KFC Fareham - Lederle Lane in Gosport

I ordered a 6 piece bucket, ( chicken only) when I opened it there was 4drumsticks and 2 thighs! Would've been nice to have had a couple of brest pieces! Not the first time this has happened! Not impressed!

Just had our order delivered, for grandkids to, NO POPCORN CHICKEN, NO GRAVY, NO 4 PORTION OF CHIPS were in the order. Absolutely disgraceful. Tried to phone, got cut off, no answer at all. Had to reorder, grandkids starving. Orders obviously need to be doubly checked.

Very poor experience. 10 piece bargain bucket had 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs. No breast. A very strange shaped chicken. And only the cheap small portions provided.. Attempting to call restaurant resulted in phone ringing out every time

Gone done hill has KFC imo.overpriced ,not so tasty and poor meal deals.i could eat two to myself

I ordered my food at 19:29 and it didn’t arrive until 21:20. I tried ringing the restaurant multiple times and got no answer. When my food arrived it was cold. Very disappointed with the order I received this evening

Fed up of having entire meals missed and the somebody in our group going hungry.

My order didn’t even get delivered. I was informed it was delivered to wrong person through chat box with driver. Who was sorry. But I’ve lost my money and no one has refunded me. KFC saying it’s just eats issue not theirs.

I got the same order twice when I only ordered one time and I got double charged for it when I'm only 1 person all this food goes to waste I want a refund!

Go for the 4 piece original recipe. Cannot be beaten. And half the time I'm left with piece for the next day for a sarny. Smashing.

the order came late (delivery driver was very nice) missing an extra fillet that i paid for, food it cold and looks like it has been tampered with and overall service was horrific

Fast delivery but disappointed that the fries had some sort of peppery coating and the chicken coating seems to have changed and again seemed peppery, even though I ordered the traditional recipe. I can't eat spicy food, so had to give my order to a neighbour.

Dirty tables. Food Def not good value for money. Chips sitting behind the counter for ages so no wonder you get cold ones. Small portions. My zinger burger looked like it's been thrown together in a rush.

Delivery driver never picked up our order. We had to go to the KFC to collect it ourselves, by which point it had gone cold. Our drinks were also missing from the order.

I’m not happy at all with my order tonight, ‘half of it was lose in the bag . Plus There was a hole in the paper bag. It was freezing cold!!!! And for £40 it was terrible for what you get!! Had to use kiosk as staff would not serve at the till but still had to go to the till to pay. Wasted 10 mins going backwards and forward as kiosk would not accept discount code.

We had reseved a bonles banquet but the gravy pot lid hadn't been put on properly so I'm now left with gravy all over my vehicle and my son with no grace this is the worst I have ever seen this store it needs help

Rubbish experience. Booked 90 minutes early, still 75 minutes late. Food was barely mild warm, soggy chips, no idea how long this was all sat waiting. Showed being prepped for over half an hour, some fast food this is! wont be using just eat again clearly a pointless hope to choose any time slot at all.

Delivery totally wrong driver rude. I had to drive to KFC to correct my order. The KFC staff were brilliant sorted my order and gave me a few extra items as an apology

No staff can read any number above 1 If you order 2 of something you only get 1! Useless. Trying to blame delivery drivers but it’s the staff that pack the items! This is one of the worst KFCs I’ve ever experienced. Maybe some more mature staff to guide them would be good.

Didn’t realise that Tower burgers were so called as they are assembled by throwing the component parts from the top of a tower. The two that we ordered were a total mess and looked as though zero care had been taken in making them. Also, we were missing a drink yet again, three meals; two drinks… it’s very simple counting gone wrong. How hard is it? Very, apparently as this is about the fifth time that this has happened. Not good enough

First time they remembered dips ! Hot and on time

Missing fries (x4), overcooked chicken, zinger burger with flavour. The cans of drink were spot on though

I said no sweet corn or tomato! And there was no sauce very upset

Regular customer, spend the best part of £50 each time on party buckets and extras which keep going up In price and now, have to pay extra for dips which for me I have to draw the line. The fact I regularly compromise on the orders when you don't have certain parts ready for the order and can't even through in the dips even then. Nah I'm done.

Visited this evening. Staff all very young and clearly had no enthusiasm or interest in the job. Wanted to pay by cash and was told I had to order on automated screen and then go to the counter to pay with cash. I asked why and the young girl shrugged and said she didn't know why. We did the order as requested and then went to counter to pay,had to wait to do this after the staff had finished chatting with each other. Got asked twice if it was takeaway or eat in, I'd selected takeaway on the screen. I pointed out I hadn't got asked on the screen what drink we wanted and got told I could have what ever I wanted but didn't get told the choices. The food almost got thrown at us. I asked if there were dips and was told "should be". When we got home there were no dips,which are included in the price. We had ordered coleslaw and corn on the cob as sides and got coleslaw which was used by today and baked beans,no corn. Chips stone cold. Very shoddy service and order wrong. Won't be rushing back.

What more can I say that hasn’t been said. Never have I felt the most pure and welcoming warmth like I have in KFC today. Josh, someone I can only hope my daughter can bring home to me one day when she’s older was not only super helpful but was a shining beacon of inspiration. The way my food was brought to me not only hot, but fast and fresh truly embodies the customer experience bench mark that only a master of his craft like Josh can uphold. Sadly there was a bump in the road. A thin eyebrowed’ demon whose name I don’t care to know took the single most passive aggressive and demeaning tone I’ve ever had the misfortune of hearing. This un-named succubus, who I can only imagine is envious of Josh’s brilliance, failed to dim the shine and charisma that he’s has so effortlessly. Josh heroically saved my culinary experience by bringing a piece of corn to our table. He also paid my beautiful baby daughter a compliment saying she was “very cute”. “Yes Josh, as are you”. I wish I had the confidence to say that to his face. Upon leaving I could recall one time I’ve ever been so happy. That was bringing home my aforementioned daughter. P.S. Josh mate, that bird who tried to argue with you in front of everyone was slagging you off to one of her sketty mates on her break outside. P.P.S We’re all going next weekend for my birthday. Wouldn't normally leave a review, but the service we received tonight by Josh was outstanding. The first approach was welcoming, and nothing was too much bother, we were ordering 8 different meals, and nothing got missed or was wrong. Josh brought the food to the table, explained the other items were shortly arriving, etc, and halfway through eating, he approached us to see if everything was ok. I know a lot of this is part of his job, etc, but I've never received such high service from a young staff member, especially in a fast food restaurant. Well done Josh you are a credit to the company and made our daughters birthday meal very pleasant.

The chicken burger was tiny and was falling apart awful
