Stayed here for many years but gradually it has gone down hill. Our last visit on arrival the checking in system was down, I accept these things happen but there was no staff available to help, found somebody eventually but still left myself and others in limbo. The rooms are now tired with carpet stains etc. I checked out and realised I left something in our room. Rang many times over the next few days with nobody answer, contacted Premier Inn head office who gave me an alternative number, no answer. Emailed and email ignored. Will not ever be staying at this branch again.

Good old reliable Premier Inn. We were happy, apart from the druggies in the stairwell and the cold food! Me and my mam stayed for a few days around Christmas. Location is great and the room was perfect, generally what I've come to expect from a Premier Inn. Staff also friendly. However, the easy access to the stairwell makes it unsafe and also unhygienic! We decided to be healthy a couple of times and take the stairs. There were food packets and cigarette butts all over the floor and clearly nobody even passed through to check or clean it while we were there. At 1 point we met 2 druggies sat there having a great time. They were friendly enough but shouldn't be there and could be intimidating for a lot of people. It also means potentially people who are violent or dangerous could get in! Should sort out something to make this more secure. Lift also a bit yuck. There was a fresh spit on the floor when we arrived which had soaked in while we were there. We had the dinner. Food arrived kind of cold. Didn't complain about that, not sure why, classic Irish I suppose... and there was a hair on one of the dishes which we did mention and in fairness they did give us a discount on the food without us specifically asking for it. So yeah, good location, good rooms. Please clean the lift and stairs and implement some sort of security system - people should not just be allowed sit on the stairs making a mess and doing drugs all day. Guests - maybe avoid the stairs.

I asked for two single beds in a twin room, when I booked I was reassured that this is what I’d get. When we arrived I was told there were no twin rooms and we would have to have a double bed and a sofa bed. This is appalling. I would have booked elsewhere if we’d be told this in advance. I was given £5 off for this issue which is ridiculous as we still paid over £90 for a room that wasn’t to standard. The windows did not open, the air was so dry it was impossible to sleep. I tried to use the bath and the water was mostly cold. The entire visit was a shambles, we paid far too much for a very poor hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone.

Premier Inn London Kingston Upon Thames Hotel I didn’t have high expectations when staying at the Premier Inn London Kingston Upon Thames, as it’s known for being a budget-friendly hotel offering basic comfort. However, the major concern during my stay was the lack of security, which left me feeling uneasy. The most alarming issue was that anyone from outside could access all floors without needing a key card. There was no system in place to restrict access to guest areas, such as requiring key cards for the elevator or floor-specific entry. This significant oversight made the entire hotel feel vulnerable, especially during the evening hours. As for the rooms and services, they were up to the standard you’d expect from Premier Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff provided decent service. However, these positives were overshadowed by the glaring security flaws, which should be a basic priority for any hotel.

Stayed over Christmas to ease the burden on family members and was pleasantly surprised by our experience. A large quad room made it easy for us as a family of 4 (2 adults, a 5 year old and a 1 year old). Breakfast was made very special by a particular gentleman (had a sunflower lanyard, sadly didn't get his name) who was so friendly and welcoming on Christmas day and Saturday 28th. Such a huge credit to your company! Thankyou for exceeding our expectations and providing a welcoming atmosphere (ditto the pregnant lady on reception when we checked in eve of 24th). Would recommend for a great location, clean room and a wonderful welcome when said persons were there!

Tired rooms, needs a face lift. House keeping poor, no toilet tissue in the bathroom, general cleanliness was below expectations. The whole chain of premier inns needs investment in a face lift. For the Evening meal, it was low grade food options, the service was slow, food was ultra processed, microwave prepared. The breakfast starts at 06:30, however the cooked food arrives at 06:45 onwards, no good if you have a early morning business meeting to attend. To sum up, it is what it says on the tin. Don’t stay here if you expect more.

Worst place ever to stay. Restaurant service is very poor, housekeeping is even worse. Will never stay here again and will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever. They are short staffed and the staff that is there has no clue what they are doing. You wait an hour to get a waiter to take your order and then wait for food and then you are all forgotten about. You need to beg the staff to get your bill to pay. I am so disappointed with the service

Lovely room. But 2 things the net curtain in the window was not pressed and looked as if it had been screwed up in a ball and then hung, shame really. Secondly there was a problem with the milk which separated in the tea we asked reception to be told the milk should not have been put in the hot tea???? Did not make sense.

Room was tired and housekeeping had made a glaring error in room preparation (that I refuse to post online). Hot water was plentiful for showering but a 'restricted' flow in the basins meant water was only lukewarm for a shave. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Great location friendly staff, restaurant and bar area tired and in need of refurbishment for example the varnish is worn on a lot of the tables. The stair well badly smells and has graffiti. Breakfast service ran out of essentials (orange Juice, sausages etc.) causing a wait. Bedroom was clean and tidy but no opening windows so reliant on air conditioning for fresh air. Self check-in desks were all out of service on the day we arrived so had to be manually checked in. Location is great right next to shopping area and NCP carpark. Not the best Premier Inn, I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel seems dirty. Suspicious stains on the curtains. Dirty carpets, stains and scuffs on all the walls, full of dust. I was sneezing a lot every time I went back to my room. You can see dust and dirt along all the skirting boards. No hot water in the basin. A good clean or rather a serious renovation is needed. I could not even smell the hot breakfast let alone eat it. It is close to the town centre which is nice but still it appears a dodgy area. Not sure if the hotel would pass a health inspection.

The hotel has a very spacious car park and is not directly in Kingston high street so I found it accessible as well as quiet. The rooms are maintained to perfection with additional refreshing customer service from the staff members, the condiments are easy to find and supplied next to reception. The pricing for this hotel is the best I’ve ever came across for a Premier Inn within London + in a nice area. I will definitely stay again if needed 🙂

It has been far beyond my expectations! The room was huge (I booked a standard double), the bed was fantastic, the bathroom was big as well, along with the bathtub. Very close to the centre of Kingston and the train station. 100% would come back!!

i went to ramos restaurant for the first time and i really enjoyed being in this restaurant. there was many birthdays and what made me happy is , staff are really enjoying to celebrate birthdays and they are friendly staff. and at the end of my dinner they have offered me Turkish tea and that was really so nice. thank you and i will come back again

Grab a riverside table and be intrigued by the view. I come here for an afternoon cuppa and a slice of cake when I come to Kingston shopping. The wheelchair route is a bit odd because the main road runs through the building. Don't worry. You can't see it nor can you hear it. With the car park right underneath, the whole John Lewis store is really convenient.

Very delicious pancake, well cooked, crunchy and fluffy but soft inside. Better than most korean restaurant i’ve tried in asia (minus korea). the shrimp steak was also very tender when we grilled it ourselves. kimchee stew also very nice! umami and acidity just right. can have an option to add more spiciness imo. pork for the grill average. ventilation was alright, but can be improved. If there’s a sort of cloak storage would be better too.
