Probably one of the better services in mottos care got a good selection of shops and food vendors can't comment on the toilets which is normally Motos downside

Hello, large parking lot, 23 pounds for 24 hours without food, it's really cheap, you can get water at the dispensers in the parking lot as well as in the showers, there are two large sinks, you can get clean without any problems, I'll give it 4 stars, someone wrote that it's dirty, I agree, but what kind of mess do the drivers leave behind? It's a disaster. You can pay for parking with a snap card, but not for fuel, I tried using the card and it doesn't work

Good location, huge place, ample parking spaces.

SNAP :) There are many places, well lit, The parking seems to be quiet, I stopped a couple of times without incident. SNAP payment machine in a square building where there is a store and a mini TIR shop. Toilet shower could be better) The parking fencing is currently being modernized, which is good)

First time stopping here don't really come across many truck stops in the UK. Only really came to a grab a coffee and have a look around! Has a good range of food outlets and seems a very popular place even with car drivers!

I recently stopped at these motorway services and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the toilets were. It's not often you find such well-maintained facilities on the road, and it made a significant difference to my journey. The cleanliness really stood out and made for a much more pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommend this stop for anyone traveling through!

Everything is provided for a calm and comfortable rest. ✅ Depending on weight, there are 3 washing machines available in the circular building, on the left next to the truck shop in the men's toilet, behind another door on the left, 10 shower cabins with clean and hot water. Snap payment is possible. The police patrols the parking lot at night, but there is also a security service. ✅

Clearly not maintained in a timely manner. Also need to be deeply cleaned. Will certainly think twice before stopping here in the future. Public toilets are never the best but these were disgusting.

Shops always well stocked. Coffee always hot. Comfortable seating. Smelly toilets need adressing.

3 attempts at getting hgv diesel this morning slow pumps not marked as broken, like it doesn't take long enough to pump 400liters, then faulty card readers not signed up as broken, the 2 lazy people who run the shop at the hgv end kiosk stand there smoking and chatting. Moto obviously can't find decent staff 🙄 JOKE is it really that hard honesty, I tried to tell them about these problems and they actually already knew, BONE IDLE

This place popular and crowded but no problem

Good Snap parking lot, the device is in the store opposite the cash register, they give vouchers for food for 3 pounds, there is a shower and toilet, the parking lot is large, you can bring things with you.

Taps are all cold. Cubicles are small and most don't have a coat hook. Parking is cheap compared with most of the UK and there's always space. £3 for a food voucher is OK but the food selection is very poor; there's nothing healthy. There's also nothing to do here; no entertainment, no gym, nothing.

Huge parking lot, I haven't seen anything like it in the UK... Parking costs £24 per snap, paid at the machine, with the ticket we go to WH Smith, we pay £3 and have a £10 voucher... Interestingly, there is a security booth at the exit, it's best to stand somewhere close so that your "friends" don't cut you... There is a car wash for big kids next to it...

Very friendly, supportive and engaging staff, particularly Pat and Beth who have gone out of their way to help, especially with family members present. They both have a very personable and caring approach when looking after the customer.

Clean and tidy services with plenty of options

A sad demise to what was originally many years ago, a new and exclusive truckstop for lorry drivers. The Fifth Wheel restaurant has now gone to make way for a KFC and West Cornwall Pasty outlets. Wake up Moto, lorry drivers and coach passengers don't want to eat fast food every day. Get a grip of yourself Moto and realise this is a slippery slope. I stopped overnight Thursday 14th December and what you was on offer to eat, McDonald's! McDonald's for 400 lorry drivers all queueing up round the car park. Can these lorry drivers, who have used SNAP PARKING, use the meal vouchers they have paid for, in McDonald's to buy a Unhappy Meal? Probably not! So much for lorry drivers being key workers. I despair. All in all, Moto are a disgrace. Read all the other reviews and look at the replies from Moto, the usual blah,blah, we welcome your views but we don't really care about lorry drivers wanting sit down with a meal, we care about Johnny Rep taking his kids out on Divorced Dad Day to McDonald's blah, blah so suck it up buttercup blah ,blah. I don't like these parking lots in England, I don't know who thought of them, but it's difficult for Europeans to get out and enter these parking lots, why don't they make them oblique, I don't understand.

Stopped off for a break, clean and tidy, few options for food, plenty of parking.

Met someonr here.didnt use facilities.

Average, you will find what you need for sure. Toilets and drinks. 😉

Long time since I've been here only KFC, Greggs and McDonald's here for Hot food. Not helpful for a balanced diet if you're a Trucker. No bar to relax and socialise in either. Lymm is well down in the ratings of a decent Truckstop...

Indian man forces lorry drivers to stand between yellow lines, but the lines are almost nonexistent. You should paint the road markings again if you want people to follow them.

This used to be a great truckstop with a great cafe, now it's just yet another corporate clone with all the usual unhealthy rubbish food on offer. The toilet paper is so thin it's actually insulting and a disgrace! Bring back the proper home cooked food and help drivers make better healthier choices. It's already difficult enough to maintain health on the road without this added insult to injury sort it out moto

Seems to have gone down hill since I lasted stopped there. Aa the bar and grill has gone. Instead of these places keep closing likes of the cafés invest in them as drivers prefer proper good quality food not take away stuff all the time.

Gents toilets are disgusting, faeces and pubic hair everywhere, I'd rather pee myself than go in there again.

As services on the M6 go, this one is pretty good. Got a Greggs, McDonald's, KFC, M&S, decent toilets, hotel, good carpark, parking for caravans and trailers, only downside is the junction itself which is a bit of a whacky interchange with the M56.

CANT GIVE ZERO STARS!! SORT THE GENTS TOILETS OUT!!! Half of them are locked with nobody in them, the rest are either blocked with paper and worse up to the seat or have no paper to use-you know, the really cheap see through kind. These services need renovation desperately… nice staff but its a mess

Unfortunately, another visit and still the same mess in the women's toilets. Garbage is strewn about the cabins, and the sinks are clogged and there is standing water in them. 2 shower cabins are screaming for vengeance 🫣 There is only a drain in one shower, so the other one floods willy-nilly. It stinks of sewage and dirt, and there are small insects flying in the air and sticking to the wet body. Although the water was quite warm. Just parking at night means no damage to the trailer (parking empty with the door open) or fuel theft. Pay for parking with a snap at the machine, add £3 to your food voucher at the checkout - all in the WHS store. KFC is a failure. I haven't seen anything like this in the UK yet. There was so little takeaway food in the box that it was shocking. They even skipped the fries, not to mention the meat in the box - be careful and check your orders right away.

Good location but the air machine for the car tyres only accepts something called coins. Who uses that?

I use this place quite often. There is loads of fuel pumps for hgvs loads of parking spaces and plenty of food and drink facilities. Not bad prices to be fair. There is also a truck shop on site.

A shame the grill restaurant has gone. Was nice to have a proper dinner and a beer.. now it’s a pasty shop. No comparison.

As places for truck drivers to stop whether for a break or overnight this place is hard to beat. Usual food choices but great HGV parking available even when busy and the bonus for me is the decent showers. I counted at least 10 so even when busy you can get 1 which is a god send for us truckers. Warm and a pretty decent power. Security cameras and UK Fuel available. Others take note and follow in Lymm services example of looking after us. Bargain at £22 for parking only compared to others.

Used to be a great truck stop but it’s more a service area now. Truck parking unless you’re there early you might struggle to park for the night.

avoid the m6 services and stop here instead, its marked for trucks only but go ahead, it caters for all...

Large parking lot, toilets, showers not very good, could be cleaned more often because it's dirty

Truck stop has went down hill. Trucks constantly getting curtains cut every night, despite security walking round. The male toilets are a disgrace.

An interesting solution, different from other websites. Showers in toilets. Good for a short stop, coffee and in the car 😊

As is the case in such places in the UK, they take money at night, theft, showers, moisture, mold and unpleasant smell. A small plus for hot water, which is not always available in this country
