Coulsdon Grill in Croydon

The food here is alright. I've had their chicken and lamb shish kebabs. But would be nicer if the chips arrived more crispy, just a tad on the side of starting to get soggy. I'll most likely order from here if it has the £7 off promo from Deliveroo.

Going away early tomorrow so thought I would order some food from Coulsdon Grill tonight while i finished packing. Said it would be with me by 22.19 but after paying £20.30 nothing has arrived and not even a call or message to say they couldn't make it ....tried to call at 22.20 but no answer....even though their website and Google say they are open till 22.30 ....Not had this problem before when using urber eats but wrongly thought it would be quicker and cheaper to order directly from them. I will be expecting a full refund tomorrow 03.12.2024 Order no D15.....Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse 5 days later 07.12.2024 I attempted to get my order redelivered rather than go into the shop for a refund ..... After telling me I would have to wait an hour which i accepted they still didn't deliver the food and when I called back they were actually very rude and tried to make out it was my fault I was still waiting ....I then had to go to the shop to get my money back ...Disrespecting and gaslighting your customer...Bad move. Not seeing my business again.

Absolutely dog sh*t. Partner order off for us family of 4 at Gatwick travel lodge. Food was cold tasking horrible. But the best part was my partner phoned as they hadn't delivered her food. Phoned was told that it was delivered as the chef said it was. Argumentative and didn't offer a re delivery. Basically phone Uber eats. Don't buy food off these people

Ordered from deliveroo, pretty prompt delivery and the food was decent. Got the 4 person meal, decent amount of meat, could have been more chips, but it was fairly decent value for money

I ordered online through Deliveroo, 2 kebabs and a portion of chips just after 8:30 on a Wednesday eve, £37. I received after 30 mins, a box of chicken wings and a pitta bread! I complained to Deliveroo, and they gave me a refund. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered chicken kebab twice and both times I had cold meat from their drawer cut probably few hours ago (I live 3min from shop).

Prices gone through the roof here and the portions size have shrunk! Talk about a buisness milking it… this is it. Plus staff have too much attitude and zero customer service. Good food - shit price, portion size and customer service

Have had a few orders from her that haven’t been as good as before but thought I’d try them again. Ordered for 7pm turned up at 6.45 which was too early meaning food went cold before eating. Kebabs are also getting a lot smaller with hardly any sauce when ordered.

We ordered from here quite a lot, either the wraps or the kebabs. Delivery tends to be quick and portions really good

Got a lamb doner delivered it was uncooked tasted days old. I wouldn't recommend this kebab shop to anyone who fancys a lamb done.

Very fast delivery, amazing portion size, good price, cheap delivery, and very tasty food. The triple quarter pounder was absolutely amazing. I've never even written a reveiw before, but it was just that good.

I ordered my food via telephone order and only received half my order, when I rang the kebab they tried to tell me I ordered online. Poor communication with staff not even a sorry they blamed their uncle for miss communication but willing to charge me an £3 something for large chips to be delivered.

My first (and not my last) visit to this place, as we have just moved to the area. Excellent (extra large) donar kebab had, and very much enjoyed, large portion of meat wrapped separately in foil and boxed, along with a box of salad, a pitta bread and a pot of coleslaw, one of the best I've had!

Ordered 1st time from UberEats and they delivered it quickly only to find loads of lettuces no cabbage and 95% of the Chicken doner kebab pieces were bits hard and over cooked or pieces which have been sitting around off cuts from some other orders. It wasn't all that tasty either and they wanted extra £1 for a extra condiments where as other places like Berlin Kebab give you whatever sauce you want and kebab taste and quality much better. Won't order again.

Got a Donner kebab 2 burgers and chips , was like dog / cat food half a lettuce and quarter a pint of water in the burger pot soggy bun , chips we’re like they been fried all day and fetter was turned on and off discusting ,the meat was cold and like bottom of the barrel , the people that work there are so RUDE and was not any help with the complaints I put Forward . Rude and won’t be spending my money here no more , food is nasty staff are rude .

This place is an absolute joke! A couple weeks ago they sent me completely the wrong order and stone cold. So I called up and he promised me that next time I could order and get what I ordered for free. Just called up tonight and he’s now changed it to a free side. Such a shame because I’ve been a loyal customer for years!!

Had the best Delivery lastnight of Cheese Quarter Pounder a Donner Kebab & chips.. was fresh tasty and the chips from a delivery were spot on crispy and had not gone sad and floppy and the kebab was tender and tasty, as was the quarter pounder. A big thumbs up and will use again. Thank you

1st time ordered from here not impressed. The meat was dry and so were the chips. Also the sauces didnt come as standard so having to pay extra for the sauces

Ordered through Uber eats and received the wrong order. I ordered a chicken doner kebab and received a lamb doner which I promptly threw in the bin. I dislike doner and never eat it. My girlfriend who placed the order called them and informed them of the error. They apologised and organised a replacement. This was delivered by a driver who had the audacity to ask me for the doner kebab so he can take it back. I was in complete shock. I told him it was in the bin and he asked me to take it out as his boss wants it. I was not going through my bin as this was an unreasonable request, so I pulled the bin out and handed it to him. He refused to take it and walked off. I've received wrong orders before which have been corrected, but NEVER in my life asked for the food to be returned. It was their mistake and their loss. What was their intention to re-use the food???? Its quite concerning and I will never be ordering from them again and do not recommend to anyone. Disgusted and horrified by their actions and an attempt to reclaim incorrectly delivered food. Thankfully Uber refunded the money after a complaint was made.

Make same order for delivery everytime and everytime the cost seems to increase they make there prices up as they go along they think if you live in banstead or surrounding areas your automatically rich and think you have more money then sense. BEWARE double check what your paying for .

Always happy to replace if there’s something wrong with the meal there hasn’t been problem with the meals or times they missed the drinks off the order one time but phoned and they apologised and sent it up with an extra drink they have never been rude to me

I used to go to this place regularly. Nice enough people. But have had 2 bouts of food poisoning from them now. Never again. Both times serving me old kebab donor from the night before and was ill for a week because of it both times. Im sick of kebab places doing this. Serve your customers fresh food and stop selling leftovers from the night before. Its a disgrace.

My iskender the meat was tough and hard the yoghurt tasted like strawberrys and I ordered 4 pots of garlic sauce they tasted sour and off I will not be ordering from there again as it was a waste of money

Never had a problem with this place before tonight... Ordered food to be delivered at a set time, it came 40 mins early and we weren't home to pay for it. Eventually turned up 20 mins later than originally ordered from and order was wrong. Certainly left a bad taste! Never will use this place again!

Food quality was very good. But they did not bring all our order and then told us it would be at least half an hour until they could get it to us. Also refused to refund us as it was done through just eat. Have said they will credit against our name next time we order, but not sure how this will work.

Forgot my free dish for the second time using Just Eat, by the time they delivered it we had all finished eating. However... Pick up the phone and actually talk to a person and you won't be disappointed. I have eaten here for years, staff are friendly and efficient, the food is delicious. Will always use only them as our Indian but will go back to picking up the phone ☺️
