I have been a regular customer at Oak Cafe for 3 years now since first discovering it. I come regularly with my grandma and we both love it! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The service is very quick and the servers are always very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend !

Food is excellent quality for the price. It’s a busy cafe but worth the short wait for a table as there is often a good turnover. The staff are attentive and the menu is varied with good options for vegans and vegetarians. The coffee is of good quality and comes in quirky china that is a nice touch. The wraps at lunchtime are a great option.

I am far from impressed with our experience! 3 of us came in to have brunch and even though the staff saw us coming in, nobody paid us any attention for a good 10 minutes…even once they did serve us, there was no apology! The food took forever to arrive and when we were done, we were asked to move tables so that they could accommodate more guests - this is not how you treat customers! Left us feeling rushed and inconvenienced. Will not be returning.

I love my coffee and love my cappuccino served in the perfect size of cup, unlike most cafes that serve coffee in an American oversized cup. The great tasting coffee served was exactly in the correct size, couldn't have asked for more! Love the cozy atmosphere and great friendly service. A must stop if you happen to pass by on Whetstone Hight Street.

I have been to Oak Caffe twice when visiting family in Whetstone. Their brunch was delicious. Their coffee was really good and I’m fussy about my coffee! I recently visited Oak Cafe, and, unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. I placed my order, but the staff mistakenly brought the wrong dish. It took a noticeably long time for the food to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t what I had asked for. I specifically requested a well-done fried egg, but instead, I received an egg with a runny yolk. After waiting all morning, this was disappointing, as I had clearly specified my preference. The lady serving me did apologize for the mix-up, which I appreciated, but the overall delay and error really affected my visit. I felt the need to leave this feedback because, while the cafe has a nice atmosphere, they need to improve on accuracy and speed of service.

Our happy place 🥹 In a 4-days stay we ate our breakfast there 4 times! All so delicious and freshly made! Their white americano was one of the best I had in my life! The place is so tastefully decorated and I loved that it was small and cosy and not chaotic. But above all, its people are the heart of the place! Start your day the caramel frappe way! You won’t regret it ✨The chef is Italian and the food is delicious. The scrambled egg is so creamy it melts in your mouth. I’ve been eating here for a very long time and can’t see a week in the future or past I’ve not been or wouldn’t be eating here. The staff are really good at what they do. Plus the supper events are always a good time ✨

Really cute coffee shop and breakfast place. We didn't have to wait for long to get a table even though the shop was busy. We changed few items from our food order and when the food arrived to our table everything was correct and really tasty. Service was excellent, all of the waiting staff was polite and checking regularly with us. Very good experience overall. Unfortunately didn't think to take any pictures from our breakfast.
