Quick on delivery and really amazing dessert

We got here quite late (10pm ish) there was hardly anyone here. However, the service was Great, the Food came out really quickly. The place is clean and well presented.

This place is just so lovely! Honestly made my day today reading this lovely message!🥹 whoever this is, thank u so so much, I couldn’t be any more thankful🥰 May I note, food from here is always lovely and couldn’t fault it one bit!

We went to Little Dessert Shop this evening and we were served by Garima, she was extremely pleasant and friendly - exceptional customer service skills! The atmosphere was lovely and desserts were excellent too , we had a brownie pot with hazelnut sauce and an apple crumble pot - delicious!

I mainly order online here. I've never had an issue dessert always comes on time and never cold. I love it. I never order anywhere else but here. Delivery drivers are always friendly too. Thank youuu

the shop is very quiet. the men's toilet is broken, vandalised. no other options available. deserts tasted great. ervice was great. food displays look awful.

We ate dessert here today, there wasn't many customers but the place was beautiful. We had a lovely man called Sri serve us and he had exceptional manners and looked after us very well.

Tried the double choc ice cream, delicious! Milk cake was ok. The crumble was meant to be creme brulee but wasn’t. Was served by Fariah. Family friendly.

I went out with my family for a pre Christmas get together. The Customer service from Faria and Garima was wonderful, Faria was lovely to talk too she was polite and very cheerful, the atmosphere was chilled and the decorations were beautiful. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The desserts were delicious and well priced. I would definitely come here again. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Orders cookie daugh and pistachio mill cake!! Cookie daugh was ok but so disappointed with milk cake the cream didn’t looked fresh and the milk cake and dressing was horrible will never recommend to anyone !! They used to be good dessert shop :(

Low rating due to the cheap choc sauce you used on the waffles. It left a weird taste and didnt taste like your original rich chocolate sauce

Perfect. The bear ice pop I ordered this curiously it was delicious. And enjoyed the croissant cube with bubblegum chocolate. Looks like a few additions to the usual menu which I am very pleased with :)

for came an hour later. it stated on the app that it had been delivered. when I rang the shop they said it would be with us withing the next 5 minutes. It did arrive within 2 minutes after ringing the shops. Off course the cookie doe was absolutely cold.

I went to have waffle with my friends and the staff was so nice friendly lovely specially the Rhiaa ,Komal and soukayna .They treat with lots of respect and love and food was so good delicious and the cookie explosion waffle loved it ❤️

second time ordering from here, desserts really nice I'm not a fan of cheesecakes but, these 2 I ordered were nice especially the red velvet amazing.

Best Gelato I’ve had (it was on the house too), likewise, the pancakes were nice, would’ve preferred more chocolate sauce but that’s personal preference.

My food was ordered at at 20.57 at 22.45 there has still be no food delivered got told the driver was stuck in traffic I live a 6 min drive away with no busy roads especially at that time of night on a weekday

I ordered the dessert trio and all of the items (waffles, brownies, strawberries), were super fresh and really tasty. Me and my family enjoyed it so much and will definitely be ordering again. The service was also amazing and they gave us a free gelato which was so kind of them. Xx

WHAT THE FLAKE - accepted order, said it would be delivered and then says delivered but nowhere to be seen. Wheres my food!!!

It says it was delivered at 11.05 but was actually delivered at 11.50pm. All the desserts were stale and tasteless. Ordered the saffron milk cake and 2 milkshakes. All 3 were off, unable to eat them.

I specifically asked you guys please ring me when outside as I’m in a shared house this happen last time I ordered from the other dessert shop and the same thing happen what’s the point in putting instructions and having a code if your just going to give my food to anybody that opens the door I live in a shared house and I’m not happy about this my food is cold and melted

I have stopped going here and I encourage others not to go here after I received poor customer service and I realised there are other shops on Just Eat who are more cheaper and their desserts taste much better. Here are some of the reasons why I stopped going Little Desserts West Bromwich: Poor Customer Service: Communication skills of staff is poor. They mess up your order and will not apologise Time: They take ages making your order. Never apologise. Complaints: I complaint to the manager about my order, he did absolutely nothing about it. Heath and Safety: I saw kitchen staff not wearing gloves or hair coverings. Orders: Portions are always small. If you ask for more topping they do nothing about it.

I placed my order on 22nd September …at 15:56… order was delayed @ 17:23 i called to ask for update on order the staff I spoke to had the audacity to tell to be understanding and have patience as they were short staff. I waited 1 hour before I made that call… the order was delivered @ 17:55. I wasn’t happy with The desserts milkshakes were watery… ice cream had melted was soft the waffle was stodgy & dry! I would like a full refund!!! No update or notification delay of order prior to call I made!

I’ve ordered my food at 3:23pm it’s currently 5:10pm. called the restaurant twice and yet still no food is here and the app is telling me that my food has been delivered. please fix this issue because this has seriously ruined my whole day night and the rest of my year.

PLEASE AVOID THIS DESSERT SHOP Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had, ordered at 9:30pm and currently 3 hours later still nothing has been delivered. I live 5 minutes drive away and I ordered the most simplest desserts. 4 milkshakes and a cheesecake and yet the guy on the phone had the cheek to say that they’ll prepare it in 25 mins when I was meant to receive it 2 hours after ordering. I don’t think I’ll be receiving anything from these guys,wouldn’t recommend it even if they gave free stuff

Ordered at 9:24 couldn’t be delivered till 11 for a couple of desserts. Didn’t arrive and got “slightly” changed too 11:30. Its now 11:45 it still hasn’t arrived and everyone wants to go bed but we have to wait for someone to knock the door at nearly midnight

Waited 2hours & 40 minutes for my order! No communication!
