Waste of time. Take a delivery order, advise its being prepared leave you waiting, then tell you they're closed 2 hours later.

Disgusting staff behaviour. Thinks its OK to talk to customers and uber drivers with bad attitude. Not professional and aggressive behaviour

Long wait for the food and the member of staff was very rude.i will not recommended anyone.avoid avoid

I visited with my wife at the end of a night out. There were quite a few people inside, mostly drunk and happy after closing time. We asked for a simple sausage/chip meal and were asked to pay £7.50. When challenged, they said I had asked for large chips, which I hadn’t (suspect they did this to get rid of cooked chips before the end of the night). Even so, this would be nowhere near £7.50 and pointed the the correct price displayed on the board. Nothing great about the food by the way. I think they take advantage of people who have had a little too much to drink, thinking they will just put their hands in their pockets and pay whatever’s asked. They’re a miserable bunch of so & so’s in there as well.

Order not only took forever but wasn’t possibly the worst kebab and chips I have ever eaten. It. Was messy, tasteless and the chips were solid and also tasteless. My local wasn’t open but I wish it was! £7 for a mixed kebab meat and chips & it was the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. My friends ordered two chicken burgers and they said theirs were disgusting and we didn’t eat any of it. Even my dog refused to go near the kebab meat!

I don't know about the fish, chips, pies and pasties, but I do know that the kebab I had was the best I have had in ages. The kebab looked good, tasted great and didn't fall apart when I started to eat it, and that's all I ask from my Kebab I'll definitely be going back for more

This place is clean, modern and inviting... but that's where it ends. Sadly as with most chip shops they tend to fry their chips, fish etc in cheap partially hydrogenated oil,which is not good for you and also leaves a horrid after taste. I avoid places that use this oil, it may be cheap but I'd prefer and pay more for fish n chips cooked in natural vegetable oils.

As well as a very speedy take away service, the first impression of Donya when visiting is of an efficient and clean establishment. The food is excellent (their pizzas can rival the big brands easily) and the staff (including the excellent delivery service) are always very professional. Although I am currently on a diet I frequent Donya regularly when I am not! You will not be disappointed with the quality or quantity you are served if you order a pizza or kebab. I find that their chips and fish are sometimes not great but never poor.

Kids had pizza and cheesy chips which they raved about. I had large doner meat and chips in a tray. It was delicious, but I felt quite overpriced at £4.99 You can get a naan bread kebab AND chips for that price from other chippies. I would return when in the area.

I have already praised this takeaway really highly so I really hope that tonight was a one off. I ordered a large cod...now that means I should have got a large cod. Not 2 mini fish!! It really wasn't very nice at all I'm afraid. Will be a while before I order again!😣

Our first time ordering from The Donya. Food as delivered within half an hour & was just superb. Will definitely be placing another order...same time next week!x

If the fish, chips and kebabs are anything like the pizzas, this could be the best chippy in Birmingham!! I had a lovely Mexican, while Jane ate the Cajun Chicken. Both were spicy and packed with flavour. We shared some relatively bland potato skins, which were livened up by some sweet chilli sauce. We'll definitely be back soon!

On a whim was passing and fancied some fish and chips. The food was decent and what was very good was the price. Lots of choice and staff were friendly. Competitive considering there's a few chippys in close proximity.
