McDonald's in East Riding of Yorkshire

Why do they never have items on the menu. All i wanted was 2 breakfast deals with orange juice and had to settle for water because they had no juice, but still had to pay the same price!!!!

Food was decent and hot. I don’t mind the touchscreen ordering system but I do like a bit of server customer interaction and the server said nothing to me.

Decided to dine in for once and was met with a horrible surprise. Got served by a cashier name ryan who's hygiene was abominable. He had a stench and his breath was unbearable whilst serving me. Will be using drive thru next time...

Order not correct. No serviettes for take away. Burger not fully in bun. Ice in drink when order requested no ice.

Went in for a bite to eat earlier today and overheard a young man called Louis speaking absolutely disgustingly and disrespectfully to some of younger his younger staff, I assume he was a manager or something the way he carried himself. Massive shame, the younger ones looked distraught .

Not a great idea to be prepping food in yard gear

Ordered on the electronic board and they forgot our hash browns. There wasn't any staff available for a while to tell them. Eventually they bought up them but we had eaten the rest if the food. They were apologetic and the restaurant was very clean and tidy.

Stopped off to pick up some lunch to take to the hospital for my daughter and her partner. The Mcdonald's staff were fantastic,and very helpful

Extremely long waiting times, and all the time at the minute, such a shame, the food wasn't even that hot 🤷🏻‍♂️

The restaurant was absolutely filthy with discarded food on the floor and dirty tables. It was 2.30pm and not busy. It was also freezing cold.

The food whilst warm is always rushed and the presentation of meals is lacking. They also often get orders wrong due to constantly working beyond capacity to meet demand.

Service is abysmal. Nothing fast about this fast food anymore. Pay the little bit extra and go to other outlets locally.

Took 25mins from ordering food to getting meals, and even when it did arrive, our drinks were missing. A very poor 'fast' food restaurant

It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting but if you order inside it takes about 15/20 mins to get your food....not exactly fast food. I was literally the only person in there at the time.

Absolutely shambolic and really poor service. The drive thru is by far the slowest McDonalds drive thru you'll ever visit. It's the same every time I've been. There's constantly a huge delivery truck parked up half blocking the entrance and exit which causes a bottle neck. The car park isn't a great design anyway but because the drive thru service is so slow, once you get in and parked you can't get out again as there's a solid queue of traffic blocking all the spaces. The drive thru constantly ask you to park up (because they can't seem to fill the orders quick enough to give it to you at the window) but there's nowhere to park as the spaces are either all full or being blocked off by the huge queue of drive thru traffic and the few designated bays for pick up are blocked by the delivery truck! THEN, when they eventually bring you your food, half of the order is missing and it's up to you to get back in the drive thru queue and wait another 20 minutes to get the rest of your order or attempt to park up and get in the slow moving queue inside to collect the missing items. I get it, it's just McDonalds and the staff are probably stressed and fed up so I never give them a hard time but you don't even get an apology when you have to go in and tell them half your order is missing. Won't visit this branch again as there just isn't enough time in the day to spend there waiting for something that's supposed to be fast food.

Ignored for 10 minutes at the counter at willerby McDonald's very poor service

Stopped to get a couple of flatbread with cheese and bacon for breakfast before a long drive for myself and passenger on Saturday. Two were cold, and the other two chewy as if were yesterday warms up. Coke was also flat. Very disappointed, if I had time I would have gone back to get refund or warmer food. Never again will I waste my money here.

Visited for a quick bite to eat, my expectations were met satisfactorily on this visit on the most part, but the customer service I received was above expectation. The table service provisioned by the young male for which I didn’t get a name, was very good and attentive. Well done Willerby McDonalds - I’ve generally always received top notch experiences from this outlet.

The food was really nice but the customer service was terrible and they forgot some of our food.

Food is always pretty good at McDonald's sometimes a little cold but brilliant when hot but as for the drive through ha , I now call them sit and wait in a bay through !!!! Just eats and other delivery services now seem to take priority over anyone else ??? There should be a McDonald's down on an industrial estate somewhere that does deliveries only and leave the McDonald's restaurant for sit in and drive through only ?? The cost of McDonald's now is straying out of cheap convenience food so the last thing you need is to have to wat 20 mins for it !!!

Dine in with my grandson but never had anything I won't eat that stuff if you throw at me once again never have no milkshake

Long wait for order, food not warm, drinks only 3/4 full full in cup. Many staff behind the scenes doing nothing with many people waiting for orders. No receipt for order from machine either.Would not go again 😐

Popped to grab my son some breakfast , service slow , order point always okay, no one at 1st window , was made to wait over 5 minutes until we actually moved , dont expect service to me amazing, it would just be nice if someone greeted you at the 1st window and didn’t leave you sat there for 5 minutes

Used to work at this store many years ago and it was great. Shame to see it go so downhill even with its fancy refurb. Food recently has been cold and my orders have been wrong multiple times. This time requested no pickles on double cheeseburger as I absolutely detest them, it had 7 on it! Couldn’t do the food for thought feedback as didn’t get a receipt. I know it was late but it’s a simple request. My family have also reported the same issues with service and food quality. 100% avoiding this store from now on.

Food as good as it gets from McDonald's The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and this showed in their service, mumbled talking, hard to understand what they were saying, burgers felt like they had been overcooked the same as the chicken burgers, not wrapped properly, the Lattes were served at a stupidly hot temperature compared to normal, will give this one a miss in future

Slow service even though it was 8am and empty, food was good probably freshly cooked hence the wait for me this wasn't a problem some it can be. One star for atmosphere as nobody much in.

So they spent all that money giving the place a makeover and it looks like this. The bin was full. There was tomato sauce all over the floor. It was like that when we arrived and still like that when we left. Oh, and this new "grownup" decor style is kinda dull. Just a lot of grey/brown. At least the ketchup on the floor added a splash of colour. And there are still quality control issues, i.e. ingredients missing from the burgers and things like that.

This is the slowest McDonald’s drive thru in the area. I have never been here and not had to wait for food. Very frustrating

On outskirts of Hull, was driving near by, actually never been into Hull! We just needed to pick up a quick drink, so didn't go into the mds . Lots of parking, looked a busy area!

I don’t write this review lightly, as a former McDonald’s employee, I know how hard the job is, and this review is specific to this restaurant, not McDonald’s as a whole. Back when I worked for McDonald’s (remember before the touch screen ordering and when they only took cash??), when you had banks of people taking orders and running food, if it took longer than 3 minutes to take the customer’s order and get their food, you were going too slow… any issues with someone’s order were sorted out on the spot… the food has never been top notch, but what you always got was hot food quickly! Fast forward to today to Willerby… I placed the order on the screen, and paid my money. 25 minutes later, the food arrives… all the drinks are wrong, 2 of the burgers are wrong, and everything is stone cold! I do complain (again, as an ex-employee it takes a lot for me to complain), and I’m asked “can I replace anything for you?” But it’s going to take another 25 minutes… I can’t fathom waiting 50 minutes for a McDonald’s!!! I have been to this restaurant before, and whilst never this bad, it does seem poorly organised as the food always takes longer than it should based on how many people are there, and frankly, bins are usually overflowing, tables sticky, etc etc. This restaurant needs to do better

Bacon in the burger was cold . Asked if I could have it warmed up and told they don't do that. Poor , poor, poor.

Only used the drivethrough. Long wait. Food cold. Staff awful. Waiting that long I had to ask them to exchange the drink which had gone flat Just used again today. 31/05/24 Food still cold. Longer wait. On top of this got home and the order was missing 2 items.

It's a shame the food never looks anything like they advertise, more like it been thrown in the bag. Staff always seem very pleasant at the drive-through, though.

The women came to wipe the table with same cloth she wiped chairs with as we approached table sweat marks on chairs I felt physically sick

Only place to close for improvement , then open with less seats, went in today at 11am and no seats or tables free for families , half the seating seems to have been removed , won’t be using anymore

The worst McDonald’s in the country. They have been closed for a month to refurb you would have thought they would have done some staff training while they were closed. Who thinks it’s a good idea to carry the food on a tray to the front desk and let it go cold while they pack into a bag.

Only visit if having my motor serviced or MOT'd across the road so not been in for some time. Newly refurbished to look like been inside a psychiatric ward. Awful I suppose it's kinda fitting

Ordered a delivery from Willerby McDonald's though justeat. Complete wrong order and useless when I rang up saying I needed to go though justeat even tho it was there incompetent of sticking my order to the wrong bag .

Food was good and very fresh definitely one of the better McDonald's

Has to be one of the worst McDonalds, the food is often cold, the Fries are never cooked properly and the milkshake machine never works. And it’s still the same even after its had a total refurbishment 🙄

Slow service, cold food and dri is when they finally arrive. Click and collect is hard to park because of delivery drivers hogging all the spaces. Best to avoid and goto burger King.

My husband and I visited for breakfast. We were having problems with the app. The lady there got someone to sort it out. She was kind, cheerful, and very tidy. Excellent service. 🙂

Coming back from Castle Hill .thought we might pop in.. a bit peckish.Quite busy..Table was uncleaned..staff were wondering around doing nothing in particular...food was moderate at best...the highlight of the visit was a cigarette outside afterwards...in the pouring rain.Never been a massive fan of their food..but this visit has put me off them completely.And to think there was a KFC Around the corner

Only ordered a burger and 4 people who all arrived after me got their food before I did. One of them had a tray full of food. No apology for having to wait so long. The chef said he cooked the burger but some how they managed to loose it.

Had the Xmas hot chocolate drink and it was yummy😊

I ordered breakfast online via the app, the staff at the restaurant had me waiting over 30 minutes only to tell me at 11:01am that they can’t fulfill the order now as it’s past 11am. Absolutely disgraceful and I will never go to that McDonald’s ever again.

I am always fascinated how busy and well run McDonald's are. The food is really tasty.I couldn't believe how nice the chicken nuggets were, I think for years I have been cooking frozen ones at home these are so good.

Went to grab a quick lunch. Tried the chicken big Mac. Tasted good just a mess to eat. A little less sauce might help it to stay together while you eat it.

A little slow at times, but still quicker than most, and the food is always good, maybe not a high class meal, but more than edible, and certainly very convenient, and the menu keeps updating so there's always something new to try.

I went there last week, I wanted two pieces of chicken and chips, what I got was a box of three chicken strips and chips, not what I asked for,very disappointing

Staff (Carolyn) had the most amazing service I have ever had from mcdonald’s she is happy and positive. She ensured we was happy with are order and treat us with such kindness, really made our day.

Incompetent. Ordered through Uber eats several times, over 50 percent of the time items are missng. When complaints are made against an item missing from a burger meal, they refund a pitiful amount, nowhere near the item value.

Disgusting. Fries were cold, tasted like they had been on a warmer. Got up to complain, but staff stayed in the back. It was near closing time, so had a feeling these had been prepared beforehand. Still not acceptable.

The food was OK, it arrived luke warm. Not the best presented although we have eaten it as hungry and tired. Normally, would take it in as prices are extremely high for McDonald's now as are everywhere.

Got home with order 5th time in a row stuff missing

Visited McDonald's Willerby today. Exactly what a McDonald's should be. Easy to order, fast food, clean venue and good food. The only thing I don't like, and it's no reflection on the staff at this location, is the car park - it's stressful and crammed in.

Extremely busy when we visited so you would think with that amount of turnover the food would be hot. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our burgers were lukewarm at best, and while my husband was lucky enough to receive hot fries, mine were about as warm as the ketchup l dipped them in. We don't visit McDonald's often unless travelling, and this is a reminder of why. This has to be one of the worst meals we've had from them. At least the coffee was strong and hot. Gave them a swerve on our return journey.

I had my food delivered and they forgot a layer of cheese on my double-quarter pounder cheese burger and they forgot the straw on my milkshake. The driver was okay and got here on time.

Went to McDonald's Willerby recently and it seemed absolute chaos within the restaurant. Slow and not very friendly on ordering and appeared to be a flustered manager ready to blow at the 2nd window serving the food out to customers.

You ask for a certain meal at breakfast and they give you a complete different meal and make you spend more money I asked for a bacon roll meal and instead got a breakfast roll without sausage and they put egg and cheese on which I never asked for so either they do it because that meal costs more or they just thick and can’t get the orders right and if you order during the day they either miss something or get it completely wrong absolute job worths at times won’t be returning
