Very very rude staff who completely ignored us, google maps said they were open however when we arrived they shut the doors in front of us so we went to the drive through window, and waited in line for all the cars to go past first. They completely ignored us and gave us very dirty looks. Eventually after knocking someone answered who was very rude and said cars only. This I didn’t mind however they were still serving Uber drivers through a side door who were on foot. The staff we spoke to were extremely rude and unsympathetic that we walked over a mile and that google maps said it was open. I do not recommend this KFC. What is wrong with people why can’t basic manners be used. Also in front of us the manager was shouting at his employees.

Drive thru for a 10 piece Wicked Variety bucket. Paid £22.99 only to get home and find that 6 of the 10 pieces were small wings and other 4 drumsticks . Never happened before and it will certainly never happen again as I would never buy KFC again. Why after just one bad experience ? Because KFC 'Customer care' Squad , suggested that next time I specify that I expect a good variety of pieces that are actually worth what I am paying for. Quite laughable.

Just been to KFC Southbury and can’t believe how poor the whole experience was. The restaurant was filthy - the bins were overflowing and none of the tables were cleaned the whole time I was there. The ordering process is ridiculously slow and the staff are ill trained and rude

Fraud within KFC, I have ordered my food through their mobile ordering app but obviously because of KFC poor system functionality, I was charged twice for the different restaurant location🤔😲. Fortunately, I noticed this fraud activity by checking my bank statement. After 3 days wasting time by having contact to customer service eventually they apologized me and promised to refund me although still I haven’t received my money… BE CAREFUL AND AVOID TO ORDER FOOD THROUGH THE APP AND ALSO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT AFTER BUYING FOOD FROM KFC😡😡

No salt. No proper cups and burger had to be taken back as was rock hard. If you run out of salt for two weeks as istge case then let your customers know. Warm pepsi in plastic cup with no hole in lid. ABSOLUTE CRAP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Pedí hoy a Deliveroo y me lo comí, lo saqué unos 10 minutos después, lo abrí y no voy a mentir: parecía solo y triste, he visto hamburguesas con mejor aspecto, WOW. Tomé un bocado y me di cuenta de que la hamburguesa estaba de alguna manera completamente fría (literalmente no sabía nada de calor, es como si la hubieran guardado en la nevera durante una hora y luego se la dieron al conductor. Sin embargo, sospecho que teniendo en cuenta el el clima frío que el viaje aquí tuvo más que ver con el hecho de que es frío. Aunque saben cómo acomodar el clima frío ¿verdad? ¿Y saben cómo mantener las cosas bien? Deberían haber tomado precauciones: cuando llega más tarde por la noche, todos lo saben también se enfría y teniendo en cuenta que hemos tenido tormentas últimamente, realmente deberían estar pensando más). Tuve que calentarlo para comerlo. Y siento que ahora pagué demasiado por la muy mala calidad y el servicio que recibí, la última vez que ordené en realidad fui personalmente a Frankie & Benny's, fue realmente bueno. Me pregunto qué pasó esta vez, ¿se vuelven más vagos en la noche? Debería haber más queso en las patatas fritas y la hamburguesa parecía tan malditamente decepcionante.

Great food (as always), superb service, pleasant environment. The food is always really good, and this visit was no exception. The steak was perfect and the accompaniments just right. The service was excellent. Omar and Hayley were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and also discreet. Just what is needed in good service. The restaurant decor is lovely and tables arranged really well. Very highly recommended! Thank you.
