Was served by a lovely lady and a lovely guy called Tony. Great food, relaxing atmosphere and brilliant music! 100% recommend.

Very happy with our evening at the drawbridge. We reserved a table for 9 on a busy Friday evening. We were greeted by a lovely waiter called Tony. He kept checking on us throughout the evening. Even joining in with the fun and the jokes that we were having. Tony is a credit to the drawbridge and definitely made our evening more enjoyable. Thanks Tony

Only 2 for food. My daughter is 39 weeks pregnant found a hair in her food which was not good. Offered a new meal. Declined as she was put off by hair in food

Mac cheese was what you would expect from a chain but nice as I love mac cheese! Husbands steak pie was huge. Nice place plenty of space to eat, loud bar but quiet dedicated eating area if that's what you like. Shout out to Tony very good service.

Whenever I have been to the Drawbridge Solihull with my friends, we always recieve excellent service. It is usually from the same gentleman . His name is Tony. I don't know how he mananges it but he is really excellent at his job. The whole place is very well run and managed.

I booked Christmas day for myself and my elderly mother at the Drawbridge as it offered the best menu to accommodate both of us. All staff were very attentive, special mention to our server Tony who went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Food was great quality and the very plentiful. After needing to get my mum back home, Tony put our mince pie and brownie in a box to take home. Would book again and hopefully come back and some point during the year.

Booking was easy. The venue had prepared a large reserved table for us with plenty of space for the children to sit on the floor next to the tables. Ordering was easy at the bar, with friendly professional staff. A particular mention to our front of house staff member who served us. He was particularly attentive to all of our needs and very kind and friendly offering assistance with the children. Nothing was too much for him. The food was good and arrived quickly. Thank you for a very pleasant visit with some very excited children!

Lovely pub, friendly staff, by the canal be lovely in summer. We sat inside it was warm.

Only had a few drinks and puddings but the service from Tony was fantastic what a credit to the pub he's so friendly and helpful made our visit.

Visited at 8pm on a Saturday night. It had a lovely calm atmosphere. The person who served us our food was lovely and checked multiple times about how long the food would be and if we were happy. Not to mention both of our food was delicious. Definitely will visit again.

Lovely family meal out this evening after a bit of Christmas shopping. Booked in advance and table as set up perfectly, good food and service. Tony was fantastic, made the experience that much better having him serve us and he really is great at his job and a credit to the pub!!! You can really see how hard he works and his attention to the customers is spot on, cannot fault and thanks to Tony had an amazing evening as a family!!!

Made very welcome for a late lunch. A spacious area for eating, our greyhound was greeted by all staff and given a bowl of water. I had Steak and Ale Pie which was very tasty, my wife had Fish and Chips which she thoroughly enjoyed and the granddaughters, one had Chicken Nuggets. Hips and baked beans and the other had Cheese burger and chips. Pleased to say four empty plates!!

Really impressed with the Drawbridge. Came with family and Mum to celebrate my late Dads birthday. New staff member Dom couldn’t have been more helpful, rearranging tables so Mum ( who is partially sighted) could sit in the light from the window, sorting a minor issue with one of the meals efficiently and generally being a great ambassador for the pub. Food was great - recommend the low and slow beef with dripping gravy! All staff members we spoke to were equally great. Great time had by all.

First visit. 3 people with a dog. Good table, good food served quickly. 6pm on a Wednesday night just the job. Bar staff great.

Dirty menus with pages stuck together. Chefs visibly not wearing any hats to cover their long hair while cooking. The most bacon cheeseburger was awful - the bacon was what you'd find at maccies, the patty was glued on to the bun with cheese and when I finally peeled it off, the patty was chewy and bouncy, had a homogenous texture and looked like a frozen, blended up ultra processed burger patty. Onion rings were greasy, soggy soft batter and mush onion inside Lamb kofta starter was basic with little spice, the lamb-oiled salad was the most flavourful. Chicken wings came with barely any sauce and were dry. The ribeye steak with beef dripping was pretty good Fries were crisp and came either chunky (with the steak) or skinny (with the burger)

We love this place. Nice food and easy atmosphere. Out service guy was Tony who came across very pleasant person. Being close to canal is also the plus point.

This is decent local run by good staff. The food is standard fare at a good price, Tony is always bright, cheery and welcoming and They have a lot of love for pets. Enjoyed the dinner very much！

We have an annual meal here every year pur family has grown 22 0f us this year and by far the best service we had with Tony a lovely gentleman nothing was to much trouble and a credit to the pub see you next year thank you too all the staff

Lovely setting alongside the canal. Unfortunately it was a dull day but still the barges came by. Quiet in the pub but decent food served freshly cooked and hot! Very good value for money.

Came here for a family meal and was blown away! Tony was our server and he was absolutely brilliant, he had such a friendly atmosphere and looked after us from start to finish! Thankyou so much Tony you are a credit to the pub! Also a huge thankyou to the chef Alfie all of our food was cooked to perfection and we did not have one complaint! We would definitely come again :)

Very friendly pub, Tony our waiter couldn't do enough for us. And Steve and Katie in the kitchen made sure we had hot, tasty and plentiful food. There's sports screens, but you can also tuck away if that's not your thing. We were a party of 12 with a well behaved dog 🐶🙏💚

Met up with friends over drinks and food. Good value for money. Staff really friendly especially Victoria.

The staff went above and beyond. We stopped by for an evening meal, parking our canal boat nearby. Our fox red lab drew a lot of attention including from the manager who came over and spoke to us for a while and gifted Henry a dog bone. Speedy service from friendly staff. Food was delicious. Nice selection on the menu. On our visit on a weekday whilst not overally busy, we had to wait 15 minutes for a warm drink as only member of staff was serving, so had to go back and remind him, that we still needed the warm drinks.

We've been to the Drawbridge a few times over the last few years and every time has been fantastic. Tonight we were served by Mark, he's only been in the job two months and is a natural at his job, we've never been so well taken care of. The ladies on the bar were lovely too and, just like every previous visit, the food was delicious.

Came to get my friends dog groomed and found the Drawbridge Inn while we was waiting for the dog to be groomed. What a beautiful afternoon we had with great food good service and chatted with lovely people. Sun was shining great spot to have a pub.
