Not the best Holiday Inn. Car park always full

A great place to stay. Far enough away from the centre yet still only a short walk.

Good service and rooms. Stayed for a night. Only issue was the person staying opposite slamming their door consistently, but that's no fault of the hotel.

Room was fab, everything I needed. Location superb on the river. Staff were very attentive and friendly nothing too much trouble. Food at dinner could have been better, slightly challenged as they had no gas! Breakfast was fab, you can even order from the menu rather than thw buffet 👍

I was charged £17 for a bowl of cereal, because a single night room extension was missing the same person that stayed for the rest of the reservation. The mistake was made after both the website and a phone operator were unable to extend the reservation. The mistake was not noted at check-in. A stupidly expensive penalty fee for a forced mistake, and the breakfast is pretty rubbish lately. The room was nice and clean. It was noisy through the night and the bed was quite uncomfortable (lumpy pillows, poorly sprung mattress.)

We enjoyed our stay, location is great, about 10 mins walk from the train station. The room and bed was comfortable. Late check out is always a bonus

Everything was great except my bed, which was banana shaped and I hardly slept as it hurt my back. Also, the bed castors stick out and catch your toes and the douvet was not fitted into its cover. Prem Inn beds are miles better.

I usually travel by train, but Lincoln has such poor public transport options that I drove. I was surprised to find that there was a charge for using the car park at the hotel, which seems a bit cheeky.

Great little looking place from the outside, but then upstairs you enter a massive space which looks awesome, the food was great although my first choice wasn’t available, the festive pie was really nice If in Lincoln in future it will be a must

Absolute rubbish service, walked in and waited to be seated not feeling welcome at all. Then waited around 15 minutes for order to be taken . Pizzas were Oright but both me and partner felt sick after eating this.

Its been a long time since i came here, obviously the building is prestigious but that was as far as the pros went. Staff were ok, felt a bit rushed and then when i left most of my food they never came to clear the table, as clearly didnt want to know why id left the food. I ordered a cheese and pickle sarnie. The bread was dry just like chemical bread, didnt seem fresh or homemade. Pickle was from a jar (as i asked if there was sultanas, thinking it would be home made and was told its branstons) coleslaw was bland and at a guess- not homemade! Sarnie was too pickle heavy and had to scrape out as overwhelming. Just very disappointing and over priced for such basic food. Will not be back. Would not recommend

We are currently staying here. The room is gorgeous. Breakfast is gorgeous. The big problem here is service. Yesterday we walked in and as is the way here tragically had to queue at the bar here to order food and drink. Hardly a luxury experience. The charcuterie platter sadly had just Branson pickle on it. Strangely not a condiment I’ve seen in Europe in a platter. No caperberries here. No cornichon. Hardly any bread, hardly any anything really for the princely sum of £30. It took a bloody age to get to me. And when it did I could have cried. I paid £11 for a martini and I was told. Sorry, there are no olives. Seriously! Go boa jar of olives.

I dined in at Pizza Hut and found the food to be decent. The pizza had fresh toppings, and the crust was soft, though it could have been a bit crispier. The service was fine, but the restaurant didn’t provide free parking for customers, which made it inconvenient. While the overall dining experience was pleasant, I believe providing free parking would improve the customer experience.
