Visited here with grandchildren on Monday before Christmas. Not having been before I found the lay out completely chaotic. The children’s lunch boxes were only spotted on way out. The food was inedible and overpriced. Go visit a Caulders for a lesson in service and quality. Or try approaching things with young children who don’t know what they want versus what is available. And cold sausage rolls lying in the salad bar. Who doesn’t like one with a salad. ? I had to beg the server to heat it for my grandson. Utterly shambolic.

Gran valor. Súper damas que satisficieron todas nuestras necesidades.

This is regarding cafe / restaurant only to be noted ! Over priced latte and really not good at all. Staff friendly but their offerings are sub par and overpriced considering poor quality . Not eaten here in a while because of that but had some Christmas shopping to do so stopped for a coffee. Surrounded by dirty tables too. This branch is desperately in need of a makeover and management need to ensure it’s being kept clean and tables cleared quickly.

I don't think Dobbies has had a health and safety check since the 90s. Horrendously overpriced food that'll be cold by the time you pay because apparently they can only have 1 staff member serving at a time. Speaking of the food, it's mediocre at best, With the cakes not actually listing the ingredients, Absolutely ridiculous

The food is pretty good but I object to sitting in an establishment and have to talk over barking dogs. I suppose it’s quite nice to take your dog in and the sitting area is separate but if the dog is barking the owners need to leave. It spoiled our lunch.

The food and drink is way over priced and to give you a rough idea a can of juice is £1.75 and a small bottle was £2,20 +. And the food at the very best I could say is average at best and they charge a fortune for it. The only reason I use this resturaunt sometimes is for somewhere to sit while I get my car a valet just outside. I once had a full breakfast here and I couldn't eat half of it as the qaulity was that bad. The shops has all sorts of good stuff in it but again unless you are swimming in cash then you can get the same thing online cheaper

It is with my upmost disappointment that if it weren’t for the price point of the items I would have thought I was in a Tesco cafe.

In the past month I have had a friend stay in the Kirkhouse, his room was immaculate and ticked all boxes. My experience was in the bar having a brilliant steak pie. Most recently my wife and I visited the Indian restaurant on offer. Our food was 5 star as was the service and atmosphere. Food, service and overall experience to rival even the best (and most expensive) hotel / restaurants we have visited.

Cracking place and a hidden gem in Stirling! Visiting the area for a few days and came for both lunch and dinner. Perfect steaks and fantastic service both times. Rhona has this place spot on
