, highly recommended! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Welcomed with a big smile of their face. Place was very busy and the table they given to us we didn't like the location so they arrange another location. Once sat down the server attended us straight away and helped us decide what to order. Good ambiance and clean enviornment. Starter arrived within 15 minutes, well prepared and fresh. Main 20 mins after starters. We were served by Ahmed who was excellent and provided amazing service and a brilliant experience.

Honestly the worst food I’ve had in a Middle Eastern restaurant. We’ve been to all the others on Uxbridge rd ,they are great . I ordered the Maklouba here and how very disappointing. The meat was so dry and tasteless. The rice had the same dull flavour along with the aubergine. It was all one dark brown colour and looked very unappetising. No other vegetables or herbs. I couldn’t finish it. Not like me at all. My husband’s wasn’t much better. The mint drink was nice the carrot and apple juice was warm and not refreshing at all. Service was polite and we didn’t have to wait long. But this was not enough to warrant a second visit.

One of my favourite places in the Shepherds Bush area. The atmosphere is always nice, and the staff are lovely. It’s child friendly so we come here with family quite a lot when we want hearty, tasty, filling soul food. The sharing platter is good, and the Knafeh is always on point (stretchy, soft, crispy on the outside, sweet but not too sweet).

Staffs are always friendly and always advise me with my choices of food. My favourite food is the grilled lamb chops and Fatoush salad. The manager goes above and beyond.
