The menu has no allergy markings or explanation of the less common dishes, several items were not available, there are hardly any vegetarian options anyway, there is a 4.50 cover charge that is not explained, and it was hard to get staff attention. We left, so that was 4.50 for a glass of water. It was also the same price as a dozen upscale Turkish places within 200 yards so there is just no reason to choose this one.

Had red lentil soup, the waiter served with a plate of mix salad and a pot of creamy hummus Had a main course : meat balls with a white sauce and diced potatoes, chunks of sweet green chillies, it is served with a side salad consisting of rise haricot beans and fried little diced chicken pieces. I drunk tea with my meal. The restaurant hall has an informal look and it is fine with me, the waiter was in control of the service and keeping the floor and table clean at all times. When I paid the bill I couldn't believe all that delicious food was only charged £14.00! Then I left tips. I recommend eating there healthy food. Giorgio

Although relatively small with limited seating, this new Turkish/Kurdish restaurant located in a busy parade on Green Lanes in Haringey delivers real big-time in the types of home-made food the owner-chef serves. The menu focuses mainly on traditional soups ('Corba', in Turkish; hence the name of the restaurant), and meat/vegetarian stews. The reviewer ordered Yayla, a yoghurt and rice--based soup infused with mint - a hearty, utterly delicious meal in its own right - and Fasulye, a white-bean and lamb stew served with rice and accompaniments. Needless to say, both dishes were outstandingly terrific, well-executed, and satisfying. On the day, there were other varieties of stews and soups being served, and each looked totally scrumptious. At this review, the restaurant is relatively new, having opened in November 2021. If the owner-chef continues to focus on offering hearty traditional Turkish/Kurdish soups and variety of stews, there is no limit this little restaurant cannot transcend. It may even become world-famous! To be sure, this little restaurant lies in the shadows of numerous and long-established Turkish restaurant giants that exist just a short stroll away on either side. There is, therefore, a huge variety of choice and quality on offer in Turkish/Kurdish food scene in this part of Green Lanes in Haringey. Yet this new venture is likely to be able to compete, and perhaps even out-compete, the big neighbouring - and dominating - Turkish restaurants. The reviewer definitely enjoyed the food, the ambience and the quality of service in Haringey Corbasi. You will too!

Went to eat here before football. Ordered our food and waited for ages. Despite asking several times it never arrived so had to leave to get to the match. Terrible service, won't go again.

I can’t recommend Antepliler enough if you’re a fan of Turkish desserts. Their künefe was out of this world—crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and perfectly sweet with the syrup. It was served hot and fresh, just the way it should be. A true masterpiece!
