Pizza Chalet in Harrow

Better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut, and cheaper. My regular pizza place. The garlic base pizzas are delicious! UPDATE even though the website says free item over £25 and they have done this for me every time i order the same thing, they said today they have never heard of the offer after I've placed the order and called to check.. owners be aware you legally have to fulfill the deals you offer. Shame, as £27.50 for 2 pizzas is approaching Pizza Hut prices without it.. hope the pizza is still tasty when it arrives i guess. Also, have just been berated by a guy on the phone asking how long I've been ordering there, and that i should know by now how their driver operates. I guess 15 year customers aren't that important.

Staff is misbehaving with customers. They are always arguing with customer.

There is a short man in their who’s tries to give you the wrong orders by force trying to intimidate me as i am a female. Mr Shorty its not my fault your a 50 year old selling £2 pizzas.

Driver and restaurant staff very rude. The driver didn’t not want to deliver the food and keep calling to come outside to pick up the food. Very unprofessional.

Ordered through the JustEat (the restaurant staff was supposed to deliver.) The guy did not bother coming at the door instead, he keep calling me to come outside. Very impolite and very unprofessional services, if is delivery is delivery. Not recomending.

Good food , but not when you order inside property, no menu only online.

My first order and it's on par with Pizza Hut in terms of quality and taste but base sauce is so minimal it ruins the pizza. My second order with extra sauce on both pizzas and POW! Awesome and tasty and better than Pizza Hut. Ive switched permanently to PIzza chalet.

The delivery was so late I had to wait to much and I was not able to track driver I think the driver would’ve turned off his tracking device food was so cold when it arrived was so disappointed I will never order from this restaurant

The delivery person was amazing and helped me out of the way. One of the items in the order was missing and the delivery person went out of the way to make sure I get all the items delivered. Very polite gentleman and professional and remarkable dedication for a good customer experience.

Extra large pizza (16")for a £10 is not a bad deal that can feed 4 to 5 people depending upon the sizes of people.Taste was good

A pizza was just delivered now to my address and it looked like in the attached photo, called the restaurant and they said to order another one, and obviously pay agin for it 🤣🤣, what a joke they become.

Not what I ordered or expected

We have ordered before and this is very unsatisfying. As theres no other place at this time to order. State of the pizza, size is not as it should be.

You buy 24 inch pizza but there is not even one dip.

the pizza's were exactly as I ordered including special instructions. the mozzarella sticks very well flavoured. Driver who delivered was very courteous and pleasant.

I ordered 2 mini deep pan pizzas and 1 thin crust pizza, all large 13", the pizza was cooked to perfection like in a pizza oven and the green chillis did have a nice kick to them. As long as you actually read what you are ordering you will be happy when it arrives.

I love this place one of the best in the area, the pizza is always delicious and the delivery is always long before time. Everyone should try the mushrooms with cheese, I love them, they melt in your mouth.

Used to love coming here for 20+ years but now they won't do a small pizza after 4pm? What silly rule is this I don't want a whole big pizza to myself. I presume it's under new management and not being run by Ali anymore.. I guess I'll go to a competitor

The delivery men was accusing me for putting the wrong address when he couldn’t find the address right and raise his voice at me! How rude? My bf even went to look for him to make it easier but he was just plain rude. Never had such issue before!

food quite good but delivery driver was very rude - asked why clear delivery instructions not given to find flat, then shown they were on his own receipt and did not apologise. in future, should read the information.

driver threw my food receipt on my garden .when asked him to pick it up he told me it's my receipt I should pick it up. VERY VERY RUDE

Delivery was for 1245. Arrived 1306.. driver couldn't work out where our address was. Driver called me and I explained we are at the bottom.. in the end, we had to go out in the cold and find him. He was just outside but could not understand the directions. There are only two doors, one on the middle of the hill and one at the bottom. Pizza could've had a bit more cheese but had lots of other toppings. Tasted pretty good.

We’ve been ordering from here for over 15 years now but recently the last few orders they keep messing us around. We’ve never had an issue with swooping topping for another topping in the pass but now they want to charge us for this. They’ve also said we were prank calling them and wouldn’t take our order when they have our number on the system. They’re customer service has really gone down hill. I shall be going somewhere else because of this.

I usually order food from pizza chalet for collection but todays food disappointed me. The pizza was unreasonably smaller compared to the price , the toppings were just thrown on and not even cooked properly . The pizza was burnt and soggy . They don’t update you on the app if the food is out for delivery and you can’t track the driver .

It's not first time when I don't receive, or I receive less items than ordered. for example, one of the item that was missing today was garlic mushrooms, I payed for 8 pieces, but I received only 5.

Forgot our cans of drink and gave us the wrong dips. The last time we ordered they forgot the dips altogether.

1. The curly chips were hard and burnt. Plus the chips were not hot. The order was delivered by car. We are just 2 km from Pizza chalet. 2. Tandoori Pizza was hot and tasty. 3. I had to ask for the receipt.

Waited nearly an hour for the delivery, and it arrived 10 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. Food was lukewarm and the pizza was overcooked.

Very good food. Highly recommended! Next time please use actual chilli sauce and not rocket chilli’s. Says sauce in the description, but you use rocket chilli’s which many people cannot handle. Thanks

I am a pure vegeterian by birth/religion. I was served non vegeterian food instad of vegeterian food in a restaurent! We also waited for more than 2 hours for the food to arrive on table. When we called the shopkeeper ,he was rude too! I am a hindu and I have values and morals. Its more of this than the non veg fuss. I expected them to understand this and apologise which din't happy. I gonna sue them/teach them a lesson in any way. Please advice.

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ANY FREAKING COST. The owner in glasses and the person cutting our pizza did something which we never expected in our entire life. It was 11:20 PM ,29th January 2024. We ordered 2 Pizzas One Chicken and One Vegetarian. My friend is strictly vegetarian. When we saw the person cutting the vegetarian pizza cutter with the red cutter (used for chicken, bacon, other meat) instead of green cutter (which is used for vegetarian or vegan pizzas) When we told them both stop using this cutter and asked them they freaking replied saying “ Do you want the pizza or not I dont care I use the same cutter for all pizzas if you want it take it or go away” I said “are you serious” to which he replied back “its closing do you want it or go away” We paid £10 by card and he gave us back £10 in cash. I wish I had the time to take video from my phone and send to council and health and food safety. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THISE TAKEAWAY RUDE MANAGER AND DISGUSTING RESTAURANT WHICH DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR DIETARY REQUESTS!

I took a punt on this place and was very pleasantly surprised. I was a patient at Northwick Park hospital and really wanted a nice takeaway. The pizza was perfectly prepared and one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever eaten. On the downside they are not keen on delivering to the hospital and when I placed a new order a few days later they refused the order, which was really disappointing.

excellent delivery time, but the food arrived cold, a few mins the the oven resolved, as it does with most takeaway food, however, the chicken on the pizza was cubed and seemed very inauthentic, would’ve preferred shredded but overall not the worst (: the sides (wedges, chicken wings and chicken tenders) were all very dry, but also weirdly soggy underneath

Delivery driver was extremely RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. He raised his voice on me for not physically being able to go outside to collect my food. He kept shouting that he was not a just eat driver and works directly for Chalet pizza and that if I can't collect my food I shouldn't order from them again.

Guys, this pizza place sells pork, has no halal certification, and its customers are awful.

Best pizza I have ever had I always order from here it’s not expensive and it’s really fresh pizzas must must must try I have ordered direct from the store.

I've been using Pizza Chalet for 20 years and generally like their pizzas: They are reasonably priced and well made. However, as a customer, I feel they need to make sure they tell the customer to understand know what exactly they're ordering: Is it a 'Deep Pan' or what they describe as 'Mini Deep'? Which I assume is a stretched dough from the Pizza Size below (I actually prefer this option as a 'Deep Pan' is far too thick and doughy!) In fact I would say this should be their standard option, and the 'deep pan' a cost option extra... The other issue is, (and this is probably a personal matter), The pizza comes far too 'well done': The cheese on top has gone beyond being melted, to becoming something towards becoming burnt... Please guys, just turn the oven down a notch or two and clarify what the options of your base are!

Great taste & consistency of flavours

Food is always great but delivery is always late. Very annoying when you have children to feed. Have contacted the company several times about this but nothing changes.

I bought a medium pizza through Uber and when it arrived I was shocked. It is the smallest pizza I have ever seen in my life. I read the reviews and saw that there are more stupid things, but I said I'll try to see with my own eyes. All reviews are true. you have confirmed another customer with this order. The newest stake in London is this. You order a medium pizza and you get a small one, you order a large one and you get a medium one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Poor quality!

Very poor service - I was waiting consistently and a few people came after me and were served immediately. I was completely ignored and disregarded the whole time and ended up leaving as a result. Very rude and poor service. No acknowledgement at all.

Food is excellent, but little bit of a disappointment with one of the thin pizza. It was really thin and one of the slices had hole with in the pizza. It’s ok any way my children and my family enjoyed the food.

Great pizza! Had the Chicken lovers, mid deep. The curly fries were such a big portion, and the chicken pieces, best! Will def order again, it was for a kids playdate (quite fussy eaters:)), and they absolutely loved it all.
