I Love Paradise Pizza Ltd in Wakefield

Had my last one today due to moving away from the area but yeah was the best one ever, they did me a cas tigers special absolutely bloody awesome, few places I'll miss and this is one of them, foods always great staff are brilliant couldn't ask for more, thanks guys for feeding us over the years bosh

Ordered from this place for 10 years.. Never had a problem with food or service.. Every single order has been what you'd expect

Very good curries, especially Jalfrezi chicken! Both dishes are well presented together with colourful pilau rice. Pizza wasn't my cup of tea but still tasty with a lot of ingredients. 5 star for service as recived good deal in JustEat and prompt delivery.

Moved to Pontefract 2years ago I used a shop in Pontefract megabites for a year and abit which was good its now changed hands and decided to change i asked around the area and people recommend paradise I wasn't disappointed keep it up lads

Food was excellent to be honest ive been looking for a place which actually delivers within 20 minutes and i tell you now no one is as fast at delivering then I love paradise!! Definitely Recommend!

Didn't get anything. No menu's just blank TV screens. Placed an order then informed it was cash only. Place looks a dive anyway.

1st time ordering from here and never again it was flat cold had to reheat everything and the salad was off ! Definitely a no from us

Oh dear what has happened to paradise?. I've been using them for 25 years on and off. Apart from the beautiful young lady that delivered the food very politely the food was repulsive. I can honestly say that I have eaten nicer curries from a supermarket. Don't know what's happened used to be so nice???

Used to be the go to place in Castleford the food just hasn’t been the same for a while I don’t know why, we occasionally try it when they have offers on but find ourself disappointed.

Think this takeaway has changed hands. Last time I ordered a pizza it was one of the best I've had. Ordered again about 3 months later ( don't have takeaway very often ) and it was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had this time. Hardly any topping on whatsoever and just loads of crust. Menu in bin now.

Love the food from here except the chips. We always end up throwing them away or leaving them. They won’t do burgers without them either so it’s a waste of food.

Super fast service ready for collection in 10 minutes ( should have know somethings wrong ) food not identifiable from advertised on menu see photos ,plastic containers cold dry chips, supposed to be chicken jalfrezi and Peshwari naan turns out to be a pizza base with god knows what thrown on the top

Great food, lots of choice and reasonable prices, can collect or get delivery. Only way to improve would be allowing card payments

Ordered 3 pizzas for 20. With bottle of pop. Nothing fresh here. Bland taste, none of it fresh on day, it filled a gap. Thrown menu away.

Customer service was fantastic. We didn't have to wait long at all and the staff were very friendly.

We orders a prawn curry you could have bounced the prawns off the wall was like rubber . The chicken curry was like plastic was disgusting and went in the bin . Has been reported to authorities will not recommend or ever order again

Had a lot of bad takeaways around Pontefract so thought would try somewhere else. Tried paradise tonight was the best takeaway had in a long time. The pizza was gorgeous, the cheesy chips were lovely not burnt, undercooked or soggy like a lot usually are. Food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. Will definitely be back thankyou.

It's usually nice but got a kebab last night and it was absolutely vile, tasted so diffrent, I think might have been warned up from night before, it was just awful tasting, my wife and me both left it,

Terrible place. Ordered food collected it and one of our pizzas was completely wrong. Rang them explained and they put the phone down us!!! No help at all, no dinner now when I’ve payed money for it. They didn’t try to help us at all very unprofessional. Will not be ordering again!!!

Been getting pizzas from paradise for years but decided to try a curry at the weekend and I was very impressed! The online ordering and paying is convenient too.

I have used paradise for 25 years now and tonight I tried to order and could hear an argument in the back ground with lot's of swearing so hung up to let it settle, called back 15 mins later, ordered then no delivery. Sorry to say I may be only one that does not order again but very disappointed with the service.

Flat cold over priced pizza use to be good gone downhill will NEVER USE AGAIN

I have used paradise for years now but tonight they went above and beyond I payed the delivery driver for my food £17.60 I thought I gave him two ten pound notes I got my change 2 pound 40p tip closed my door couple mins after I get a nock at my door its the delivery driver giving me a ten pound note he said my friend you gave me to much gave me my money and said take care god bless If you want Honesty Great food Fast delivery Paradise is the place

I've experienced food from Paradise for the first time this evening,Chicken Biriyani,as I've eaten this meal before I know how it should look and taste,absolutley spot on guys,it's the best I've tasted for a long long time and will definatley be ordering again

Just ordered a burger with extra onion and no bread cake and a pepperoni pizza. Absolutely spot on, burger was just how I like it and so was the pizza for my husband 😋

Oh my word, amazing Balti and Masala..portion so big had to leave starters for later. Nothing false in these meals.. fresh chillies, tomatoes, garlic, coriander. Prompt friendly delivery too!

Good food at a good price with fast delivery. Order often

Ordered on the 14th January and I understand due to adverse weather conditions the roads will have been bad but our order was placed at 5.28pm and we received it at 8pm. After numerous phone calls to Dine Order about our food, I assumed we wouldn't get our order so made food for myself and my family. The point I am more worried about is the fact the delivery driver delivered our food to another address before delivering to us as the woman who took our food in rang my mobile number on the receipt which is not only a breach of Data Protection but also in this current climate we are in a Covid Lockdown, our food was then picked up from that address and then delivered to our house and when I tried to explain this to the driver, he proceeded to have an argument with me on my doorstep and thrust the food in to my hands, which is also not contact free delivery! The food was cold after 3 and a half hours and went in the bin. Will not be ordering again after our loyalty of ordering from Paradise over the years. Saw someone elses review on Just Eat and Paradise gave inappropriate comments about "Make your own food at home next time"

Just had 2 paradise kebabs delivered, 1 is ok and the other is missing about 30% of the meat, this is the second time this has happened recently so going to pastures new from now on

Last time I order from paradise, gone down hill big time, prices keep going up, portions are half their normal size, just thrown our curry in the bin, chips were hard and very cheap, been ordering from here for years, if it has new owners they have killed what was a very good takeaway, a real shame

my order was wrong I've tried to ring bk about 20 times no answer i orderd a pasanda because im not aloud to eat spicy food it came 2 £18.50 i got a curry i couldn't eat without the chips i ordered i was missing 2 portions of chips and 2 sauces i am so disappointed. I will be taking this further and further until i get a result i have tried ringing back but no answer because they no they have done wrong

Food quality decaying, customer services hanging up on your face when asked to change the order which they got wrong to start with. Will never order again from this place and wont ever recommend it.

Always great friendly service and tasty food. I've read some of the other comments, and occasionally you get a new guy over the phone who is nervous, so he might not be the best with the banter, but we all have to start somewhere. I can't fault them, and I've been purchasing from them for years (which says a lot because I live in Castleford and have plenty of choices, but I'd choose Paradise over the rest every time.

Hadn't had a Kebab for quite a long time as I couldn't find anywhere that made nice one's. I have just had a Paradise kebab and Wow, it was delicious. Will definitely be getting my kebabs from paradise in future.

always order from here! always order same thing! but today i ordered a play cheese burger with just onions but they send it with all the salad on but i can't eat it!! i gave it back to the driver and he said to phone to shop to ask to send another plus i have paid for the full order and now they are not sending me the burger i ordered! NEVER ordering again

We love the value on the meal deals. 3 x HUGE Pizza's in topping of your choice for 20quid...... Kids love them too & we travel 10 miles to collect them too!!! Tasty piping hot food & friendly staff. In fact, I am going to call in there on my way home tonight to pick up some for tea :) Happy Days :)
