Everything is far superior by miles than the other average Asian restaurants. Super delicious food rich in taste and aroma. English speaking waiters that are alive, attentive, polite and engaging waiters. The location of the restaurant in a residential area and lack of customer rush makes it look like a back ally Asian takeaway. Once you come inside and sit down the difference in quality and attention to details is visible and apparent to anyone. The decor, hygiene, choice of music, the menu booklet, and the pleasant engaging of staff especially Mahad who makes the customer feel valued , and uplifts the mood straight away and is very reassuring that the order and food would be to your liking. Family and friendly atmosphere is an understatement. No cheap masala box ingredients are used but raw ingredients and spices. Sad and unhappy the owners have not done the right things to promote themselves and their location more. From the outside before stepping into the restaurant it is diss -encouraging as only empty red chairs are visible. It’s a shame as it’s amazing food and experience. Perhaps they could look into catering, or wedding and events managing. Genuinely, sincere and authentic Asian food you would eat again and again and have confidence in inviting other people for it or to it. Would highly recommend. It’s very difficult to critique the food and atmosphere. I’m a very fussy and pay attention to detail in everything is do and say. Hence it usually takes me a lot longer to write a review due to doing justice to the action of feedback. The price is typically average for an adult in line with any other food place £10-20 for food, drink, sauces, drinks and a sweet dish. But the quality is far superior hands down. Been a regular customer customer for 2-3 years. Amazing, beautiful and calm place to eat and relax. Recommendation for venue Bring the back cooking restaurant to the front road side open and an ice cream or milkshake section by the front of the shop so the busy end of the Norbery side train station is also available towards this side of norbery. The food is balanced, the quality and price is balanced, the Asian authentic food culture perfectly balance with the ethos and nuances of the English culture, Even the location of the restaurant is perfectly balanced between Thornton heath and Norbery, so it’s on the border. Do more to make yourself known and to promote yourself. Been in uk since 1996 and have have eaten at most known Asian restaurants from tooting to Southhall. Yours is the best I have eaten and visited but as a business you don’t have much exposure.

We had lamb nihar which was good

I placed a takeaway via Uber eats and I ordered the lamb Karachi , pilau rice , butter chicken , chilli paneer and butter tandoori roti. The lamb meat and the chicken meat in both the curries were quite dry but the flavour of both curries were very delicious. The pilau rice and roti was good too. However, the chilli paneer was quite flavourless.

I love Pakistani food and I got my Pakistani breakfast halwa puri with sweet lassi. Everything is mind blowing. I think everyone should must visit it and they can enjoy with this breakfast at week end. It makes my week end most extra ordinary. Thanks to Karachi’ s manager as well as its team members. Food is excellent and we keep coming back for the Bun kebab, Bihari Chicken Boti, Nihari, Haleem and Kheer. The juices, buffet and service is average at best. I do prefer delivery from here over eating in as once you're in the booth you're just left alone. No atmosphere so you might as well be comfy at home and luckily for us they deliver to us and we have been ordering or coming in for our favourites monthly for the past 3 years. Parking in the area is also very difficult so there is that too. Just to note though none of them will ever take the trouble to get to know us even if we continue this pattern for the next 20. The management and changing staff are mostly doing the bare minimum. We have other local favourites where it is a joy to go back to, we're even appreciated. Here it is just the food taste that keeps us coming back and the unique bun kebabs. We even have returning guests who request the bun kebabs and nihari immediately upon visiting us.

The service was quite slow despite the restaurant being relatively empty. This was disappointing as we had kids with us who fell asleep waiting for the food. The food wasn't to my personal taste, but that's just my own opinion. The milkshakes were good. This place was highly recommended by other people I know, so it may be a one-off bad experience for me, I'm afraid.

Pros: They do sugar cane juice, albeit overpriced. Cons: Over rated restaurant offering the exact same dishes as those in restaurants closer to Norbury station. This restaurant is quite far out from the main stretch of Norbury restaurants so if you’re walking from the station like me, be warned. Service is non existent. Waited so long just to get a waiter to serve and even that was a salad, not the food we placed an order for 40 mins prior. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Prices are way higher than expected for this. It is of no higher level than anything found in Norbury. Management are extremely arrogant. Not impressed. They have a restaurant in Norbury but the attitude of Knightsbridge it’s the funniest thing to witness. Won’t be heading here again.

World Class! The food was unlike any other Pakistani/Indian restaurant. Most of them are very mediocre, sometimes it’s just better to eat the food from home. But this restaurant truly does encapsulate the cuisine of Karachi. I had seekh kabob, delicious. Service was incredible, very polite and respectful. Not to mention, many shops in the UK seem very low quality, like we’re back in Pakistan but just from the outside you can tell this restaurant is a breed apart. Last but certainly not least, the bathrooms. An easy way to find out how nice of a place you are going to is, is to see what the bathrooms were like. Honestly, the best public bathroom I’ve been to.

This is a place for real and authentic food of Pakistani taste I came here from USA but only the place Karachi Cuisine is a very great for food, customer service and all staff all are really appreciated because they are very helpful and all happy face🤗 and Manager was taking care for every customers at all the time. Absolutely love coming for dinner and will keep on coming. The samosas are onion bhaji is to die for. Love the Lamb Chops, butter chicken and the garlic naans always has so much flavour. This review still stand. Just been here again and it is even better than I remember. Lamb chops were big and juice. Can't wait for the next visit.

Delivery driver asked me for code, he said that he received order via Uber eat. I told him that I ordered on just eat. He had my receipt with my name and my order and payment details and my address. I've ordered chicken biryani and kebab roll on just eat yesterday and it was delicious. It actually taste like Pakistani food. I would normally have to travel to Tooting to get this type of quality. I'm glad to have tried this restaurant and will be ordering again

The food was amazing. We ordered the pani puri, samosa chaat, masala fish and chaapli kebabs for starters. For mains we had, butter chicken which was delicious, and lamb karahi which was nice aswell. All helped down with a jug of mango lassi 😋

Karachi Cuisine SW16 4XD London Hey guys just be more careful with this Karachi cuisine manager WORDS. We placed a CALL & MESSAGE them ON GOOGLE CHAT to ask for the buffet price for 2 adults & a 6 years old kid. They replied that £19.95 for adults and the kid will be on HALF PRICE of the adults. As you can see our "Draft Receipt" they took full price for just a 6 year old smaller one. Their excuse was " MY CHILD IS ABOVE MY WAIST SO THEY CHARGED FULL".😂 😂Thank you so much for measuring height of the kid perfectly. I appreciate for the measurement.😂 So, they are comparing fathers and kids height which I heard for first time in the UK. Thanks

The biryani I bought from Karachi Cuisine yesterday was a major disappointment. It tasted stale and lacked freshness, making me question how long it had been sitting out. Definitely not the aromatic, flavorful experience I was hoping for.

I recently visited this restaurant after seeing it on Instagram reels, despite it being over an hour away (1hr 20mins drive). Upon arrival, I was seated quickly, which seemed promising. I ordered my food, but it turned out to be pretty average—not really worth the long drive. When the bill arrived, the server asked if I'd like to add a tip, but the service wasn't anything special; it was just the basic task of bringing food to the table, like any other Indian restaurant. Out of courtesy, I decided to leave a 5% tip. However, after leaving and checking the receipt, I realized that the server had actually added a 25% tip instead. For a 25% tip, you'd expect a little more attention to detail, but we didn't get any wet napkins or even a complimentary chocolate or mint. To make matters worse, the staff near the door and behind the counter didn't even bother to greet us or thank us as we left. Before paying, we did get a complimentary 20% discount for a future visit, but I won't be using it. I don't plan on returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others. Top Tip: when asking for tip make sure your maths is on point and that it’s worthy of a tip.

My family and I visited Karachi Cuisine for a birthday celebration dinner. Initially excited about the food, our experience took a turn when we found a piece of dishwashing scourer in our meal, raising serious health and safety concerns due to which we couldn’t finish our remaining food. Upon bringing this to the attention of the serving staff, they offered to replace the dish, but we declined. They gave us 20% off on the meal. This incident greatly put us off, and we decided to stop dining at Karachi Cuisine in the future and have informed all our friends and relatives about this incident. The thought of what could have happened if we hadn't noticed the scourer still troubles me.

Finally found what I was looking for, been looking for a place that serves authentic and feel good food. Will definitely be coming here often, my favourite is the chicken dum biryani

I have ordered from here before. But today was very disappointing the butter chicken was bland had no taste to it and was cold. The chicken dansak was very bland no flavour. I really don’t know what I was eating. The chicken was flavourless the lentils that was in it was not fully cooked and no flavour. Very disappointing both was missing the spices. Not sure if they have changed chefs.
