McDonald's in Gosport

I ordered this yesterday morning and it didn't come and now been brought this morning? I'm very confused about this? I don't want it now as never ordered it today

food came an hour after ordering it and was over 30 mins late

The courier was on push bike and our whole order was stone cold and just eat think that a £3.15 account credit is appropriate for an order of £13 something. Absolute joke. Won’t be using again

my order never got delivered. I waited 3 and a half hours and had to go out before it was delivered. So couldn't receive my order. I expect a full refund as a loyal customer.

Took an hour to be delivered, were missing large cheese share box £7 and medium fries. Large fries had barely any in them. Strawberry milkshake wasn’t a strawberry milkshake and no colour or flavouring. Really disappointed and waited for ages for this.

Over an hour long wait with no updates, silly timing. Food was okay, just absolutely ridiculous on time.

The food is all cold I did not get any of the dips I have ordered I am really not happy with this order

full order was there, although there were meant to be 2 lattes, but one was super dark and clearly not a latte. Both coffees were also stone cold by the time they got to me. Courier delivered my order quickly from the time it left the restaurant, so the coffees were obviously made as soon as I placed the order and then left on the side for the full hour it took from the time I ordered, to the time it was delivered. The food was warm enough, so just the coffees that were left to go cold.

Food prepared incorrectly. Food was also cold.

It would be nice if burgers looked like the advertised pictures, if I was inshore I probably would have returned them. Quality needs addressing.

food stone cold, a portion of chips were missing , no lettuce in big tasty chips like rubber considering delivery took over an hour would of thought it would of been freshly cooked with how long preparation was. all burgers just thrown together all falling apart when arrived. worst iv had in a long time

Knowing it was peak time between 1730-1830 food was ordered with an original time of 30 minutes delivery, however I’m not too sure what the delay was in the end, as the driver was at the restaurant for a while. Food was fine when I received it.

3 hours wait for food, delivery driving asked to see the manager 3 times and still no reply. food was near cold and even had things missing. I really doubt I will be ordering from them again !!!

Ordered 2 meals at the same time for delivery through Just Eat and one of my burgers was prepared over an hour before my order was even confirmed. This is not the 1st time I have had problems with my food deliveries from this particular McDonalds restaurant.

Rubbish. Cold. Missing several items. Delivery driver stopped the bag and broke everything and spilt McFlurrys

Burger was completely cold and looked like it had been sat on, both the cheese dippers & nuggets were cold along with the dry fries. 45 minutes late in delivering and not one word of an apology from the driver who looked really fed up

I ordered at 9.20pm and tried to call and contact just eat and McDonald’s no help, they cancelled my order at 11.50pm and said it was delivered at 10.35pm

Forgot straws AGAIN! Forgot dips AGAIN! I rang and complained about this issue last time I ordered and yet again the same issue. Staff need to be properly checking they are putting everything in the bags before sending out.

absolutely shocking! I ordered at 17:30 for delivery at 17:55..... the oder was permanently being prepared updating the timer every 5 minutes and after an hour waiting I wasn't able to cancel as it was still apparently being prepared! I sent my husband to drive and get it when he got home and typically the driver turned up saying he only just got the order and it's not his fault 80 minutes late! He blatantly lied as the food was cold to the point my ice cream had melted! I want my money back

half the order was missing, food came cold, no one to talk to about issues along the way, restaurant didn't pick up despite me phoning 7+ times, assistant on chat said courier had left when he hadn't and blamed it on a technical error, (confirmed when he actually arrived 20 minutes later), it took over 2 hours to actually arrive after ordering. not impressed at all.

sausage and egg mcmuffins looked like both buns had been half eaten. hash browns were so greasy they were stuck in paper bags and fell apart when tried to remove them.

Absolutely shocking! I ordered a large big tasty meal and 20 chicken nuggets. All I received was 20 nuggets and the dips! Have never had a delivery from this Mc Donald’s before and definitely will not again!! Gave them a try and it was an epic fail! Absolutely fuming! Total shambles of a restaurant!

Bag was ripped and all the food was stone cold. Very disappoiting and only partilally refunded £4.65 in the form of a credit voucher by Just Eat. Also burger with Tasty Sauce was way too salty.

Cold food (not slightly warm at all food was cold all the way through). McFlurries had melted almost completely, chips were half portions compared to in shop amounts. No straws provided and items had all fallen apart like they were dropped sideways into a bag.

Don’t bother. Only ordered as had been gifted a voucher for just eat. Delivery time kept extending, food arrived STONE COLD and dips missing. Checked the receipt and the food was cooked at 7:59 and wasn’t delivered until 8:30, the restaurant is a 3 minute drive from the house so was sat around for half an hour. Complained and only got an auto refund to the account for £5 with no option to protest. Wasted the voucher.

when given the option to have fings removed because of allergies and they put in in anyway fanks for ruining a meal

I don't know what to put here because the quality was good, as was the delivery time, but I don't know. My order for three of the same burgers turned into one burger, but I was charged for 3 burgers. I get that they're busy, but how can someone miss a detail like that? Also. the fries were cold and felt barely cooked. I never, never complain about food or deliveries, but this order was awful.

Arrived stone cold!!paid extra for extra bacon and cheese,but no extra bacon only 1 bit,Also ordered cheese bites but no dip with then and then they didn't even put a straw in the bag total waste of money considering it cost nearly £17 pound with delivery absolutely gutted as I use then a lot,cold rubbish if I'm honest!
