Please bring back the Turkish breakfast 😭

While the food is great … amazing desserts … it was shocking that we had to pay for extra maple syrup. First, the server did not bring the syrup on the side like we asked The pancakes were salty so we asked for more maple syrup but the server did not tell us we will get charged for it. When the bill came, we had been charged almost £5 for maple syrup for £17 pancakes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would go to Leto again because I like the food but charging for condiments is really ridiculous. I posted this on insta and I was told someone would contact me. But no one did. Not looking for a freebie but just disappointed in overall service and customer service. They know people want to eat there so may not care for a few customers being upset but eventually things add up. That’s all.

Deserts were elegant, drinks equally elegant as well. In particular, I would like to highlight both flavours of the "Dulce De Leche" cake which I highly recommend. We were served by Deep who was really kind and helpful, as well as other members of staff. Lovely food and drinks, and even better customer service. Highly recommend popping in if you are around the Harrods area.

We visited Leto Cafe on January 10, 2025. Firstly, the food was mediocre at best. The cake was disgustingly horrible and the tea was cold!!! However what happened to me was more than just a food mishap. I went to the restroom with a lift because I am disabled and can’t use the stairs. A worker there told me to what to go on the first floor but the door was closed and I was lost!! The worker misguided me because he didn’t inform the other works that I was coming in the lift and that they should open the door. I became frantic and lost, and I a legally blind so I can’t see well!! I left my phone with my husband so I was stuck in the elevator and I felt stuck. I went up and down the lift with no help and no way out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and the manager did not even compensate us property.

Jeni and rahee do the best customer service, they let me feel relaxed and help me to choose best cake and lunch as per my preference, keep the good work see you soon guys .

stopped by after visiting the v and a for a quick tea and honestly was drawn in by the pretty cakes at the display but the experience was just so mid. cake was alright but didn’t taste fresh. i had a peach tea that was just too overly sweet and service was just so slow and the couches were so sticky, for this reason i asked for the service charge to be removed and the waiter immediately scowled. food is also so overpriced but that could also be a premium cuz of the area.

We visited this restaurant for desserts and ordered the milk cake, which was absolutely delicious. I was in the mood for chocolate and asked for a recommendation, but unfortunately, the suggested dessert was disappointing it felt dry , not fresh and hard to swallow . When we mentioned this to the waitress, her response was that "it just comes like this," which felt dismissive. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how important it is to treat guests with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the waitress made our visit uncomfortable with noticeable eye rolls shared with her colleague. This is unprofessional behavior and something the manager should address to maintain the restaurant's reputation. I hope to see improvements in customer service, as the food itself has potential

I loved the service here, Lenny was the person who served us was very polite and kind , we had some issues during our visit but he took care of it very professionally

Absolute Disgrace. Wrong food. Half opened bottle water. Had to point out the bottle had been opened. Waiter then took it back and got a fresh bottle. How can you serve and charge for food half eaten or opened. Given food started eating it to be told it’s not our food. Felt sorry for waiter Supervisor lady was an absolute joke. She didn’t care blatant racist. Would never go again. They don’t have certain ingredients or ran out. Which you won’t get on your order but you will still be charged for it. Made them take service charge off for the poor service. They don’t care about customers as it’s so busy. This place needs a real fix up. Supervisor didn’t even come to speak to us.

The ambiance is so cozy, very good atmosphere. Hazelnut&chocokate matcha latte was amazing, highly recommended.

Always get the san Sebastian cheesecake. Love it. Some of the tarts are really good too. Bit on the expensive side but never let's me down.

Just had an awesome dessert trip to L'eto Caffe Brampton in London that the family was looking forward to since they are Alia Bhatt fans and supposedly she loves it here. The milk cake lived up to the hype and the Choco Carmel cake was right behind. Jenisha was very friendly - even extra heated up my cappuccino:-).

A cozy cafe with delicious food, a great variety of cakes, and perfectly baked croissants. The ambiance is welcoming, and the service is prompt. A must-visit spot for a delightful treat or a relaxing coffee break!

Very slow service but worth waiting for

Good pastries but poor quality of service! Few people but waiting 10 minutes to seat us and more than 30 minutes to come and serve us our order even though there was no preparation. Plus excessive prices!!!

The cake is exquisitely shaped and decorated with small gold balls that knock out two lucky notes.

Staff weren't very helpful... When two of us were still waiting after others were served and we asked if they were coming we were just told when it's ready. Only to find out they missed some of the order.

I ate some good scrambled eggs, the coffee was a little less good but all in all it was ok... the waiters in particular were good, Rahiee was really kind and welcomed us well and took photos in front of the window 🔝

Food and drink is awesome. The two waiters outside Ziaid and Elisei are very friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

When we went around 5 pm, it wasn't very crowded. The service, drinks, and desserts were good. Overall, I can say I was satisfied. I paid about 20 pounds for a drink and a dessert.

Situado cerca de Harrods. Tuve que esperar en una larga cola antes de entrar. Su colección de pasteles es increíble. La comida que sirven es sencilla y satisfactoria. El servicio era suficiente.

Located close to Harrods. Had to wait in a long queue before I got to enter. Their cake collection is mind-blowing. The food they serve is simple and satisfying. Service was good enough.

Buscando una parada de café mientras estábamos en Knightsbridge, vimos que L'Eto estaba ocupado, la gente iba y venía así que decidieron que lo probaríamos. La camarera era agradable y servicial y nos sentó. Después de una espera de 10 / 15 minutos se tomó nuestro pedido, Jasmine tea & Americano. Después de otra 'larga' espera, llegaron ambas bebidas, café en una jarra y té en una olla. Si bien la presentación fue aceptable, el sabor de ambas bebidas dejó mucho que desear. No había señales de una hoja de té (que yo esperaría para una experiencia de té que cuesta £ 7. 50 ) o una bolsita de té, apenas media olla de agua color paja. El café no sabía como recién hecho de granos, molidos recientemente. Costó 4 libras. 50 . Observo que L'Eto tiene muchos clientes satisfechos, pero nuestra experiencia fue una verdadera decepción.

I’ve come here many times and absolutely love their cakes and tea! Pistachio and rose petals cake is moist and creamy and not too sweet🥹 Dubai Chocolate cake was very rich🤩 Service was quick as this is a very busy place.

Incuriositi dal bellissimo aspetto che avevano le torte in vetrina entriamo in questo locale con delle discrete aspettative. Il locale è esteticamente stupendo ma emana un forte odore di… ceretta, l’ho trovato nauseante per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza in questo luogo. Ma passiamo ai dolci, non erano così sorprendenti, il dolce al cioccolato dopo un paio di morsi disgustava, accettabile il Napoleon, ovvero la millefoglie con fragole che però aveva troppa gelatina fra le fragole e la sfoglia, quindi un altro difetto. Il servizio molto distratto, non riuscivano mai a soddisfare le nostre richieste, anche banali come del semplice zucchero. In sostanza, bello ma non balla.. non passateci!

To the waitress who rolled the eye on us, you can do better!! Was very excited to try their popular milk cake which was okay, their coffee was really good but we were very disappointed with their service. One of the attended asked if we want sugar but we couldn’t hear what she was saying so we asked to repeat it and she asked again so we said yes and she while she was turning back I saw she rolled her eyes on us, like wth?? Anyway we did enjoy our coffee but never going back again!!

Poor service and atrocious staff attittude

I had to choose a cake for a birthday, and Lenin was incredibly kind. He explained each cake to me and recommended the best one for the occasion. They wrapped it up beautifully! A great choice for special occasions.

Quite a cosey space so it is quite busy during the day, however open till late evening. Prices are reduced in the last 30 mins of business, which is a great way to promote sustainable practices. There is a wide selection of pastries and they are beautifully presented. The blueberry macaroon is a favourite.
