McDonald's in West Lothian

Food would have been warmer if they stuck it up there arse 2 hours for delivery and mcflurrys were melted and milkshakes were watery only thing even a wee bit edible was the bbq ranch

I think it's not a filling food

Just terrible on all counts. Food is always cold... even when you wait 30 mins for it outside. Worst McDonald's ever... avoid like the plague Tonight was a delivery that was switched drivers multiple times. Arrived 30 minutes late. Stone cold and inedible.

Had to wait ages for a cold meal

As usual something missing I paid for 2 curry sauce and none was with the order

the staff are lovley my favourite are paul and korbyn

This place never fails to disappoint. Coffee orders are pot luck as to getting a latte or hot chocolate or anything inbetween. This place is anything but fast food restaurant wait 20 mins for a double cheeseburger. Do not use this place it’s shocking. Shame as it used to be decent

Easily the worst mcdonalds in west lothian and that's some feat. Food always cold, getting the correct order is a game of roulette. If you go to the drive through expect to park even if you are the only one there. Hopeless and best avoided

Good took 2 hours to come there were nuggets missing from boxes ! The ice had melted in the drinks so was watery only half a portion of chips in each meal ! Also the mcchicken sandwich was meant to be plain but came with mayo and lettuce so couldn’t be eaten .Worst order I have ever received

Food marked as delivered and food was infact not delivered or certainly not to this address... Now left with no dinner and it only let's you mark it as late... not that it didn't arrive at all...

No sugar doughnuts, no chocolate doughnuts. I was asked to pay for dips (£0.50 each), which are normally given for free. Staff were not nice. I'm afraid this was the WORST McDonald's I have ever visited in the whole EUROPE. What's more..... I noticed that you can only stay in the car park for a limited time of ....90 minutes as far as I remember. It looks like McDonald's in the UK is not very friendly to their customers. I spoke to my Scottish friends. They confirmed. You'll get a ticket if you stay longer. WOW!!! I'm shocked!!!! Especially that this one is not located in a busy place like a city centre and there is a lot of space and other parking spaces around. It's just unbelievable. I am finding a lot of 1-star reviews..... even most of them. Nobody cares.

Clean staff where extremely busy with Internet orders which slightly took their concentration from customer service but overall a nice atmosphere.

Absolutely horrendous, delivery driver was on the completely wrong road and took an age to deliver the food. When food arrived it was stone cold and had to be put in the bin. Don’t waste your time or money ordering.

Delivery was fine however this order was for Bathgate and following the delivery it came from Whitburn. In turn the food was cold when it arrived, fries inedible as only part cooked.

The driver parked in my neighbours driveway and got very aggressive and swore at me when I told him he’d have to move his car from my neighbours driveway. Plus the food wasn’t edible it was stone cold . A totally horrible experience

The food was nice but my problem with this delivery was the fact i had no straws for my two drinks and the two ketchup’s i paid for were not in my bag either, which lowered the quality of what i was expecting.

Bathgate McDonald's has got to be the worst run branch in West Lothian! They seem to have a new rule that no matter what you order at the drive through, you need to park up. I was the only person at the drive through when I arrived this afternoon and waited 30 mins for 2 cheese burger meals. Same on a previous visit for only a single cheese burger. Its a very poor service to the customers on account of massaging the 'fast food statistics!

Ok for something quick and cheap. Can struggle to get a seat during peak times and you will get your meal quicker if you go through the drive through Pot luck if you get everything hot or luke warm.

Very impressed! ** This McDonald's tends always to be busy, staff are super friendly and the service is quite quick considering how busy it is. It's a rather modern branch with many self service kiosks and one manned till. Parking is plentifully and the drive through que tends to go quite quick. Fries were fresh and tasted top notch. There is disabled step free access and parking.

Sat at drive thru speaker for 5mins before they spoke. Ordered a mcrib, got.all way back to work to find they put a mccrispy in the box which i dont like(order screen at window not working for me to check before i paid). Thats me going hungry on a night shift.

If you in a hurry, never go to Bathgate McDonald's... staff is taking their time here... usually is about 15 min today its 32 minutes for a muffin...

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! I paid over £30 on my order waited over 2 hours and order wasn't even prepared and I called them they said there is no drivers and then magically out of nowhere it jumped straight to being delivered! My food wasn't delivered at all ! and they will not give my money back!!!
