Morrisons Sheffield - Ecclesfield Cafe in Sheffield

Me subí mientras le daban servicio a mi auto para desayunar con mi esposa Todo lo que tenían de un gran menú eran tostadas y huevos, y bebidas de éxito. Una de las máquinas de bebidas no funcionaba, así que recibí leche caliente en lugar de chocolate caliente. Le dije a uno de los empleados que dijo “sí, no funciona en esa máquina”. No hay señales para mostrar esto, así que varias personas recibieron leche caliente mientras estábamos allí. Los condimentos no existían Absolutamente horrible.

La comida cara estaba fría £ 27 ! !! para un café no volverá muy rápido el café era lo mejor sobre la comida incluso el personal no estaba contento

Went in for tea for two as advertised wasnt doing them not enough staff even with adverts round store so decided on Sunday roast had to give them back arrived cold we will microwave was staff reply very disappointing

have just been to the cafe and ordered steak pie chips and mushy peas. In all the meals I have ever had and I am 65. This was the most disgusting plate I have ever encountered. The steak pie was rock hard so I doused it in gravy did not make much difference. When I broke into the pie the content allegedly steak was black and virtually non existent and almost as hard as the crust. It looked like it had been in a nuclear explosion. I took it back to the three members of staff and explained it was inedible. You would have thought I was from a different planet they all looked confused I was offered a replacement but I declined not wanting more of the same. I then left out-ofpocket (my own choice) and hungry needless to say I WILL NEVER call at this or any other Morisons in the future I suggest you avoid it like the plague

Only one coffee machine working-again! We’d finished our sandwiches and cake before chips arrived- staff very apologetic and gave a refund. People on next table had ordered roast dinners, but were told not available. Pots everywhere.

Tried to order a few different things that were advertised, but was told they weren't available. Would have been better just advertising what was available. Kept having to repeat myself 2 or 3 times as staff member just kept saying 'yer what' or 'eh' or 'seh that agen'. Tables not cleaned, dirty plates left all over. Spillage's on the floor. Food cold. Complain and nothing happens.

No chicken left so couldn’t have a chicken salad. Staff unwilling to do a ham salad - even though they had some ham. Coffee machines were both broken. Dirty cutlery. Menu has been vastly reduced - can’t even get a jacket potato. They have also removed scampi - a favourite for many - why?
