Pizza melts were lovely and the bacon cheese chips were great

1.5hrs late, food stone cold when arrived, very disappointed

I have ordered many times from this Pizza Hut, Never had any issues, Food always arrives on time and piping hot.

It took an hour and a half to deliver my order, and they gave me the wrong one. When I called to address the issue, they shouted at me and accused me of lying. After much effort, they finally agreed to return, but they didn’t apologize. The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful, and there was a clear language barrier. The situation only de-escalated when my brother stepped in, and the driver finally stopped acting so threatening.

Awful pizza came with no cheese on!

pizza's were very nice enjoyed them the only minor criticism is that the pizza slices were not cut properly.

Note to restaurant was ignored. Could not choose create your own option. Food arrived late and cold. Dip not provided.

Lovely and hot and cooked to perfection

Paid extra for the hot honey pepperoni pizza and standard pepperoni delivered.

Can't even get the order numbers right. I pay for a large pizza and received a bottle of drink.

The bases of the pizzas were undercooked and stodgy

Specifically said don’t forget my garlic sauce and my ice cream. Shock horror, they forgot both items. Called up asking where it is and the guy had the audacity to say we can deliver but you have to pay for delivery charge. Rubbish.

Ordered a couple of pizzas last night on their 50% off deal. Didn't realise it meant 50% off the toppings and cheese. We haven't ordered from pizza hut in a while and I doubt I will use them again. Waste of money

Expected time kept going up to over an extra hour. I would have cancelled if had the option. We knew that when the food was received it would be cold as been sitting around waiting to long.

Late and cold. If i have to cook it i might as well buy a iceland pizza.

Driver was on time and was very friendly it was a very pleasant experience 👍🏾

Didnt use door bell a very quiet knock on the glass window on front door missing dips and drink food was cold and ordered stuff crust n came with regular crust ask delivery person he didn't understand

My daughter went to get a pizza and paid cash was told they don’t give change and gave her a sauce . The pizza is never cut thro but can’t say the food isn’t nice

Firstly the pizza was all squashed and had hardly any cheese and the courier went around the same place twice before delivering

I ordered a collection on the website, called the hut to see when it was ready and was told they hadn’t received my order, how did I place it in the app or the website. Told them the website and they told me to contact customer services on there for a refund, which I did. We have been going backwards and forwards for a week now and the manager is stating I did it pick my order up!! And I did it call! I have proof of the call and did I t pick my order up as the person in the phone told me it had been received! Still waiting for this to be refunded! Used Pizza Hut for many years and can’t believe how I am being treated!

Ordered a margarita pizza in a deal and received a pizza with hardly any cheese!

Management don't know how need refund on the card,they don't know what they have in stock 😑, 2 guys what doing trail shifts and they don't k how need preparing pizza dough very disappointed 😕 not gonna order again anymore

My order was wrong. I had ordered pan pizza but got a thin based pizza and was covered in some sort of powder. Usually my order is good but very disappointed this time and couldn’t eat it. Have asked for compensation and just eat won’t give it!

Missing cookie dough but pizza came hot

I ordered at 8.03 and the food just arrived at 9.46 and it’s not even luke warm. It has definitely been sat around waiting for a driver. Really poor service, very little update on actual timing just constant “waiting for driver to be assigned” no option to cancel which there should be when it’s well over the delivery time and left without update

Speedy pizza, zero queues, and a clean restaurant. No complaints.

Ordered pizza from here yesterday. Pretty sure my vegan pizza ended up being a dairy one. It was also very greasy. I've now had 20 plus bowel movements. Would not recommend

No drinks provided despite paying for them

If I could rate lower I would. The manager swore at me unprovoked because one of the staff messed up my order. I ordered online and had got my brother to collect. My brother got there and they told him he has to pay. I tried to resolve the issue and then the manager just swore at me, didn’t even offer me the pizza I ordered? The pizza was even wrong from what I ordered.

Food was cold, had garlic powder dropped on the pizza, so had to cut all crust off and warm up in air fryer. Not impressed

This place is usually OK but tonight our order wasn't ready, even though the app said it was. So had to wait 10-15 mins. No offer of any compensation, apart from some mini-dips. Unimpressed.

Good and tasty Pizza but poor customer service as twice I have been, no-one has been at the counter and had to wait 5-10 minutes to get the food plus they do not deliver to my location despite it being only 1.8 miles and 8 minutes away.

Good should be delivered flat not upright - then our food wouldn’t be squashed to one end

Pizza was completely destroyed cheese was on top.of box in stead on pizza and box was squashed and driver shook pizza on arrival to try to sort it out I want a full refund of money back in to my bank account not just eat as will leave your service

The pizza size was not what I expected

Delivery driver stole the drink I ordered. Claimed it wasn’t in the order. Pizza Hut refused responsibility and Just Eat don’t want to refund me for the missing item that was stolen. Not impressed at all. I use Just Eat all the time.

40 pound for my food to not arrive and my autistic daughter waited up for hours for her food still no refund either I'm now going to be taking this higher if the matter is not resolved by the end of the day by going to my local MP and ombudsman

The food was freezing when it arrived, I had to give it back to the driver. He told me the road was closed and that’s why the delivery was late but by the time he arrived it was freezing. I tried calling the restaurant and they are now closed. I am extremely disappointed.

Very happy food was very tasty & very efficient service.

Pizza could certainly have arrived hotter - box didn’t close properly which wouldn’t have helped. Still enjoyable in any case.

I had cold pizza , lack of Chicken an cheese no taste to it. The crust was terrible . I had previously had this same pizza from another Pizza Hut which was so much nicer and well made with plenty of filling .

I have asked to remove the onions seems it’s not taken care this time
