Una parada espontánea para una bebida que terminó siendo el brunch también. Desayuné en casa y mi esposa Benedict. Ambos excelentes. Una pinta de IPA de baja tensión para mí y un Sptz de limoncello para mi esposa. Muy agradable de hecho con un excelente servicio.

Simplemente vino para un asado del domingo y estaba delicioso. Poco más tarde en el día y el personal y la comida eran de primera categoría. Los budines de Yorkshire son increíbles, volveré y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo para probar.

Mientras que el ambiente, la comida y las bebidas eran agradables en 35 Mackenzie, nuestra experiencia fue completamente agria por el terrible servicio. Como un grupo de 15 colegas, visitamos en una noche de fin de semana y encontramos el bar para estar bastante ocupado. A pesar de nuestros repetidos intentos de señalar al personal para el servicio, fuimos ignorados en gran medida. Eventualmente, cuando necesitábamos hacer nuestro pedido final, me acerqué a un miembro del personal y cortésmente solicité asistencia. Después de esperar un tiempo excesivo, tuve que dirigirme a otro funcionario para reiterar nuestra solicitud. Para nuestra incredulidad, un miembro del personal se me acercó delante de mis colegas y verbalmente se portó mal conmigo por "solicitar servicio repetidamente. " Esto no solo fue grosero, sino completamente innecesario, especialmente teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias. Hemos sido clientes habituales de varios pubs y bares de Canary Wharf, y esta es la primera vez que nos encontramos con un comportamiento tan irrespetuoso. Si bien la impresión inicial fue positiva debido a la disponibilidad de última hora, la conducta del personal ha arruinado completamente nuestra experiencia. No volveremos a este establecimiento.

Teníamos una mesa para 2 para el almuerzo del domingo. Desafortunadamente, la comida que nos sirvieron no era genial. Toda la comida estaba fría, con el pollo siendo difícil de cortar y súper seco. Nos dieron solo una pequeña cantidad de salsa, lo que hizo que la comida fuera muy seca y desagradable en general. Además, una de las comidas vino sin un pudín Yorkshire, y cuando se le preguntó nunca llegó. Una comida también vino sin queso de coliflor y cuando se le preguntó a los servidores sacó coliflor normal. Ni una vez nadie vino y preguntó si nuestra comida estaba bien. Fue un servicio deficiente teniendo en cuenta el precio caro que pagamos. Envié un email a la compañía hace 2 semanas pero no supe nada.

Lugar perfecto para una reunión de negocios relajada pero profesional. Gran servicio del personal servicial y experto - WiFi sólido y música decente también!

It was such a lovely visit and venue. Me and my partner shared the burrata salad which did not disappoint:) Venue was well lit and airy. Shame it was really windy when we visited but overall really nice. 4stars cause there were ants crawling on the table, probably because of the plants.

No 35 Mckenzie walk used to be one of my favourite places to come to when Im in canary wharf but quite frankly the last visit completely changed that for me by the rude staff that serviced me on Saturday 11th of May and i wont be ever returning to that place ever again. Me and my wife came in to have a few drinks, saw an empty seat which had no personal belongings or drinks so we sat down. I left my wife at the table while I went to order drinks, when I returned I came back to a couple and waitress/manager ordering my wife to leave because the couple claimed to be sitting there before us even tough they had nothing left behind. My wife doesn’t speak english and made it clear to both the couple and waitress/manager who was speaking to her in a rude tone raising their voice and ordering us to leave because they “said” that they just went to order drinks. I don’t really understand in what place on earth you can leave a table to order drinks, not leave someone to stay at the table or leave a coat or jacket and then return to the table and think its still yours and ‘claim it’. The waitress/managers tone was rude and her way of dealing with the situation was horrible never met such a person in hospitality who seemed to have 0 experience in talking to customers. When I pulled her aside to talk to her she couldn’t explain why she was talking in such a rude tone and why she ordered us to leave and why they couldn’t put anything on the table signalling that its taken. Honestly so disappointed that such a lovely place has such inexperienced and ignorant staff working for it.

What a great service from Josie! She’s been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole experience I had! Also, a massive hats down to Michael the security guy who was kind enough to have a welcoming chat with me while I was coming in! Top notch service! Thank you very much!

Had the pancakes and they were so good! Great sized portion. My only issue was that the seat we had outside has cigarette ash all over the ground which could have been easily dealt with - but overall v happy!

Visited with a large number of colleagues on a very quiet Monday. Staff were difficult to the point of being quite aggressive on occasion. Twice got charged for doubles instead of singles - once is an accident twice would at the minimum be careless but some would say almost an attempt to fleece punters. Various other gripes from various people. In all - lots of other places to go in Canary Wharf where you feel like a valued customer.

Beautiful outside seating. Food and service was amazing. Pet friendly, everything was superb. Definately will be returning!

Food & drinks are actually good, the service from waiters was awful. They took too long to bother taking orders and forgot to put some ordered items in the system so waited only to be told we had to wait again.

The service is very slow, we were not attended to for a while when we sat down and the second drink we ordered was originally not on the system so took very long to come.I like the place but definitely need to step up in service.

My friend and I visited, today, for brunch, and there was nothing we could fault! From the wonderful manager Ajya, to Cedric, to Valentina, to the equally attentive front of house person, whose name I am shamed to say I can’t recall, we felt so welcomed, and looked after? so a huge thank you to those working today! The food was sublime, beyond sublime to be truly honest, and the service was pitch perfect. I truly recommend you visit because we will be back as soon as we can 🥰

The staff were rude and did not make me and my boyfriend feel exiled. They also got our order wrong multiple times and spilt syrup over my boyfriend.

Delicious roast, good portion of beef which was really well cooked, crispy tasty potatoes, lots of carrots, green beans and cabbage. Just needed more gravy! Waiter Dan was lovely too :)

Went with 4 friends. Lovely restaurant and would be nice to sit on the terrace for a drink on a summers day. Had a lovely waitress serve us. Food was disappointing. Ordered the vegan roast, which was ok, but it came with only 3 mini-falafels. It didn't seem worth the £18 for what was on the plate and I complained about this. I wouldn't go again as I paid £18 for a plate of roast potatoes and boiled veg.

3 of the party didnt get their starters and after flagging it up only 2 of them got it. After the 3rds arrived with their main. Other than that the drinks for the bottomless brunch were flowing. When it came to the bill they took off the sevoce charge but then charged everyone more than they should have so half of us had to get refunds and we all pretty much wrre conned out of our money. 100% would not come bak!

We only visited for drinks whilst in the area. We sat outside & it’s a great view overlooking the water. Someone came promptly to take our order & we didn’t have to wait to long for them to arrive. Price fit drinks was the same as other places in London. Great location & good service
