This KFC is the best that I've ever experienced in the UK

Customer service is very good and in terms of cleannines they are excellent and meals are also served hot

Like all the others from other countries, but they still sell "chicken popcorn" there.

The worst place to have a meal. Thought they would improve and listen to the reviews, but seems like they don't care for the reviews. Food served warm with soggy fries and smallest of the portions. The sitting area is always dirty and no attention is given to keep it clean.

Driver is very quick and come on time.

Staff Member Mandeep was incredibly discriminatory and prejudiced after I finished my meal. As i was trying to open the disabled toilet with my radar key. I was told that it was for disabled people and I should be using the regular toilet because I am not disabled. I explained I was disabled and I have a radar key for a reason but all they did was stare at me judgingly for a minute, roll their eyes and walk away with no apology. In the end, the toilet would not open anyways (jammed maybe) and I sought out another establishment. More awareness for invisible disabilities is important and should be made aware. Because I ask what does being "disabled" look like? Fix this.

i didnt get what i paid for im absolutly furious. its happened too many times to ignore.

0riginal delivery time was 15 minutes earlier, was amended a couple of times and food was cold when it arrived. thos seems to be a common problem with delivery recently.

Staff discriminatory again woman be 10 min on the line the staff Regi from Acton refuses to take my order send me to machine. I be to the machine don’t find the mega box he told me he will come to show whit he didint do it. When my husband a man come ask to order on the counter he left all the things he is doing and take the order from my husband happy. When I ask him what is difference between me and my husband he and the other staff start laughing. Just poor and discriminatory costumer service. Don’t go there no worth it

Constantly don’t pay attention to notes you make! Very frustrating

Chicken was done well and tasty. . Mashed potato was a bit runny and had to use a spoon but still tasted ok.

Don't go here. You'll wait ages and your food will arrive cold, mixed up order or both... I'd rather eat gravel than dine in this place. You'll be better of going further to a different KFC location

We visited KFC Acton (The Oak area) yesterday afternoon and was met by these 2 rude female staff. This was around 4-5pm. We ordered through the kiosk but it did not print a receipt but the order went through the counter and so they were able to process the order. I’ve ordered. Mini Kid’s meal, 4x milk chocolate cookies, 6pcs kfc chicken, 3chicken wings and a gravy. The lady in the counter said there are only 2 milk chocolate cookies. I have informed her that my kids only like the milk chocolate one. She asked me if she can give me the chocolate cookies. I said unfortunately no, as my kids will not eat them. She called another member of staff. This rude lady just said we will give you 2 chocolate milk cookies and a fries. I was shocked as she didn’t even asked me if I would like a fries as a replacement. I told her, if I wanted fries, I will buy fries. I said we would like 4 milk chocolate cookies and that’s what we paid for. She said initially, it will take 20min, and I agreed. She then said why don’t i give you baked beans, I said no thank you, and offered something else again and I and my kids said no please. I told her, we would like what we have ordered if you don’t mind as she keeps forcing us to take what my kids dont eat. it will just be a waste if I force my kids to take what they do not want. And she said, then I will just give you a refund. I said okay, then she asked me for a receipt. And I said to her that the kiosk did not print one. She said, then I cannot refund you. And I told her that’s fine, just give me our milk chocolate cookies if you cannot give my money back, and then she started getting angry and started shouting. By this point, I have lost all my patience with the staff and told them, either you give me my money back or the milk chocolate cookies, and she started shouting and calling another member of staff saying this and that. I am so appalled by her attitude. This is no way to treat a customer. She is very unprofessional and rude. If KFC will not do anything about this attitude, I will make sure not go to KFC again and I have informed my whole family not to go to this KFC again and will tell all my friends about this. My mother said she had a bad experienced with a female staff too. It seems like these 2 women are popular with rudeness. Such a shame as their colleague was able to resolved the issue calmly. While these 2 miserable looking women are so unprofessional, rude and the nerve to throw a fit on me just because I refuse to give in to her rudeness.

Unbelievable. I was sitting at a table and a drunk old man just urinated on the floor in front of two young girls. I told the manager. She replied with we know him, he's a regular and always does that. Why is he allowed there. He wasn't even eating. And no one even bothered to clean it up. Half the shop walked out. No wonder McD across the road was packed.

We had a great experience at this store during our first time using the new KFC app at the self-serve machine. Although the self-serve machine failed to recognise the membership login after scanning the code, a friendly staff member Ghobad eagerly helped resolving the issue. Very well done, and we will definitely return next time.

Misleading, toilets not open, it says free charging there are no socket to plug in. I wouldn't trust this place especially saying halal food. They already have so much lie on their counter i would literally just cross the road and go to a small business chicken shop. They have no lemon wipes neither so straight up disgusting not being able to wash your hands especially with covid still going on. Edit: finished eating and this is by far the worst thing I've eaten over the past years. Burger is cold, rice dry, 1 wing instead of 2 and the fries have a very strange taste. Anyway don't put yourself through that

No pepsi max bottle was provided. in addition all the 10 pc were side pieces there were no chicken legs/drumsticks or chicken breasts. I'm not happy with this order at all.

I order trilogy box with extra hot chicken wings , when I get to order the box was closer secure but in the delivery bag i missing 2 items , was not drink and was not chicken wings.

This service is deemed unacceptable. Because it was Ramadan, the family desired to break the fast, and the youngest child was weeping, we were forced to devise an alternative sequence. In addition to being served late, the food is cold, which results in rejection. As a result, I respectfully request a complete refund of the purchase.

I ordered from here twice this week - both times i had items missing. the first was a tango can which i can look pass as it came as part of the meal. the second was popcorn chicken which is unacceptable. I paid for the popcorn chicken separately for my nieces and nothing came.

Not sure why the food arrives cold when it’s only 1-2 miles away. The delivery driver needs to use a better thermal bag.
