Davinder was really nice and helpful, very supportive and sweet.

I came with my Son, and we had a very nice meal of Lamb Chops, Rice, and Salad. The Chops were grilled perfectly. The Staff are welcoming, and helpful. A nice evening for both of us.

We recently visited Mr. Falafel after it was highly recommended to us, and it was absolutely worth the special trip. From the moment we walked in, Halim and Mark made us feel so welcome with their cheerful and upbeat attitude. It’s rare to find such happy-go-lucky service these days, and it truly made the experience joyful. They took the time to communicate with us, asking exactly how we would like our falafel prepared, and made it to perfection – full of flavour and tailored to our taste. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Halim and Mark’s energy and smiles made the visit even more enjoyable. Very clean and tidy ….. We can’t wait to return in due course for another fantastic experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and even better service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED On the 18th of January I’ve ordered a cake for the 19th of January , for my daughter’s 1st birthday. I asked for a heart shaped cake with chocolate flavour. Not only they have me a frozen cake(probably the one that they made ready for Valentine’s day) but and the flavour was hazelnut and NOT chocolate. When I called the shop and asked for the Manager the lady asked for my phone number with the intention to ring me back because the Manager wasn’t there. 2 days later and still NO ONE has contacted me yet. Not only that but I paid 90£ for a frozen cake that there was no where near to what I asked for.
