Mcdonald's Restaurants in Gateshead

Bought a double quarter pounder meal with an apple pie and coke from Uber eats .The coke was spilt all over everything and the driver was totally unapologetic.I had to drive to McDonalds myself to get the order replaced , so I’ve had to pay delivery and tip in advance and the manager said it’s not our fault it was sent out perfect take it up with Uber eats !!!! She’s a short woman with grey hair I had to bite my tounge so hard but it was 16 09 24 1935 hrs so you know who it was I bet her heels on her feet rock hard as her attitude

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to . Arrived by car and made order via app . Flat white and sausage and egg muffin . Place was empty and looked very dishshevelled inside , with huge open space , as though renovating. An Indian lad was front of house , and informed my arrival . I then realised I had forgot to order hash brown so asked to add on . Eventually he seemed to understand the addition. Stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes for the order to arrive minus hash brown . I complained about the time it took to assemble order , and missing hash brown, to be told by the lady manager that you can’t change the order .Terrible customer service and won’t return. Please get someone on front of house who understands English.

Just letting you know, if you laugh here you won’t be coming back. The worker titled “Helen” kicked me and my friends out for laughing and getting chips chucked at us. Absolute disgrace, I can’t believe it. My friend also has a condition where he burps a lot which we examined to “Helen” but no respect for my friend. This extremely hurt my friend as he feels like he has been badly mistreated. Don’t go here when “Helen” is there as you cannot laugh now and perform standard human rights. Disgusting person!

Whilst in a huge fan of a McDonald’s breakfast, I’ve had two separate experiences recently (at the Felling and Cramlington branch) where my double bacon McMuffin has either a slither or only one rasher of bacon. It’s getting annoying now. Whilst the Cramlington branch were quick to correct the error and apologise, I had already left the Felling branch when I realised so thought it best to leave feedback
