I had a delightful meal recently that completely exceeded my expectations! The kefir pancakes were an absolute treat, well-priced and bursting with flavour, while the crushed avocado on toast was spot on in terms of taste and freshness. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my visit. The atmosphere was vibrant, and everything was spotless, creating the perfect setting to enjoy my meal. I can't wait to return!

Great location, beautiful, panoramic view of the Thames, food isn't crazy

Had an outside pod for lunch just before Christmas and it was super. Good service, great food and not too pricey considering the location. The snow every 30 minutes was a nice touch too.

What a wonderful experience we had! I made a reservation in advance to guarantee the igloo, we got it at lunch time it was perfect, but at night and the lighting its charm must increase! The service, the food, the place was all impeccable! Oh and the price is very good For how much they deliver.

Lovely atmosphere and very picturesque around the venue

Ate breakfast here for my birthday morning, was excellent. Lovely location too, right next to Tower Bridge and the pier where we were getting the Uber Clipper. Really nice vibes and great service. Would definitely come back!

Food was lovely, however service was slow.

Disappointed experience- zero star! Visited on 12/29 for lunch, and it was a complete letdown. The receptionist was exceptionally rude, which set a negative tone right from the start. The restaurant was overcrowded, with tables crammed together, leaving no sense of comfort or privacy. The tables themselves were extremely small and impractical. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. Despite having a reservation, I decided to cancel it and leave. Would not recommend.

Appalling customer service from their management team! Gift cards expiry dates are falsely advertised, they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. If you purchase online they claim you get 1 year 30 days to use them, but they don’t honour this. They expire much sooner as hidden in their T&Cs. Avoid!! My emails were met with an arrogant response from Pasar their Reservations Manager Management team who it seems couldn’t care less about customers, or about acting in line with their sales claim. Thankfully I have managed to get a full refund and compensation back via my banks credit card. Seems others on TrustPilot have had the same experience.

The food was overall decent. I got the carbonara and burrata. The burrata tasted like water. The food was overall decent but this review is to say my family did NOT feel welcomed at all at this restaurant. The waitress had a horrible attitude problem and was so impatient. Honestly however the food tasted, her tone, attitude and clear dislike definitely threw us off on our appetite and the food. She made it obvious she did not want to be serving us. After we finished our meal my family were talking together and the waitress came and said we had to leave due to a reservation - which was not true as we continued our conversation outside the restaurant and no one came. PLUS after she said there was a reservation we saw her go to the other waitresses and laugh. Yes maybe she wasn’t laughing at us but because of the context of the overall vibe and situation it felt as if we were being laughed at. This was a horrible experience and personally it just put us off our day. For a restaurant to be rated highly, not only does the taste of the food have to be good but the service and connections shared between one another. Coppa has lost this intrinsic value.

Best dining experience I've had in London!! The food was delicious, and I loved the scenery! The pornstar martinis were especially to die for!! Special thanks to our server, Prapti, who elevated our experience by being very considerate and professional!! She was super attentive and always on top of things, but more than that... she was just delightful to talk to, and that helped me and my party feel very welcomed. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know that's planning to travel to this area. Thanks for everything!!

Impressive igloo! Good atmosphere, good service and good quality

Do not recommend - the food and service were terrible. We had the salmon carpaccio for an appetizer - it had very little taste with no seasoning and instead of thin salmon as is normal in a carpaccio it was thick slices. I had the tuna for my main which again, had no taste. The vegetables it came with were drenched in oil. My husband had a carbonara which was decent, and a steak that came with Chimichurri that also had little taste. The service was also terrible - my husband waited for 10min after his steak was delivered to receive a knife and fork. We had to ask five times to get water for the table.

Stunning view, great food, worth the experience

It is one of the WORST restaurants in London. A real shame. We were in the Igloo. The quality of the food here is disgraceful, unworthy of being served on a table. We ordered some fried squid that had whole lumps of salt, flour and finally the squid was nowhere to be found. Not to mention the grilled tuna, the color alone made me leave it on the plate. Regrettable. Don't be fooled by the beauty of the place on the banks of the Thames with the London Bridge in the background... it's not at all worth paying a single pound here, buying a sandwich and eating it next door will be a better option.

Very unique and fun place. We had breakfast here with a view of Tower Bridge. The igloos were attractively made in a Christmas theme and very warm inside.

We didn't eat but the domes/bubbles outside made us want to eat there.

Came a few back and really enjoyed it. This year a group of us had the Christmas menu and it was really poor! The service was not good and the food itself was even worse. The igloos could do with a refurb as they were filthy. The seats are especially dirty and were covered in stains.

Food was average, especially for the price. The woman behind the bar before we were seated was so miserable. My father in law got nudged at the bar and his fresh pint he’d just ordered got knocked over, clearly an accident but the miserable woman got annoyed and charged for a new one. Poor.

Nice original place, I don't touch the bubble, but the food is good, it's a little noisy, but the fish and ships are delicious, especially the tartar sauce, clean bathrooms. They have a snow effect, it's something very beautiful, it looks real!

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a lovely experience! The atmosphere is beautiful and quiet, which made it perfect for the occasion. The food and drinks were tasty, with great quality and a variety of options including gluten free and other dietary restrictions. I also really appreciated the kind staff. Everything was clean and well-presented, making it all the more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a xmas meal arranged for 6 people and chose from the set menu. Honestly the main meals were really poor. It was like the turkey dinners had been plated hours earlier and reheated. The potatoes were so hard they were inedible. In addition to that, the service wasn't great. We ordered drinks that never arrived but were on the bill. The guy that delivered our desserts just dumped them on the end of the table with talking to us or asking whose was whose. Overall, would not recommend. We had a much better meal at Zizis the day before, food was better, service was better and it was cheaper!

We had a margherita pizza and carbonnara pasta, nothing to say, the service was quick and pleasant. However, the pasta is very salty.

Monday evening who was in the reception she is very rude and she don’t know how to talk with customers. No smile on the face and she is ignoring customers (Asian). We are not for the free food there. She need a proper customer service training. She is not right person to work in that department. I book a birthday dinner yesterday.but we are walk out because of her rudeness ………✍️

Perfect, an incredible experience, we booked an igloo for my birthday and it was surreal. The beautiful view of the tower bridge, the impeccable service, the fair price and the privacy inside the igloo. We also felt super comfortable taking our photos and eating our meal at our leisure, without rushing and we were able to make the most of it. The Coppa club tower bridge will always be on our itinerary in London ❤️

I booked an igloo for our annual Christmas get together and we were really looking forward to it as it looked so cosy and Christmassy. We had to pre order from a set menu a few weeks beforehand. The starter was ok but the main course of turkey Christmas meal was dreadful. I can only imagine that they are mass produced offsite and heated up on the premises. Our booking was for 8pm. We got our main course after 9:30pm by which time we were so hungry we just had to eat it. I’m not sure they would have offered an alternative anyway. The service wasn’t great. We had to ask several times just for water. It was slow to start with and then we felt we were really hurried later on. Yes the setting is lovely on the Thames in igloos but it’s style over substance. If you want decent food go elsewhere. We won’t go again. Far too expensive for what it is. At least the wine was ok.

We were a party of 10. The food was okay. But: The staff was extraordinary rude. We had a reservation at 8:30pm. After a quick ordering process, we received our mains at 9:30pm. 10mins later, they offered „a last call for everything“, before rudly asking us to pay the bill and leave the restaurant. We could not even finish our drinks. Besides that, the value for money was super bad. So this is definitely a place NOT to go and NOT go come back.

Overrated, chic atmosphere, service sad, was there with friends, we chalk up the experience to culinary trauma bonding. We were asked to do the last call for everything passive aggressively and in a bad mood at a quarter to ten. The service staff are apparently treated so badly by management that there is no customer friendliness left. Food and aperitifs themselves were delicious, wine was overpriced and bad. However, the first service was still professional and friendly.

Spent a lovely afternoon at the Coppa Club Tower Bridge on 14th December 2024. Lovely food, great cocktails, friendly staff. Very good prices. We even had snow. The igloo was cosy and comfortable with a heater and rugs. Great views too!

The environment is wonderful, welcoming and super chic. It is definitely not a place for dinner, but more for drinks: the portions are small and expensive, if you are very hungry this place is not for you (nor for your wallets). All in all though it's a nice little place

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed, the location and the ambience of the restaurant are very nice. However, we had several things to complain about that haven't happened to us before in this price segment. There were two of us and we both ordered a steak - medium rare. When we got the steak and cut it, it was still completely raw inside. Since we both don't like raw steak, we let it go back to the kitchen. The waiter looked at the steak and said he could now only offer us the steak medium or well done. Which was strange because the steak was still raw - and that's really not an exaggeration. I really like to eat my steak half raw - but that was really too much. In any case, then came the big disappointment. The steak came back well done - inedible. Some of the outside was already fried black - which was a real shame. Since we didn't want to throw away any food, we ate it anyway - without complaining any further. If we had mentioned it to the waiter, we would definitely have been helped, but there is no deduction for that. But at the price you can expect that the steak will be served on request and not be rubbery. Starter was ok. Nothing special but it tasted good. Dessert was also good - not exactly what we had imagined - but still good. Overall, we would both come back - just order differently. The staff was always friendly - the only deduction is that there were always other waiters who served us and from whom we ordered. It just didn't feel very personal. But everyone was really very friendly. Overall good - but we expected more.

An expensive trap We had our work Christmas Lunch there yesterday and it was very disappointing. Food was underwhelming (turkey and potatoes clearly reheated in the microwave) and very overpriced. Staff were nice and polite but visibly overstretched.

Unfortunately it was too loud, but other than that I can't say anything negative. That one in particular was great.

It is a nice place to go for an OK dinner. The igloos offer a unique experience. The restaurant is average.

Extremely poor service, small portion took forever to get food and drink. Crab linguine had no crab. Vodka and coke think they forgot the vodka ! Service charges are extortionate asked them to remove. Head waiter shouting at a waitress in front of diners! We won’t be returning

Food was expensive for what it was and the £40 fee for no show is a bit steep! Vegetarian dish was very dry and really needed a sauce of some sort. Desert was a bit disappointing. Staff was friendly enough. I usually enjoy this place but was disappointed this time round.

I highly recommend this place if you are passing through the area. Very neat decoration as well as the cuisine which is very refined, very pleasant service as well. 🇫🇷👍

Had an amazing experience at Coops Club Tower Bridge! The igloos were fantastic, offering a cozy and unique vibe with stunning views. Went for lunch on a Saturday with the family. Not over crowded. Superb location right by the Thames. The food is varied and well presented. The staff are very attentive and friendly without being over the top. Highly recommend the Coppa Club.

It is located very close to London Bridge, the views of the Thames, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London make it one of the best places to have an aperitif. I recommend the calamari. A little expensive, but worth it. The place is very cozy and so is the atmosphere.

Fabulous evening spot if you love loud music (& to be fair a lovely atmosphere) whilst eating. But if conversation is your thing.. maybe choose an alternative venue!

Customers who had been seated were not chased away, so there was a flow of crockery and napkins.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the festive season! Our group of seven had an incredible time, and everything from the food to the service was top-notch. The staff were super attentive and made us feel truly welcome, which added to the whole experience. We definitely got good value for our money and I’ve already told a few friends to check it out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS. This place has nothing to do with photos we saw online. There was no view of the tower bridge. Food was extremely poor quality and table and seating area were very dirty. Kind staff. Terrible value fur money

I had booked the igloo a month before but when we arrived they told us it wasn't available! Mediocre cuisine. Terrible acoustics

Food and service good but shocked to see mice scuttling across the floor in the main restaurant during our meal.

Food was tasty and they're _great_ at seeing to dietary needs. Service was slow at first, and our table wasn't ready at the booked time. The music was a little too loud to have a conversation easily between four - it was easy to hear the person next to you but diagonally across was difficult to make out what was being said.

Great place to eat and enjoy the views down by the river.

Absolutely loved it. We booked one of the igloos. Beautiful views of the river. And to make things even better fake snow. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Would recommend an evening here.

The service was terrible! When I went there for dinner, there were four empty tables, so I asked the waiter if I could sit near the Tower Bridge. The waitress informed me that those seats had already been reserved for other guests who would be arriving soon, and she couldn’t accommodate my request. I also found out that there was a two-hour time limit for dining. When I finished my meal and left, those empty tables were still unoccupied! Additionally, while I was taking pictures with my friends, some of the waitstaff laughed loudly at me as they walked by, remarking to each other, “Look at her posing!” I really don’t understand what was so amusing about that. The restaurant promotes itself as a place for taking photos, yet the food was very mediocre. The quality of service from the waitstaff was so poor that I believe a one-star rating is generous! Furthermore, the restaurant asked for my feedback, which I provided, but I have not received any response for over two weeks. Overall, this restaurant left me with a terrible impression, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

We went to Coppa Club for breakfast. Very very tasty food with excellent service.

Unfortunately disappointed, there was little heater it wasn’t enough for iglo also staff opened the gate a lot, for example even when they will service for tea and cake first time they bring spoon second time cake third time tea so we haven’t enjoyed in there also they said they don’t have any other heater. Unfortunately I will never go again there

Lovely place, however, I went in January for my anniversary and had so many rats, in everywhere. Disgusting! The waiters didn’t do nothing to us. Just suggest a new table, but all the rats was in everywhere’s outside and inside of the restaurant. Disappointed!

The hostess was shockingly rude, blatantly eyeing my sister’s outfit from head to toe and rolling her eyes in a display of disrespect. While the table before us was treated with courtesy, her attitude toward us was dismissive and hostile—perhaps because we are American? This behavior was particularly disappointing as it stood in stark contrast to the warmth and kindness we’ve experienced from everyone else in London. Unfortunately, this encounter put a damper on our morning and made us appreciate the professionalism of hostesses in America, where guests are consistently greeted with respect and a smile. Also, the igloo was freezing and seats were incredibly dirty.

Parmesan crockets are just ok. Burrata was just ok. Crab linguine was terrible to be honest and a rip off at £25 Prawns were very bland and had never seen seasoning since they left the sea. £75 not coming back

A lovely venue adjacent to HM Tower of London. A nice menu which is competitively priced for the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you want to be in one of the "Pods" you will need to book well in advance. My only negative comment would be that the main courses were not the largest portions. If in doubt go for a starter as well!!

Amazing view of the tower bridge! The food was delicious and the service was top tier! The drinks were okay hence I deducted a star. The matcha latte was bland and needed a lot of sugar! The hot chocolate was great! We made a reservation online! It was quick and easy. When we made a reservation for the igloo for four, it means they will charge a prefixed price for 4, even if two of them are kids.

The Coppa Club Tower Bridge is very centrally located / close to many attractions (e.g. Tower of London) and yet it is a little hidden. We stayed here in an igloo on the Thames (very nice view) and had an excellent breakfast. The service was also very friendly and quick. Price/performance totally fair, in terms of price I would classify it as slightly upscale. Definitely recommended!

Overlooking the river, good view only from the domes. The domes require advance reservations, and some of them were empty. According to the restaurant’s response, they were reserved for an entire week!!!

Of course, it is necessary to book in advance and specify the type of session. If you like the outdoor rooms, you must ask for a minimum of approximately 180 pounds. But the indoor sessions are nice. There is no specific price for requests, such as the outdoor sessions. The food is delicious, the prices are average, and their service is excellent.

We walked in this afternoon on a busy Saturday after a trip to the Tower. We did not expect to get a table and yet, somehow, we managed it. Our server was the most lovely person and the atmosphere was incredible. What an escape from the madness of London! Our meals were delicious, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their kids meals. We will definitely be back for one of those igloos! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

I came here for lunch on Tuesday, with my auntie. We had such a wonderful time, gorgeous cocktails and good food, accompanied by amazing service. We had Kane serving us who looked after us the whole time we were there, he was excellent. The venue itself is really lovely and I hope next time I come back I can book one of the igloos!

The food is less than normal, I rate it 7/10 I ordered a Caesar and Burrata And chicken spaghetti And margherita pizza The pasta was very ordinary and not worth trying The burrata was also not sweet The Caesar was very very delicious And the pizza, may God continue the blessing, has no even taste

A very nice restaurant, with very very nice facilities. They have “domes” for eating which offers you maximum privacy and peace of mind when talking about business. I recommend it!

The restaurant is nice, there is nothing wrong with it. We ordered a Caesar salad, mushroom pizza, and fries. The potatoes were not tasty at all. They were cold and tasteless. The Neapolitan and garnishes pizza and the Caesar salad were nice. Our cost was 45 pounds for two people. The capsule sessions are very expensive, at 700 Saudi riyals. This is not the case. The cost of the order, the outdoor seating is only for drinks, the female employees are very, very friendly and one of them provided me with a place to pray.

Camilla was the best server we’ve had in London. She was so nice and the food was incredible.

My reservation was at 9:30 p.m., when I sat down I was told that I had less than 10 minutes to order because the kitchen was going to close... The waiter stayed at the end of the table... Or was the idea of ​​having a good time, taking your time and enjoy your meal at the RESTAURANT… You ruined my brother’s 18th birthday!!! Uninteresting food… to avoid!!! Nice location, really bad menu. 1 vegan option which was a mushroom burger (vom) but fine. The vegetarian option was baked feta and sweet potato. It literally was 4 bite sized rounds of plain sweet potato with a tiny pea sized amount of feta, with a massive pile of unseasoned quinoa. The miso cabbage side is one of my favourites in other places, here it just tasted of roasted cabbage, I had to ask for salt and pepper (on a miso dish?!) no taste of miso at all :( super super disappointed but I guess you don’t need to make much effort with the menu when you have the view. Would come back for drinks only.

Go here for the atmosphere mostly. Food is decent. Small portions, high prices because of the ideal tourist spot you're in. The Tuscan sausage pasta was wonderful. The pizzas are so-so. Service can take a while because of it being busy. The outdoor igloos are cool. Try to get one for the best views.
