Indigo in Croydon

Good place to catch with friends or meet up with colleagues at lunch time if you work in the area. Lots of different options and fairly good quality food. I have tried thai, grill, pizza, jerk and roti, burritos and bagels! I don’t think you can get your meal under £10.

This review is for Wok (i tried several restaurants here all are amazing). Today at the Wok, i ordered Padthai….i am not sure they even know the receipt of Padthat. It was some very oily sticky spicy noodles with big chunks of overcooked chicken. Avoid!

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had Tai food which was nice and spicy. It wasn't very busy when we were there but was getting busy when we left around 5pm on a Friday

We had a good time here. Lovely atmosphere. Don't like the toilets. Cubicles are small. There always seems to be a big puddle of water on the floor. Leakage problem. There are many different options for food.

Lots of great things to choose from! I Chose Banh mi and Afghan caravan. Both delicious and so glad I got to try something new! Make sure if there's something you want they are open that day as not every shop is always open. The inside is pretty big and I had no trouble finding a space. It's not the prettiest of boxparks but it might be the most delicious, which is all that really matters.

The wooden boardwalk outside is very dangerously slippery. This is a health hazard. Time to jetwash it. Do it or not but it's you guys that will be sued, not me.

Box park something for everyone to eat. Large screens for event a stage for shows keep fits classes weekend mornings. Come along and see for yourself.

The security guards are ableist and refuse to keep the ramped access to the shops clear. I shouldn't have to ask for things to be moved just so I can get to the barbers, and when I asked them to rethink how they positioned the barriers they just argued

Not even if you've bought food at the exterior vendors and need the toilet desperately. A flat refusal from the pesky security guard and his door manager boss, both of whom refused to give names. What an appalling state of affairs. This is a business model that should not be rewarded by patronage. Avoid at all costs. Shame as pre pandemic this place actually used to be quite good.

Why they announce a happy hour and when u arrive there just one type of drink its including in that deal. So I could only drink coors beer if i want enjoy happy hour prices?? That didnt make any sense.

It's certainly different! Food from around the world with tables set out down the centre of the place. A bar at the far end and a dj near the front with a big screen. I went on bank holiday Monday and there was a quiz night with lots of prizes including food from some of the places. I had mixed grill with fries from the Afghanistan bit and it came on a flat piece of wood and the steak was succulent and juicy. Would definitely go again.

Great place to come for something a bit different, so many options (Thai & Indian my favourite). Easily walkable from Addiscombe area too, which has beautiful cafes and choice, though not a Thai as good as here!

Dub pan jamaican style had some nice tasting food the first we went, great juices. Second time we went was a let down, spicy salt fish Fritter with no flavour same with the Bourbon chicken wings. I asked for sweet but got spicy instead. Watered down Guinness punch. I do believe they have the ability to turn it around.

Decent variety of food and heated eating area with loads of tables etc. A bit pricey and some places food taste/quality is not that great.

Best place I’ve ever seen a football match, I think I would prefer it so being in the stadium itself. Atmosphere was banging. No queues for anything! So well organised.

Excellent vibe, great food, heating and cooling depending on weather, lovely place to hang out! Do be aware it's not exactly cheap though.

Turned up and it was closed, exclusive to ticket holders. Majorly disappointed. There were no signs indicating this. Google stated it was open with no note on opening times.

A little disappointed that we paid £32 for a ticket, which did give you £10 towards food credit, only to find people just walking past were being offered tickets for £10 entry to Euros. But we paid £22 online (after food voucher) . Would it not make sense to offer better prices to people who take time to book the event prior, rather than to people who just turn up. Was very disappointed at this when I was at the gate. Nice food and great atmosphere. Lovely staff.

Mostly great food (some a bit pricey) and good atmosphere - TERRIBLE customer service - I have been chasing a refund of £8.20 for over 2 months now (as the place I had ordered from wasn’t actually open so I didn’t receive it) and have been repeatedly emailing and no update except for the same response of “can you send…” when I already have 10 times 🙄

Located right next to the east Croydon station this place is great to visit with large groups of just some work colleagues for lunch. So much choice is available. I’ve tried the tacos, tai and Greek, all of which were great. You order your food and then wait and sit in the middle of the covered centre, or grab a pager and and wait for it to buzz. There’s a bar and live music from time to time. Prices are token London, don’t expect to come back with any change from a tenner but it’s worth it. Look out for the pop up too for something a bit different

Went their for the first time to watch Scotland vs Germany Euro 24. All fine apart from it being windy and cold inside the park. Please want enclosed, but that is probably by design. Next time I will remember to dress accordingly I.e. take a jacket.

I didn't go for food visited a new clothing / accessories store Afiakos by the bus stop. Good quaily clothing & accessories. Women & men items. Bought a beautiful ring & earrings for the big C in December as a present ;-) I will be going back again. Nice owner & staff made me feel welcome.

Friends came all the way from Poland to visit 1 place only box park unaware one light a cigarette and the security used excessive force on the entire party . None smoking signs should be more visible and staff could use their common sense.and give a stern warning. Before using such violent tactics.

I don't like that you have to be a member and give all your details just to enter. The food is very average and a lot of it overpriced too.

This is THE place to be! Whether you’re after good food, good vibes or just wanting to catch up with friends you can really do it all at BOXPARK. Especially in BOXPARK Crydon, as they have so many food places to offer! As well as a reward scheme to collect points when you buy drinks in order to claim a free drink back. Additionally, they’re located right next to a train station, tram and bus stop, so it couldn’t be easier to get there. Inside they also offer axe throwing, which is random but fun. As well as ALWAYS hosting some type of event! Often on Sunday mornings they have activities for children, or stands with people selling goods from their small businesses, then at night it transforms into a club, or bingo night or film club! This is truly a one stop shop of fun! I always return and I always have a great time.

Such a wonderful place on single roof with more than 35 different cuisine and a bar.. Just behind the East Croydon station 2min walking distance. You can access entry/exit from both side, Front and Back. The place from outside doesn't found a bigger but from visiting inside it's a such a big and nice place to hangout. Delicious foods (asian, south east, Thai, Chinese, and other continents) just order it from your seat and collect it. And they do have there own web for ordering foods online. For Drinks just order it from your seat by scanning code and they will serve you on your table. You can also have music and disco/party nights as per their local events arrangements. Just go for it...happy foodies

Great place.. however.. 45 mins wait at the bar for a drink is not acceptable..

My first time at this place and it was so good we went two nights in a row. Beer was cheap, food was very good. Great security and staff members who were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Had the football on upstairs with a band playing downstairs. Can't fault it.

The quiz on a Monday is very good - The food quality is inconsistent from the vendors usually more expensive than tasty. We find that the wifi for the quiz could be better and if you are towards the back You usually have connection slowness. The Quiz is very good and provides good competition fro the teams would recommend it. The pitchers of drinks seems to be good value there also.

I love this place. In the middle of Croydon is somewhere worth going..

The security are rude when checking for the entry cards. I'm just trying to grab food after work, and they're aggressive for no reason.

BOXPARK Croydon has a great variety of cuisines available, it acts as a food court with a bar and the atmosphere is lively, especially during live events such as football matches. A lot of the food is unnecessarily spicy but nevertheless it is amazing.

If you love a party atmosphere but with great food, Box Park is the place! Apart from a fiddly scan of an ecard at the door, everything else is see less, entertainment is bang on, food you have loads to pick from, Thai to Argentinian cuisine take your pick!

This was my first time going to the croydon branch as I usually go Shoreditch. I was expecting the same vibe, however it was a ghost town. I did enjoy the comedy show though in beatbox

Very loud and echoes. The food is generally good on every visit. I wouldn't choose to go here unless my friends wanted to attend. Probably the best place to go in Croydon for an evening, but that doesn't say much. Door staff can be rude but staff inside seem polite.

Very cool place. But the pool tables are usually not charged up and the pool cues need new tips. Other than that I love the place!

Great space to go for lunch or dinner. With a huge variety of food from all regions and at very competitive prices. Great picnic area to eat what you have bought or to take food and drinks from the take away's.... Good atmosphere and available all day. I had a burger 🍔 with fries 🍟 that was really good and at a very good price. 😁

Lots of food and conveniently beside the station. Warm place and plenty of areas to sit. Baby chairs and a soft play area.

One of the better places to go in Croydon. Pleasant atmosphere (especially during winter) and always something (sometimes multiple somethings at once) going on.

Love this place, something for everyone and on Tuesdays they have a 2 for 1 offer. It's warm, always some sort of event or live music going on! Plenty of space too.

A great place to grab a take away from one of many outlets.
