A terrible experience. I wanted a gluten free pizza but was told I could not order one in store by a person but would have to do it with an app (then I could have gluten free from this store). Had no phone with me or internet access, staff no help with this so I went hungry. Why should I be discriminated against as I had no phone and needed gluten free, surely this should not be acceptable in this day and age? As the member of staff said they did gluten free but only if ordered through the app thanks Dominos for disenfranchising me.

Would highly recommended Dominos In Kings Lynn, I am a dominos regular at different stores and I will say food is always cooked to a high standard, I always feel like the staff are friendly & take care of me, especially Nathaniel & Oleg who always get me the best deals. I probably wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for the staff getting me good deals and taking care of me, as dominos can be a expensive deal! Thanks guys 👍🏼

Possibly the worst fish and chips ever. Fishcake was like breaded carpet underlay completely tasteless, chips cold and all tiny bits some burnt dark brown. Only decent thing was cod with light batter. But definitely won't go back.

My partner and I ordered a meal yesterday evening through uber eats around 8pm. Our food was delivered about 9:10pm and we opened our food to see our order was not only wrong! Plus the fries we ordered were pale, hard and very undercooked! The cheese burger was meant to be plain and it comes covered in mayo sauce I'm allergic too! The meal was inedible... The restaurant closed at 9pm but my partner called them the second we saw our meal wasn't correct, they answered the phone and we explained what happened then they hung up!! I called them back instantly and they never answered. I called over 10 times and they still didn't answer. So my partner drove to the restaurant and the staff members were still inside but locked the doors, he knocked on the door and told them what happened. They said there's nothing they can do!!Absolutely appalling!!

Pretty sure i got mild food poisoning the next day after eating lunch here. Had a noodle base with two different toppings of chicken, the noodles were dry and had ZERO flavour. The sesame chicken had a way too sugary coating, it was sickly and the Korean beef was boring and bland, couldn’t even taste the chicken flavour. Most depressing meal i’ve had in years
