The steak's great, really good quality. They have Wagyu, but honestly, I couldn't tell much difference between it and the regular steak. The sides are awesome. .

This is a really delicious steak house. I visited at opening time at 12 o'clock. Within 15 minutes, all the tables I was sitting at were filled with customers. Spinach cream is a great side dish to relieve greasiness. I had today's recommended steak, Wagyu sirloin, and it was really delicious. This is a perfect restaurant right down to the last serving of ice cream.

This restaurant is really delicious and the service is also very good (thanks to Maria our server). When you enter, he will give you a cup of popcorn for free. Whether it's the 14-yuan pound steak or the side salad, it's all delicious. After the final checkout, you will be given a small knife as a souvenir, or you can exchange it for his ice cream.

We went to Flet Iron the other night with a group of friends. It was a happy, friendly vibe and our waitress Bambi was fantastic. She was patient and knowledgeable as one of our group had loads of questions. Food was tasty.

All the reviews we have seen for this place were so good and i can understand why!! We cannot say anything bad about this place. We went for my birthday and had a nice table out the way. Staff were all great, all the food was so full of flavour. Wow the mash!! We shared a flat iron, i tried the scottish bavette and my husband had the wagyu bavette and all just melted in your mouth. Free water, free popcorn and free ice cream too. Bonus. So good this place we are going back!!

I had an excellent experience at Flat Iron. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. The steak was cooked perfectly to our preferences, and the sides of mash and spinach were absolutely delicious. One of the best Flat Irons I’ve visited in London, and I’ll most definitely return in future.

Gabriel made our New Year's eve dinner very special! He was fantastic with a great sense of humour and he was extremely helpful. Food was also outstanding!

Everyone had told me to try flatiron and I had to give it a try and for what it is it is pretty great. It’s affordable, the staff are attentive, the food came out so quickly and the complementary ice cream is a plus. My only issue was with the steak. While the flavour was good, it wasn’t evenly cooked and some parts definitely edged more of the well done side. You can give the creamed spinach a miss but the mashed potatoes are fantastic.

I’m so disappointed that this restaurant has prime locations in London but does not adapt to the culture here, There were NO vegetarian options on the menu and even the chips were fried in beef fat. They were rude and unapologetic about their fascist menu. Most steak houses in the USA (even in the Deep South) serve fish and salads. Given that McDonald’s in the UK has adapted their menu to cater for vegetarians the management at Flatiron has no excuse for this behaviour.

Delightful steak establishment. They serve the steaks with these miniature cleavers but which are not really necessary as the steak is already sliced. And that steak is delicious, so tender. At the end of the meal you're presented with these tiny cleavers which look like bracelet charms which you exchange for an ice cream as you depart, lovely touch.

I had such a great experience at Flat Iron Spitalfields! Lovely atmosphere and great interiors, the place looks fancy but it's definitely got a more of a casual vibe to it. The bartenders were super friendly, fast service and great cocktails for the price. We had the famous steak, it was so succulent and perfectly cooked, the fries were to die for too! 🤤 Love also the signature popcorn and caramel ice cream given at the start and end of the meal. This place has a single menu. There is a special menu, but I ordered the special menu and the basic menu. The meat was so tender and delicious. We recommend adding sides and sauce to eat it together.

Never heard of flat iron before, My boyfriend and I were in the area and found them via a google search. On arrival we were welcomed and told we could have a 40 min wait as we hadn’t booked, we were fine with that. Wait was a little quicker 25 mins, we were seated with some yummy popcorn Wait from order to service was quick we had the wagyu steak off the special menu, mac and cheese, green salad and beef dripping fries. This was hands down one of the best steaks ever, cooked to perfection, melt in mouth and seasoned. Side dishes beautiful, value for money great service will definitely be back!

I honestly have never had a better experience ever in any restaurant in the world I have been too. The atmosphere was calm and warm with a sense of happiness all over with the most content customers all round. The team in here was fabulous went above and beyond for me and went they found out it was my 30th birthday they just showed so much excitement, my old fashion they put on the house for me (this was also a perfect old fashion every time I ordered one.) they didn’t have to do that at all showered us all in compliments and just I can’t recommend anyone to visit this restaurant more! I will keep my tiny cleaver my whole life as a keepsake! The food was impeccable! The most delicious mouth watering steak I’ve had in a while, the crispy bone marrow garlic mash is another level! You have to order this if you go! And sooooooo reasonable in price! I wish I had got the girls names but the girls working on 12/12/24 evening shift… please can they get some kind of recognition or something because they are amazing! This is a place I’ve always wanted to go but never imagined myself giving them a 5 star. Note that it is not a perfect restaurant, but in terms of what they offer they do a perfect job for the price. The steak isn’t the most tender steak, but it is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Happy to pay 14 quid for it. The sides are not spectacular, but are decent given the price. I like that you also get ice cream at the end of your meal. The staff are very well trained. For the price, the decor is very fancy (including plating and cutlery).

A very good meat. Wonderful site. And a staff of 10. We were served by Diego and Fernando, two Spaniards who explained the entire menu to us and recommended dishes and accompaniments and it was a success. Everything is delicious. At the end they give you ice cream.
