Absolutely amazing, had the BEST chicken Kiev pizza from here, super garlicky! Garlic and cheese dough balls are so nice too! The guy who owns ciao is super polite and friendly! Definitely would order again!

Absolutely appauling, our order was 20 minutes late , fair enough not their fault may have been the driver but took a bite into my wrap and it was raw pure pink, all the middle was pink, called up and they made excuses that they were busy etc not an excuse to send food out raw to paying customers, waste of money !!!

was delivered within time range but only just... later than initially stayed. but driver apologised and was polite and pleasant. would have been helpful if prompted on whether we wanted cutlery as staying in hotel we didn't have forks... had to make do with spoons from the room 🫣😂

What an amazing experiance we had tonight in how not to treat customers. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE as you will have to pay in store and the guy(believe to be the owner) in store does not care that he is ripping of his customers. He told us that the link on his website we used to pay is a closed and we have to pay in store. Proved our payment by showing our online banking yet he said we have to pay to get food. Save to say his attitude was as disgusting as his food. FYI to pay on a website you have to have a live active merchant ID account with a bank therfore if you believe we shouldnt be able to pay online call you merchant service provider and provide your notice or keep ripping off your customers.

Requested order at 6:30 as I wasn’t home. Food arrived within 10 minutes so stood for over an hour before I got home therefore ruined by the time I got home. Tried to raise a complaint with Just-eat to be informed it was not showing delivered so they could not refund!! What a shambles!!

We ended up going to the takeaway and they hadn’t started cooking it. They did not answer the phone infact it was dreadful from the off! Won’t be back nor would we recommend.

It was awful! The naan bread was so hard it was not what you would have with a kebab! The food was cold and the coleslaw was so vinegary! Not worth almost £50 at all.

Chicken wrap was a brown bread wrap that was tasteless, dry & like cardboard.Salad was soggy lettuce,no Mayo but burger sauce.Had to throw in bin.Ordered a nan bread that was half stale, dry, tasteless brown flat bread nothing like a nan bread. Chips & cheese were such a small portion. 2 pizzas were okish. Delivery early but food cold. very poor I'm afraid

Have used this take away for years. By far the worst experience. Pasta was bulked out with what appeared to be boiled onions. Prawn quality and quantity was poor. Food ready way before time suggested and so was quite cold upon collection. Very disappointed

Our first time and most definitely our last, Very disappointing! I had the chilli linguine bolognese which had heat but nothing else, 4 or 5 chilli's in it and barely any actual meat, plus the size of the portion was not enough as a side let alone a main dish. My partner had the pulled pork nann kebab and again the amount of meat was ridiculous, was more of a vegetarian kebab and the side of chips we ordered where clearly warm up! For the price I wouldn't have paid half for the food we were given, very poor and we won't be using them again! Had to go back out for mcdonald's in the end!

Ciao is my new favourite takeaway. Pizza's are the best in Beverley. Recommend upgrading to stuffed crust. Driver is already really friendly.

Going by the delivery time suggested when placing order which said 45-60 mins it arrived 45 minutes late and was cold, despite assurances from restaurant that it would be hot. Food was ok but would have prob been nice if hot.

The food was that bad my son is taking more catnip and is eating the kid food. And drinking rain water. Shocking. Also the chef is a poor chef

If I could give no stars I would. Hair in pizza, all food was cold and burger was pink. Rang up for a refund to be shouted and sworn at by the chef saying we are liars. Absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend anyone orders here.

Chicken burger had 2 small pieces of chicken not a chicken breast as advertised. The cans of drink were warm as put in same bag with hot food. Fries soggy from the condensation. They got the order wrong. I did not get a cheese garlic bread. Instead a tomato one. I didn't get the mayo fajita. Instead a source one may e Mexican. But certainly not mayo.

The food was cold and it looked unappealing. The meat was so thin and tough was a understatement and dry. I thought I would get a decent meal. Sadly no. 1* for the garlic butter, food went in the bin. I will never reorder from this restaurant.

Used to love this place when it 1st opened the steak dishes , the chunks of steak were big and plenty of it , now you get hardly any steak for your money so we tried a chicken dish, the chicken we both spat out as was like rubber , maybe a bad batch but was so disappointed. The pizza I must say was very nice

My favourite takeout in Beverley. Always get the fajita which is amazing. Drivers are always lovely, polite and friendly. Lost one point as this is the second time that they’ve forgotten the sauce.

Used to order this from the Willerby branch and the food was gorgeous, container full... This place two bits of pepper, a single mushroom cut in two and three tiny chunks of chicken... terrible!

Food was late despite order update stating enjoy? checked with resteraunt and food hadnt even left Driver came 30 minutes late and applogised, gowever the food was worth waiting for so cant complain about that.

Absolute shocking service. Such a shame as this used to be a favourite in our house. 1st time they were shut but the order went through, drove to collect to discover we werent getting our order and tonight after an hour and half wait i rang to ask where it was to discover it was another 45- 50 minute wait. Staff became rude on phone when asked to cancel order as i had 5 people waiting for food. "Well what do you want me to do about it?" No apology nothing. Won't be going back!

Order was delayed arriving and delivery driver then asked for extra £1.50 for delivery to this address as website only covers to another part of village!!! I had no change and no warning of extra charges. Already paid £2.50 delivery and 50p service charges on top of Order which was just under £40! The driver 'fortunately' had change for a note.

Food was fine but I received a late delivery. I don’t think there can be any excuses - I ordered 2 hours before and specified a time.

I called the restaurants and the person on the phone told me my food would'nt be long, then 20 minutes later i ring again and then the person tells me there's three other orders in my area so im having to wait till all of those are ready instead of sending me my food on time i've in total waited over and hour it still haven't arrived

Ordered from here for the first time this evening, but it won’t be the last time. We ordered the Kiev pizza, cheesy chips, chicken stroganoff with sautéed potatoes, mushroom and garlic dough balls and to finish dough balls with Nutella and mini marshmallows! Firstly food was delivered early by 20-30 minutes which was good, delivery driver was very pleasant and the food which could have easily fed three of us was hot and very tasty. Will definitely order again.

Ordered on the website and was sent an order number and payment was showing on online banking. When we went to collect the order they said they hadn't received it. The owner was extremely rude and said he wasn't prepared to do anything. He said the website we used had been closed, so how did it take our order and payment?. He eventually let us have the food when we proved we had paid. Won't be going back.

Having purchased pizzas from this takeaway for many year's I have notice a change in their attitude towards selling their pizzas. There priority now is to the delivery companies. Last night I was told to wait on the telephone by the young lady why she felt with these delivery companies. After hanging on for 15mins I gave up and got my pizzas from another outlet. How the world has changed.

Amazing People, Great food, Especially the pasta

Always had a lovely take away from here, but unfortunately the last 2 times have been disappointing. After last time being not as good thought we would give it another try, tonight was extremely disappointing. 1 prawn and 4 muscles in my Pasta and the Greek mixed kibba was no better. For the price we paid for the whole order we will NOT be using this take away again. Sorry.

Absolutely shocking, ordered with 55 minute wait, called after 90 minutes to be told would be at least another 60 minutes as they were busy and there were 2 orders in front of ours, not even an apology! cancelled order and won't be going again, suspect they will go bust soon with customer service like that !

I have used this takeaway for at least 2 years. Its allways been very good, but tonight however what a disgrace. 2 hours total wait after ringing the takeaway then waited another 30 mins. Food was subpar and in sorry to say i will no longer use ciao.

Average but big enough portion sizes with a good amount of meat in all the dishes we ordered. Flavoursome but nothing special, OK prices but a touch on the expensive side. They have a menu different to most places in Beverley which means it's nice to have this as an option, and for that reason this is an appealing choice. Overall I'd say it is slightly overpriced for the quality and they made a mistake with our order, but all things considered I would go back again and I would recommend it to others, but I'm not sure I'll be hankering for it again straight away, then again there was nothing to complain about. We only ate pasta dishes so can't comment on the pizza's or the rest of the menu.

Order was delivered promptly, ordered 2 ciao special pizza's. They were well worth the money. Plenty of toppings were on them and tasted delicious. Would recomend Ciao take away to others. Will visit again in the future.

Probably the worst takeaway I've had for a long long time. Tomato bread so acidic couldn't eat it. Stroganoff not like any stroganoff I've ever had. Chicken dish sauce thin. Also dont know how long in delivery but was not as hot as would have liked. Sorry but will not return

Returning customer and will be making Ciao a regular when in need of a quality take away. Good menu selection, friendly staff and the quality and variety of their Pizzas are excellent and I am already looking forward to trying other dishes from their list of dishes. I used to own the shop next door in the 1980's and wish it had been their then.
