I tried their pizza and wings it was very fresh and tasty. The stuff are very nice and friendly . I will definitely recommend Hollywood pizza they are the best pizza shop in Harrow.

Ordered three pizzas and specifically requested the smallest one to have NO peppers or chilli’s for my mum who has a health condition. They added a bucket load of spice in that specific pizza, didn’t even try to make another pizza once they realised their mistake in the shop. I called up to complain and then finally they did offer to make another for no charge but I would have to collect it and they can’t have someone deliver it as the drivers are busy? Why should I waste my petrol and time for something that was your fault ? YOU SHOULD deliver to me as it’s YOUR mistake. Please understand that you can’t just make what you want as you please. I requested non spicy as my mum has a health condition and can’t eat spice. Food allergies are dangerous and if you as a food business can’t rectify your mistake properly for your customers that’s absolutely ridiculous.

Food arrived late and cold. Not worth the price and may not order again

Fantastic! Arrived on time even though it was raining, driver was polite and friendly. Our food was really hot and delicious, chicken coating was very crispy really impressed! We all loved it, won’t hesitate to order again. Thanks guys

Good but I got wedges instead of twister fries and I was proper looking forward to them, if you didn't have them I'd have rather been called to pick something else as not the biggest fan of wedges.

I asked for peri peri fries and got given two bags of normal fries, don't know if its because you were out. Also address issue was my mistake I just looked, for some reason autofill didn't put it in properly and I've only just noticed. Sorry!

It was my 1st time ordering from here and there is nothing worse then spending money being excited for a yummie takeout to only disappoint you , but this food was nice n hot still came earlier then expected n was super super tasty highly recommend! I had the hot wing very crispy n tasty! N a super big pizza mmmm was amazing ! ❤️🔥💯

Always have such good experience here staff are really nice and friendly very welcoming . Today i had gone in to get food . The guy serving had told me 10-15 mins for my food after 15-20 mins i had asked him how long as i had a bus to catch. He had a bad attitude ‘saying sit back and watch ‘ ‘i told you the time’ . When asking for the time beforehand i had asked him how long due to me catching a bus . Honestly for a customer who is so often visiting them and supporting their business this is outrageous. Furthermore , i had gotten pizza with them before this and pizza had come with a few pieces of chicken and more vegetables even though i had ordered a chicken pizza (should have included chicken and some vegetables ) .

The pizza was hot and tasted very fresh would definitely order from them again great value for your money.

Food always delivered hot and tasty, never been a disappointment. ❤️❤️ P.s. not being asked to write reviews just really want this guys to have the rate they deserve, as recently ordered pizza from place with 4.7 review and it was far from being same as Hollywood Pizza

My partner ordered tonight and the food never showed up. We have had nothing to eat and it’s gone 11pm. We were not offered another delivery and the money has been been lost. Ridiculous. If a driver steals food, particularly when it’s the restaurant’s own drivers, the restaurant should send a further delivery. It hasn’t even been marker as delivered in the app - still says it’s on its way when the restaurant has told us it’s not coming. Very disappointed and would no longer recommend.

Have brought food from here forever. Never disappointed until last night. Ordered a spicy filet burger, quarter pounder and hot wings. Filet burger had chilli sauce on it. Yuk. Was meant to come with salad but there was hardly any on it. Same with the quarter pounder and the wings were soggy.

I really like your pizza but takes long time to get your pizza even living 10 minutes far from there.

the pizza wasn't warm, I waited for it for 2 hours, I don't recommend it, it was nasty, they gave me Pepsi instead of Coke

Don’t ever order from Hollywood pizza horrible people and terrible service. Rude workers hung up on 3 times. The worker was very rude while talking on the phone. Service very poor didn’t get correct order anytime we’ve order from them. Smashed, half eaten & got given the wrong size pizza. Time wasters take ages to deliver orders.

Disappointed with the pizzas. Asked for less cheese on one and it seemed like there was more. The seafood pizza was soggy in the middle and undercooked. What’s the point of being able to make requests if they are ignored?

So I cancelled one order then I order another by card but yet I still had someone show up at mine around 23:20 saying that they were not paid. Look I will only paid for the food I order by card because that had everything we wanted on it but if someone cancel something maybe then you should remove it cause they shouldn’t have to pay for something that they cancelled

It’s was our first time ordering from Hollywood pizza and it was very delicious.

I ordered a fried chicken meal. It taste as though the oil they used was not clean. One of the pieces of chicken had a fish taste and the rest of the pieces and wings seemed like they had been cooked the day before. I'm sure their pizza is fine but I won't be ordering chicken from there in future.

Always friendly and always a consistently good meal. The only downside is they only take cash.

as usual the pizza was delicious but i wasn't happy about the fact that this is the second time i've ordered the Hollywood deal which comes with barbecue wings and i received normal ones instead. if they are not available please take them out of the menu or let me know i would appreciate it! thanks

Didn’t arrive. Spoke to the restaurant and the driver for 5 minutes and I walked outside in the cold to find the driver. He couldn’t tell me the road he was on nor the name of the apparent building he was standing outside of. I called the restaurant and relayed this information and asked if I could at-least pick it up and he hung up the phone. Disgusting service. Avoid !

Just openly stealing. Christmas Day and they pretend to be open and deliver but they literally stole my money and hung up. Pathetic humans with no morals. Shut this place down immediately. Clearly are good for nothing except this disgusting behaviour judging by the reviews.

Amazing Pizza 10/10! Would recommend to friends and family.

Where do i start. 1. I ordered 2 large pizzas and both of them were disgusting. 2. The toppings where falling off when i tried to eat it. 3. They use old dough from the day before. 4. They Very stoosh with the toppings. 5. Its 2023 and they dont accept card so they can avoid the taxman. That is unacceptable. 6. The staff are not very welcoming. They act as if you owe them something. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want a dough that was made the day before. Please sort it out Hollywood pizza.

Excellent customer Service, there has been new and exciting changes to this restaurant. Great of quality of food and ingredients of pizza. They always update you on your orders and staff are very polite and professional

3rd time I have ordered pizza & chips from here via an App, each time scheduling for later that evening for a children’s community club, where this is their only meal that night. Each time arrived almost 1 hr after the earliest scheduled time, 25 mins after the latest point!! Club ends at 7:30pm (kids aged 5-11yrs) each time ordered for 6:30-7pm pizza arrives at 7:25!!!! I order & schedule the meal at 3:30 that same afternoon. I’ve even popped in after ordering to check it will be on time, & who it’s for no difference- I will never order from them again, I if could give a minus for service I would!!!

The owner of this place has made a real effort over the past year or so to improve the service and I respect it a lot. Appreciate instructions were followed. I don't have an issue with your veg. The problem is salad dies very quickly in a wrap and I've gone off wilted lettuce and tomatoes, one of those things you gotta have as soon as it's made really! Everytime I've ordered since the owner or manager came to my door to deliver it has improved.

item missing from order the package was for 8 pieces chicken 8 hot wings a tub of coleslaw and a bottle of fanta got all except coleslaw when rider asked where it was he yelled they didnt have none and rode off , this isnt what i expect , the last time the rider gave my bottle to previous customer and tried to give me a can of drink i made him complete my order and get my bottle back apparently the other customer was a couple of doors back.

Very bad quality pizza with old flour. The staff memeber weren’t friendly and very rude. No hygiene or whatsoever. No gloves, no hair bands. Very bad customer service and they charged me £2 and claimed that he made a mistake, he mentioned it he will refund via card within 7 days, and still I haven’t received it. Guys I don’t recommend this place

This place over charges customers, I was charged £20 for one XL pizza which is worth £12, and the radius for me was like 4.2 miles, but after i received my food, I checked on Uber eats and the price was like £15 with a bottle of drink to be delivered to me. Unhappy with the customer service they providing

So... I've been going here for years! AND; (*They didn't 'pay me', to say any of this, Nor... Am I 'affiliated', with them, in any way... It's important I say this, because: I'm 'spilling-all-the-tea', here!... So here goes, with an honest review... (*I was also born in Harrow, and have seen, '1st-hand', just how 'down-hill' everything has gotten, especially here in South Harrow), it's literally a 'slum' town now... Anywayz... There's still some 'Gems' in Harrow, and THIS Pizza Place (and Chicken Shop) is ONE of them! I've had some good experiences, and some bad, (but not always the restaurant/staff's fault), So... I'll do my best to explain the 'ecosystem' here... Also, I spent some time in America/USA/New York, so I KNOW what good pizza & fried chicken really is, (and I can honestly say)... The pizza's here, are some of the best you'll ever have, and I've had in London/UK, but... In my experience... The Pizza's here are absolutely delicious, ONLY IF... - You don't go on a Wednesday (*Often their busiest time ,due to a special: "Any Pizza, Any Size" offer), etc. Which, TBH, is just £1 less for an Extra Large Pizza any other day, so... Really not worth the stress of going-in on a Wednesday, for sure! - Also... It helps IF... You're not rude or abusive (*like many customers I've personally witnessed) & actually treat the staff with some courtesy & respect, like human beings! - You know exactly what you want, and can 'articulate it', clearly, to a member of staff, (either over-the-phone, or in-person). - IE: If you don't want your pizza "burnt to a crisp" THEN... for God's sake = TELL THEM! aka: Say the words: "Please don't burn my pizza, i want it CHEESY! and not too well done, please", (and my pizza's are always EXCELLENT)! - Like other posters have said here, if you do go on a Wednesday when they have their "Any Pizza, Any Size" Offer for just £1-off an: Xtra Large Pizza (@ around: midday/evening), the staff are, of-course: 'SLAMMED' with an insane amount of orders (*and they do just "churn" them out quickly), and therefore; quality is severely affected! So... Maybe don't go on, a Wednesday night? Yes... For the love of God, if you want your pizza to be nice, don't go on a Wednesday (when the whole of South Harrow 'descends' upon this little shop). Exercise some common sense, and your Pizza's will be delicious! (Like mine!) FINALLY: It's a family business, and it doesn't hurt to tip them sometimes, (*if you can afford-to). Most of the staff here work insanely long hours, and on minimum wage, so a little respect goes a long way with this crew. - Yes, it's a business... - Yes, they're 'supposed-to' provide a good service, in exchange-for: cold. hard. cash. - However... They're also human. If you get the above criteria right, you can expect: -piping hot pizzas! -marbled to perfection! -gorgeous 'cheesy' pizza's that = 'melt-in-the-mouth' -And... a free pot of yummy garlic dip, with every pizza! -(In my experience they always use quality ingredients, have the softest/freshest dough, and the best quality cheeses)! *Tip: Pay £1 extra for some xtra cheese, and ask them not to brown the pizza too much, IE: (i just say = "Can i have it 'CHEESY' please!", and... Welcome to PIZZA BLISS! = You're Welcome! = (*I always go-for Xtra Large - (15 inch), thin crust, and with £1 extra cheese). **My pictures are of a 'Tandoori Special' pizza, thin crust, and... i paid £1 extra, for extra cheese aswell! YUM!!! I asked them not to brown my pizza too much and i like it 'cheezy'! My advice... Meet these guys 'halfway', (with a little dignity & respect), and... welcome to pizza HEAVEN! (People Skills)! Ordered 3 deep pan pizza but received all in very thin crust. Delivery took over 1 hour which is crazy.

Good hot delivery and early. The only issue was with the corn on the cob. It was tough, chewy and I'm going to be picking it off my teeth all evenings because it is also extremely sticky, dry on the outside. It didn't come across as freshly grilled. Wrap was excellent, really appreciate how it was properly filled from top to bottom.

Much better, spoke to one of the guys who delivered my food and he explained the driver situation to me and that it's not just words they do actually care. The moment he opened the delivery bag it was actually steaming so I knew it was going to be good this time. Enjoyed it. The one thing I'll also mention though are notes. Because one issue from the other day I forgot to mention is I said no onions, reason being my throat doesn't play ball with them, and I still got loads of them in my burger and had to pick them out.

Promised myself after every issue I'd never order from them again, but wanted a burger and my car battery was dead so couldn't drive so one more chance. Extremely long wait well over an hour so don't believe the other replies below that it "won't happen again." Was so late I was able to start writing the review before food got here. I live 5 minutes away IN TRAFFIC - food didn't arrive until 30mins after it was "out for delivery". As you would expect from food this late - it was cold. There was otherwise nothing wrong with it. If it was on time and hot, it would have been an easy 6 stars.

my pizza looked like it had gone through an accident, the toppings were stuck to the box and the cheese had slid off most of the bbq pizza. the mexican hot was okay but the chicken tikka pizza had stuck to the box. not happy as i usually enjoy pizza from hollywood pizza
