Food was lovely, only issue i had was the service. Came in with my daughter so assumed I would be given a kids menu, was given two adults menus, had to ask for a kids menu and even then I still had to wait. The waitress came to take our order but still no kids menu!! We ordered and our starters came before our drinks! Eventually got our drinks. The rest of the evening went ok, average nothing special.

Fantastic deal today of 99p for a main course if you buy a drink. I had a goats cheese pizza with peppers and sun dried tomatoes. It was delicious. Fabulous customer service, lovely ambience so relaxing.

Charming was an amazing server and made sure we had a great experience as it was our first time at Prezzo I had a lovely pizza which was delicious to the last bite My date had the spaghetti carbonara which he said he thought was also very good and since it’s his favourite dish that says a lot We were pleasantly surprised that our meal were 99 pence ! I have been to a few Prezzo in and around Hertfordshire and london and Prezzo Hatfield have by far the best quality food and the friendliest staff who always make every visit enjoyable. Service is quick and food is delivered to the table quickly as well.

Fantastic restaurant! We eat here regularly with family and friends, it’s one of our favourite places to go when we eat out. Lots of menu choices - pizza, pastas, salads, burgers and great value children’s menu etc, all high quality ingredients and freshly cooked. Charming served us today, she was great! The service is alway excellent and all the team at Prezzo Hatfield are very friendly and hardworking.

Wow wow wow!!! Came here for the amazing 99p menu and was blown away. The pizza was the best I've ever eaten. Added a few gorgeous sides. Glass of wine in delightful glasses. Perfect atmosphere. Friendly staff. Even without the deal I would come again.

As we entered Prezzo we had a very warm welcome, the food was outstanding the service was faultless and on top of that a complimentary beverage. They are definitely on top of it.

my starter was lifted from my place at our table mid eating, and then took ages for our mains but i can let that slide. HOWEVER, waiting 40 minutes for someone to let us pay our bill meaning i had to go up and ask to pay, not acceptable

Very friendly staff, warm ambiance. Personal booths. Clean and tidy. Family friendly. Wide selection of foods with allergy information and staff are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Food is lovely especially the pizzas. Pasta is nice also although I'm yet to try more. Wide drinks selections and deals. Children's menus that are great value. High quality ingredients and not a very long wait time at all. Overall 4.5/5 Stars. 🌟 😋

Fantastic meal! Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We were a very large group (37 of us!) but Georgianna was so well organised that our meals came out swiftly - she was a total star 🌟

Enjoyed the meal but not the cost. Generally overpriced food due to ongoing offers which everyone can benefit from - except us !! A welcome from a young lady who offered excellent service throughout , the menu is comprehensive and the food met our expectation however when it came to the bill , I’m not even sure I was misled by the male waiter. It came to £52.70 , was told we couldn’t use our 25% off voucher nor could we use the free desserts voucher as we were using Tesco vouchers . Presented £26.50 of Tesco vouchers at 2:1 to cover the meal without a tip , only to be told that the vouchers didn’t cover drinks . We had a Diet Pepsi and a large glass of wine and yet after giving a 12.5% tip was charged £32.41. Somehow the meal cost me £58.91 ! The 25% voucher would have been £39:50 plus £6.60 tip would be £46.10 by my calculation . With Tesco voucher of £26.50 allowing for drinks of say £12 and tip of £6.60 - total £45.10 Haven’t received a review follow up directly so thought I would post to see what response I get.

Went out for dinner with the family. Lovely food and friendly service.

Food was fantastic from chef Jack as were the drinks and arrived in great time. Our waitress Daisy was incredible and looked after us well and made us feel very welcome, recommending the instagram page as well so we could see what the dishes looked like, couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The staff are very kind to people and they are very sweet to us ( including everybody ) overall they are really kind and sweet people and in my opinion their service is wonderful

Visited Prezzo for pre cinema meal. We visited at 7pm on a Saturday night so understandably it was quite busy. Initial impression was good. Upon entry we were seen to very quickly and shown to our table. The restaurant is nicely decorated, seating comfortable and it had a nice atmosphere. The menu is varied and should cater for most. The food was well presented/cooked and had nice flavours. The portion size is spot on. For pasta, it comes in a fairly big dish so initial thought is that it is not a very big portion, but being pasta it is filling so as you tuck in, the portion is spot on especially if you have a starter too. Price wise I have found Prezzo to be on the high side for what you get but they always seem to have offers on directly or through affiliations to bring the price down which then make it good value. Currently they have 25% off food usable 7 days a week. The service was very friendly especially the lady that offer the cheese, she interacts with the clients with friendly comments which is a nice touch and makes a big difference with the customer experience. We used our cutlery for starters and the friendly waiter brought out a new set with new napkins for our main. Service wise it is 5 stars. The staff are all friendly and hard working. Prezzo do not automatically add on a service charge so remember to tip. We had a wonderful meal and would definitely visit again. Recommended.

Turned up last night with my mum having not booked, the manager fitted us in. We had interactions with all 3 staff working out front and they were all lovely. Food was delicious with a speedy service. There's a lot to be said for customer service and the staff here had it in bucket loads. Other restaurants could learn a lot from them. Thank you!

Came to celebrate my mums birthday. Staff was very welcoming and food from Danny, Luno and Ben was very delicious. Special thanks to Samara, Geo, Daisy, Charming and Janna for singing happy birthday for my mum it felt very special.

We’ve just tried Mortadella & Mushroom pizza - best pizza ever! We also had bolognese pasta and spinach pasta with chicken. The staff is just fantastic (especially Zuhayr and Charming)- so polite and helpful! Can’t recommend enough! It’s been such long time since we’ve had such a lovely lunch with our family!

Family friendly restaurant with good pizzas

First of all they don't take cash, so service gets 3 stars although the staff were great. I ordered spaghetti with crab which smelled bad and tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. The carbonara was nice and kids meals were fine. I wasn't charged for the meal I didn't eat and they were apologetic. Atmosphere, this was early evening so there wasn't one really. I wouldn't go back.

We had our second team dinner here this week, the last one was at Christmas. We came back because of the great service we had last time. This time we had some of our colleagues from off-shore and there had been issues in some of the venues we had looked at, finding food that covered everyone's dietary requirements. The team at Prezzo's were extremely helpful and accommodating to the whole team. Another great team night out,

Have always had a good experience visiting Pre.9 , all the servers are amazing and pleasant . The food is always amazing and the service too . This time I was hosted by Georgiana who was exceptional with remembering all the orders without writing it down and getting it perfectly at the table . Prezzo has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic. Would highly recommend it.

Georgiana surveyed the floor. It was a busy night, but the diners maintained a steady drone. Food was ordered and served efficiently. Empty glasses had disappeared silent and unseen. Indeed table 5 considered it: the best lift since "Oceans 11". Out of the corner of her eye there was movement. A huge 6 limbed thaag demon bounded between the tables, its tusks dancing in the soft light. She rose to her full height. This was HER shift. Her tattoos glowing with the dark magic of the Incas. Stealing a piece of soft pizza twist (agreed to be "divine") from a near by table Georgie flung it into one of the beast's eyes. The chilli sauce briefly burned until it licked it away. The lithe Amazonian now had it's full attention and charged mouth wide in her direction, colliding with a helium balloon which burst in contact with its teeth. It gasped in surprise then squeaked a roar - more surprise. It stumbled briefly but this was the opportunity that Georgiana was waiting for. She flick-flacked forward and caught its nose with back of her left heel, darting right before thumping her elbow in its ear. The thaag was in full retreat now, but tripped over the balloon cord, falling on its face. No time to fetch a steak or snap a table leg, she improvised by slamming one hundred and fifty seven individually wrapped wooden toothpicks into its back. Usually a demon would explode into dust as it fell back into the dark realm, but one hundred and fifty seven individual small wounds caused it to boil away. It was gone and the room safe again. Georgiana regained her smile and strode off towards the kitchen. Conversations restarted. We had Cheesecake, which was also nice. Good service. The end

During our recent visit, we received excellent customer service. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the food this time. We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad for £14, but it was not worth the price. The chicken was overcooked, with burnt bits on it. The lettuce was not properly cut, and it contained hard stems. Also, the sauce was too sour for our liking.

Really enjoyed my visit to Prezzo, would definitely visit again next time I’m in Hatfield!

I don't blame staff for my review, they were professional and attentive. The food was not what I would expect for Prezzo. It tasted ok but the quality and cost were not on par with other restaurants. £7.95 (might not be exact) for a mozzarella starter. It consisted of 4 square breaded cubes. That's almost £2 per piece! Not worth it. I ordered gluten free pizza. Tasted ok but was as thick as a piece of paper and was small enough to be a starter. Like I said not the staff to blame, they are there to support and deliver a product. Such a shame these places are going down hill and charging more than ever.

Came here expecting a nice meal, left very disappointed. Presented well, but the actual meal was very small, too expensive for such a small portion, and absolutely no flavour!!! I'm so shocked as every other Italian place I've been too has been much more enjoyable than Prezzo. The buffalo mozzarella was plain, the dried up pasta source was plain, only a tiny hint of tomato. The worst part? When it was time to pay, the waiter said it was card only and the waiter who sat us down should've told us. He didn't! We were not told at all it was card only and we could only pay in cash. The two waiters who took payment were giving us awful looks and exchanging rude facial expressions with each other, incredibly unprofessional and just plain rude! Prezzo, train your staff better, and I advice those young servers to learn some respect and manners in general. The only nice part of the whole visit was the interior decor of the restaurant. I do not recommend at all unless you enjoy plain food and can bare with poor service.

We waited too long for the food, for the dessert menu, for another drink! The food was fine, but the worst was the service! The young waitress seems to be blind! I tried to make visual contact with her several times , but she just kept ignoring us… it could have been a great experience with a more professional staff .

Honestly, I wouldn't ever recommend this place. We waited over an hour for the main in which it came cold. Upon stating it we again waited nearly an hour, and food wasn't even good. We didn't even have half of the food as I can't believe I'm saying this there was no taste what's so ever. I respect the manager for taking the mains off the bill. I don't understand why the wait time was so long when the restaurant was empty when we came.

Visited for the 1st time yesterday for dinner. I was a little surprised that a place as lovely has this wasn't packed out. The food was amazing. The service was extremely polite and welcoming, and the lady who looked after us was brilliant friendly polite and very professional, we are looking forward to our next visit

Visited for lunch Sunday about 2.30pm. Our waitress Victoria, gave first class service, cheerful and accommodating. Our compliments to the chef for such delicious food. Our group of 8 all agreed with the atmosphere, food and service was 10/10. I definitely highly recommend this Prezzo in the Galleria.

Called the restuarant to book a table at 9pm. The person on the phone reassured us that 9:30pm was last order. But when we turned up to the restaurant at 9pm, they said they were closing. What a joke. Ruined our evening plans!

Great meal on both Friday and Sunday night. Nice atmosphere and service was 10 out of 10. We go every time we are in Hatfield as group of sport friends and every time is exactly as expected 👏

Place looks great, I took the Mrs here for our anniversary. The food is pretty sub par however and a few of the waiting staff look very miserable and it gives a bad vibe. All that aside however it's nice I will say that much. Just won't be going here for major events again.

A great choice of mother's day treat from my sons. Free glass of gin and tonic offered on arrival too! Service was excellent and the meals were delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive and the meals were delivered quickly and hot! Would definitely recommend a visit.

The best Prezzo we have tried so far.

The sea-bass was not good at all, and the sticky toffee pudding had a unpleasant taste (too long in the microwave).

Just returned from having a decidedly average meal here. Firstly the service. We were shown to the table and given food menus but no drinks menu. When the waitress returned 5 minutes later we had to ask for one. We ordered food and drinks at the same time and the starters arrived quite quickly. Not so the drinks. I was just finishing my starter when the drinks finally arrived. As for the food, I had a calzone which was cooked well on one side but the dough on the other was raw, cold and the filling was Luke warm (the cheese hadn’t melted). I would have sent it back if there was a waitress to be seen! I have given two stars as the wife had a goats cheese pizza which she said was ok. Overall, the food was average, the service below par and the prices too high. Won’t be returning.

Visited here for lunch whilst doing some Xmas shopping. Disappointed with the food on this occasion compared to our previous visits to other Prezzo’s. It is clearly batch cooked, frozen and microwaved to order (not overly surprised having worked in the industry). However the spag Bol very watery and hardly any meat bolognaise. Mostly a bowl of pasta. I can cook better at home. Bearing in mind I’m paying £15 for this….Sent back. Lasagne, not too bad. Again obvious had been fast heated from frozen. I’ve had a nicer one at another prezzo - was more fresh. Staff were friendly and changed our spag bol for a carbonara with apology and without fuss Service was quick. Shame to leave a low rating as we normally are very happy with this brand.

Neb the Manager very attentive as also lovely waitress. Food choice good. We had the antipasti board followed by king prawns with spaghetti and salmon and crab ravioli. The house wine excellent. Very accessible location. Highly recommend PS good for a shopping when you are there

After we spent 45 minutes to try and find a place to eat, prezzo welcomed us and the food was amazing. Very nice people working there. Always smiling and being helpful. Thank you.

We.are regular customers here but having visited today, we were extremely disappointed. The prices have gone up significantly from our last visit only a few weeks ago. £4 on a bottle of wine and £2-3 on the cost of a single course. The new Autumn menu is a bit of a let down, no garlic sharing bread and my favourite prawn and lobster ravioli no longer available. The quality of food and service was good though.

Food is OK. Its what you are expecting to be honest. It was bad food and it wasn't the best. It was busy about 8pn we went at 5pm and only 2 other tables had people on. Drinks were cold and food was hot. Will go again.
