It was a very lovely patisserie, it’s self service for the majority, it’s very busy as well due to its location. The prices are a bit pricy but the cakes and pastries are all very delicious.

My desserts were expensive and not fresh , I don't mind paying for something if worthy but it is too commercial.

Go for weekly lunch and Coffee with my kids. They love the starwberry cake from here.This is rellay a good place to eat. I must say that our visit today was so kind and patient and served my special Lady name Sadika as we tried to decide what we wanted and were talking non-stop.She helped us to try different cakes and milkshake and it was super delicious 🤪 My husband and I love the food with chciken. This Coffee shop truly exceeded my expectations. The food is scrumptious, fresh, and full of flavours. But what elevated this experience above others was the exceptional service I received from Sadika and Mahdi. Their attentiveness to customer’s needs was excellent. I will definitely come back.

I go to coffe concerto quite regularly for lunch and the food and service hås always been great. The cåke and sandwich are always so tasty. Good portion sizes and the staff are always super smiley and friendly specifically sadika. Definitely recommend if You want to frab a quick lunch.

I recently visited this café with two friends for coffee and cakes. We purchased two slices of cake to share, but unfortunately, parts of the honey cake tasted bitter. Upon closer inspection, we discovered black fungus in the bread layers. I returned the cake to the counter and brought this to the staff’s attention. While the lady behind the counter did replace the cake, her attitude was far from professional. She made unnecessary remarks about how I had brought back “half a slice” and insinuated that replacing it was a favor to me. I even offered for her to taste the cake herself to verify the issue. Being served a stale and potentially unsafe piece of cake was disappointing enough, but the dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the staff made the experience far worse. Unfortunately, this has left me with no desire to return to this café in the future.

The gateau's are dry and crumbling like they were made a week prior to us purchasing. Completely disappointed as it is very expensive not worth the money at all. Definitely not fresh at all. Wish i lived closer to get a refund as i bought 4 slices for my family and ended up putting them in the bin.

Price/performance doesn't fit at all. Things taste old and the café is also disgusting. The waitress in this case was a middle-aged woman who also had a very unfriendly demeanor. There's nothing more to say about it. If someone falls for the store, it's their own fault.

The lady who works there, I think her name is Sebita was tasting all the sorbet, dipping the same spoon in each of the flavors. And when we told another staff member, she lied about doing it, even though we saw her with our eyes. She even lied to us about the orange machine being closed because she didn’t want to make it for us. Seriously poor behavior and so unhygienic.

Very bright. Very loud. I kept my coat on the whole time as it was cold which is an absolute no no. Average over priced food. People leaning right over into where the cakes are displayed. Won't be back.

Although half of the place was empty, we had to wait at the door, with no one to attend to receive guests. Given hot drink but no breakfast despite 30-minute wait, and had to ask for it. I have never seen the bar man eating yoghurt behind the bar in any places and the waitress going back and forth to drink her cofeee from the bar. After 30 mins breakfast arrived!! Hurray!! But.. No spoon for yughury or for the granola!!!! This place is taking down the reputation of brand I used to admire. Shame really.

He was attentive without being overbearing, and made sure my coffee was perfect—just the right balance of strong and smooth. The ambiance of Cafe Concerto is inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The menu had a great variety, and Faiq was knowledgeable about the options, recommending a few specialties that turned out to be fantastic. Overall, the combination of great coffee and excellent service from Faiq made for a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Cafe Concerto!

Have visited Cafe Concerto a few times in 2022 & 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed each visit. On recent visit (2024) there was an obvious change of.management. Soup served with desert spoon and no bread!! (had to ask twice for bread)!!! Fish and chips “swimming” in oil!! Awful salad. Will never visit again.

Poor customer service. Made us wait for our main for almost 20 mins after we had our starters. We asked them and he said he didn’t take down our main. As a waiter you would have ask us after having our stater if we would like anything else or come to our table rather than we have to ask them to take away our plates and kept us waiting for our main. He offered for complimentary soft drinks and we said no thank you but how about a slice of cake for my partner birthday today… cake never arrived but service charge bill was added. Awful service, shame because we have come to this restaurant a few times. Never again.

I noticed an unsettling practice of adding extra charges to a particular item on the bill, seemingly in the hope that customers would overlook them and proceed with payment without question. Such a tactic lacks professionalism and integrity, casting doubt on the cafe's commitment to transparency and fair billing practices. While the matter was rectified, I emphasise the importance of customers cheking their bills. The staff's explanation for the additional charge was attributed to the system offering more options than stated on the menu, resulting in confusion about the amount listed on the receipt. Aestheticaly Cafe Concerto is visually appealing for social media purposes. Nevertheless, the food quality does not align with the prices charged. ADVICE! YOU should verify their bills for accuracy. I advise all my readers to - CHECK your bill when dining at this place. It may sound ridiculous but this is not a complain. What they did with me, it might do to you.. and yes its £2 but 2 pounds from me, £2 from you £1 from others = hundred. THIS IS AN ADVICE - take it or close your eyes - THANKS!!

The most I've sp be on a latte ever. Wasn't very good either. The photos make this appear more than it is which is a mall cafe with cake.
