i went to ramos restaurant for the first time and i really enjoyed being in this restaurant. there was many birthdays and what made me happy is , staff are really enjoying to celebrate birthdays and they are friendly staff. and at the end of my dinner they have offered me Turkish tea and that was really so nice. thank you and i will come back again

I’ve been here couple of times and the service is outstanding, staff is very professional and helpful. The quality of food was marvellous, the grills were perfectly cooked. Overall the experience has always been great. ☺️

Positive Points: 1. The restaurant looks beautiful from the outside, with a mostly glass design that creates a modern and elegant atmosphere. 2. The food was tasty and well-prepared, especially the BBQ grill items. Negative Points: 1. The seating near the windows was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable for guests. Adding extra heaters could improve this issue. 2. Service was poor: Staff kept ignoring us and were unresponsive, even though many were free and standing around. It took too long to get simple requests like extra glasses, bread, or sauce. We had to ask multiple times to receive these items, despite sitting near the counter. 3. For the price paid, the quality of service did not meet expectations. Recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless service and comfort are improved.

Very bad service, was impossible to get staffs attention, had to wait very long for the food and some of the things ordered did not arrive at all. Service could have been much better as food was nice

I've driven past this place several times and decided one day to go there next time. When wanting to place an order, I found it hard to get someone's attention as some of the staff looked and ignored us. Finally, when someone came over, I had to ask for some of my orders like chips, bread and other twice and still did not get one of them. I also told them its a birthday and nothing was done, whereas whilist we were there they played 4 birthday songs. Overall, the service was one of the worst.

Not great experience. Went to dine with friends and it started off well, but when it came to ordering one of us had an intolerance/allergy and it wasn’t even possible to switch out rice for fries, which im pretty sure was worth the same as the other thing. Then we received the fries with the starter instead of with the mains even though it was made clear we wanted it with the mains (as it was a switch from rice with a main dish). So when we did mention it to someone they said ‘one minute’ and never came back. Then our mains came but at this point the fries our friend wanted with their mains were cold. We did ask whether we could have a fresh portion of fries now since the other had gone cold since and pointed out that we did ask for it earlier but then we decided we just dont want it anymore since we felt that no one cared and we were pretty much finished with the mains anyway. They had an argument with us but then very begrudgingly agreed with us in the end. Not great service, sorry to say. Otherwise food is good though.

Manager who was also our server, made a mistake and blamed us. He never apologised and made us feel extremely unwelcome. The other staff were pleasant, shame this place is ruined for us now, won’t be returning

The salad was made with poor-quality ingredients, the bread was stale, and no one ate the lahmacuns. The quality of the food was very low. We don’t understand how a restaurant of this quality is being run.

Erhan was fantastic waiter very attentic to your needs couldn't ask for a better waiter.The atmosphere is very warming and decour is modern. The food is best I have had in london it's 5 stars for sure perfect authentic Turkish food. I will definitely be coming back again

Food basic, no flavour, not what I expected as it looks so beautiful on the outside and it always seems busy????!!! I order the same meal in every Turkish restaurant and the meal here was by far the worst.

Wow! So many good things to say about this restaurant. Everything we ordered was so delicious and portion sizes were quite big! The kleftiko lamb shank was so tender and fell off the bone and full of flavour. The lahmacum was huge for the price and so tasty. We came for my mother’s birthday, i informed the staff and they kindly accommodated us complimentary cake slice and an applause from the staff and happy birthday music, it was quite dramatic! Erhan even gave us the Turkish tea on the house, shoutout to Erhan and all the staff, they were all lovely and cracking jokes with us. Lovely service from all at Ramo’s Kitchen, hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Thank you very much and God bless.

Visited today with my two friends for their birthday and as usual best food , amazing service and friendly atmosphere . Staff is very professional and friendly . My two friends have their birthday so I took them for lunch and as soon staff knew about birthday without letting us know he brought baklava and played birthday song . What a fabulous and fantastic end to our lunch . Definitely recommend

Our amazing waiter Erhan went above and beyond and made my friends birthday special amazing and 100 memorable from the time we walked through the door. Will highly recommend and be coming back. Food was amazing so tasty nice portions and worth every penny.

Decent restaurant with good food and decent service. Can get very busy, and you can expect a wait for your food. The birthday songs every few minutes get annoying very quickly as they are loud and divert everyone's attention towards the birthday party tables. Please note that their meat can smell and taste of fat. I tried their mixed grill and both the chicken and lamb kebabs put me off immediately. This typically happens when the meat used is not fat free. Whenever I eat meat like this it makes me gag. So if you are sensitive to such meat do keep this in mind.

Service, we were treated very differently and wanted to charge extra for sauces and naan bread.

Brilliant culinary experience! The food, atmosphere & most importantly staff were top tier. I would like to thank Murs for his wonderful service and looking after us at every stage of the meal. Will be back with family for sure!

Great customer service, staff works very hard. Delicious food. Great place to organise a birthday party. You can buy alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Despite the fact they were very busy we got our food straight away.

Food tasted so good! One of the best turkish meal we had. The food tasted better than in turkey when we visited there. Service was also friendly and nice!

Spectacular food, service and quality! It is extremely affordable and comes in big portions. The staff are excellent. However, I do recommend booking in advance as they are always very busy. Finished the meal feeling very satisfied!

This was a wonderful evening out. We came as a group of 4 for a birthday celebration. We were offered a choice of tables and served promptly after being sat. We shared a bottle of Prosecco and also had a cocktail. The Prosecco was cold and poured perfectly with a fresh blueberry in the flute. The cocktail was OUTSTANDING, perfect presentation which included a whole rose, and was enormous as well as delicious. The food all came out in great timing. We shared some starters including liver, which I have never enjoyed before but absolutely loved these. There is complimentary tea after the meal but unfortunately they were out, so we had some other hot drinks. The staff brought out my friend’s cake and they came over to sing and clap for us. We loved it. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, all the staff were lovely. We can’t wait to come again.

Food was standard Turkish food, nothing extraordinary. Service was a bit slow, we went at 2pm, it wasn’t busy yet service was slow. Overall a decent experience. I won’t go my way to go to this place again. You can get these food from anywhere really.

We held a big birthday party at Ramos. Food and service were incredible and we received many compliments from our friends. The space felt vast, airy and bright and it was perfect for hosting a big party.

Was recommend by a work colleague. Atmosphere was very good, alot larger than I thought. Staff excellent and food was very nice with food arriving within good time from order. Was just me and the missus this occasion but will return with the kids.

Although it’s popular, but very crowded and noisy, more like a canteen! Owner should divide the area into those who celebrate birthday parties, and others who would like to enjoy a relaxing time. Also an issue with restricted parking as it’s located within a supermarket parking area…

Good Turkish food. The meat was well grilled and tasty. The service was friendly and swift. The atmosphere is nice and they have a big seating capacity. The restrooms were really dirty. Not cheap.

Had my husbands (surprise) birthday here, 14 people! The restaurant was extremely accommodating of all of our needs, from allowing me to bring balloons, cake, and small table decor. Food was fabulous too, especially the sharing platters for large groups. Service was phenomenal (Especially Nada). Perfect experience!!

Ramos in Kingston is one of our go to restaurants. It has a vibrant atmosphere, excellent customer service and I love the complimentary salad dish with fresh warm bread served before the food is served. I have to mention the clean loos, especially if you want to wash your hands before you eat. The food is great and so many excellent side dishes to choose from. Do try the Turkish red wine too, it’s good!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Every time I’m in the area it’s a must to visit. The staff are all super friendly, the food is amazing & the portion size is good. Only criticism would be lack of parking at times, but there is the supermarket car park behind

The portions are very small. You order a main dish and two starters you feel like you could order the same thing again and eat it so you leave hungry for the price you pay you would expect at least to have enough food on your plate. The service we received today was unfair. We were 5 people and received a complementary cacık and some bread while the table opposite us received two each at the same time so we felt unwanted. When we asked some more bread and cacık as it took a while for us to get our mains the lady waitress said we will have to pay extra. I brought my friend over here for her daughter’s birthday and we planned to have a sing along at the end of our dinner we also informed 4 staff about the birthday sing along. However that didn’t happen. At this point we are feeling really uncomfortable and unwanted we better leave and they are not getting service charge.

Food was over salted and waiter wasn’t happy for some reason and served in rude manner. Will never return to this restaurant again.

The best Turkish restaurant by far, including the ones in North London. Should definitely be competing at British Kebab Awards. The taste is amazing, the cleanliness is top and an open kitchen is there to prove it. This is definitely our go-to spot from now on!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but feel I must. Arrived at closing time this evening on the off-chance I might be able to order a take away, having just finished work. They could see I was in need of a treat and opened the kitchen up. Such a lovely team there and they all made me feel so welcome despite arriving at closing time. I got home and devoured my mixed shish. What an absolute treat, - it was absolutely delicious I will be back very soon with the family as the restaurant was fab, and the service and hospitality excellent. Thank you so much guys!

We visited as a large family group, celebrating a big milestone birthday. Our party ranged in age from 1 - 70+ and we all had a lovely experience at Ramo’s. The food was so delicious, the meat was tender and everything had so much flavour. I also must mention the staff because they were so hospitable and friendly to the younger children and adults alike, special mention to Naza! We don’t live locally, but will definitely be back any time we are in the area visiting family again.

I just ate there with my mum, sister, her children and my children for the first time and we all really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family and go there again. It was recommended to me by my sister who had eaten there with her family for her birthday in June.

My son and 5 other friends booked and came here to celebrate their GCSE results cannot complain about the food they all said it was lovely but the reason for the 2 stars is the service when it was time to pay they was just working out what they had to pay between them and to have them being told to hurry up and sort it out as other people are waiting which I thought was rude! They booked their table and there is no time limit on when they had to leave! Poor service and they won’t be returning!

We come here or order for takeaway regularly, as the food is superb. When we eat in, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Also, big fan of the Turkish wines.

BAD ‘MANGER’ STOP BULLYING WOMEN STAFF - STOP THE RUDENESS -TREAT STAFF & CUSTOMERS NICELY. DO NOT FOLLOW CUSTOMERS TO THEIR CAR - THIS IS CRIMINAL! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR - PLEASE SEEK HELP POLISH UP - LEARN TO BE CIVILISED ZERO ⭐️ During my visit I witnessed the guy who said he was the owner/ ‘manager’ aggressively berating the staff in front of customers. I had ordered a take away with a lovely lady waitress. She took my order and payment and told me the food would be ready in about 15 mins. She was very welcoming and gave me very satisfactory service. I said I will wait in the car and come back to collect my order later. When I came back I was rudely approached by the ‘manager’ asking if I requested my salad in a separate bowl not in the wrap. I then responded saying I have asked for the naan to be kept separate. He then said he is asking because he ‘always has problems with this lady’ whilst pointing to the waitress. I responded by saying what she had passed on to the chef is what I had asked for so I am okay with it. He again said ‘she’ (this being the waitress) never understands, she gets told this and goes on to do something totally different. The man made an approach as if he owned the UNIVERSE, his behaviour was appalling. He walked over to the bar area and then said to me I am trying to explain issues I have with this woman and you are not listening. I then responded that I was not there to listen to problems with his staff as really I have not experienced any, yet he still carried on muttering away. I then told him that he should address problems he has with staff in private and not in the public. This concern I have raised resulted in this ‘manager’ responding with hostility. He did not like the challenge and again because he was dealing with ANOTHER WOMAN, he turned rather nasty and said ‘I will cancel your food order give me your receipt!’ I handed back the receipt and my card and he refunded the payment and asked me to leave. He then came quite close to me! Saying ‘leave now!’ I then asked him to step away from my side and said I will leave just the same way as I walked into the restaurant. He still followed me to the car and said where I was parked is his premises! This man acted like a CRIMINAL and probably is one in disguise . What a shock to call himself a leader. STOP BEING A BULLY. The TRUE RICH are HUMBLE and have RESPECT. I Have lived in Kingston over 25YRS and RAMOS is new in Kingston! I will not return and neither will friends and family. MOST OF YOUR REVIEWS on GOOGLE ARE FAKE and from friends!!! 0 ⭐️

great place to eat, however leaving the restaurant I saw a staff wash his hands and face and then spit in the sink where they prepare the drinks at the bar. that's not hygienic.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been about 6 times this year and will keep going! The staff are always so welcoming, so friendly to our children and really make the effort to make the service nice. The best thing about the restaurant (second to the food!) is the birthday song! If you have a birthday, you must come here. The staff happily take any cake you have and bring it out when you want. They play this birthday song and all the staff get involved and really hype the moment. They really go the extra mile to make it a special, memorable moment. The food is always top notch and the restaurant it self is really nice.

The munch was amazing. Big up. My brother Tariq suggested this place because we came down to visit. Enjoyed every bite. Well done gang. Top notch!

Love this place.. Food is amazing! We went for the ramos platter (£66). Two adults and two kids, there was still a lot of food left (which we took home).

Beautiful restaurant a little out of Kingston town, with a handful of parking spaces. Food never disappoints, been coming here since they opened. Plenty of seating, does get busy some days so make sure you book if you’re going with a large group.

I ordered food from Ramos on Sunday . And after eating that food I got food poisoning and diarrhoea. I went in emergency at night to check up . And the food was not cooked properly and taste wasn’t good. Spice level was zero . I spent 25 & on that and got allergy to the food I requested refund and the Ramos have not refunded me this is such a horrible experience I never recommend this place .

I love this restaurant as it usually lives up to the very high expectations I have for it. However , the food was dished separately and my brother was left a bit upset as we got our food 20 minutes earlier than him. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely friendly and cleared the issue quickly as they have very good customer service. We will be coming back!!

A beautiful restaurant with great seating capacity. Booked in for a Saturday night around 9:30pm Seated quickly and had our order taken care of. The decor and atmosphere is amazing! Staff are very attentive. Food was amazing. Meat was succulent and juicy with a lot flavouring. Would recommend going again.

Such a beautiful place. We’ve lived in Kingston for 12 years and ramos is by far the best place we have been to. The vibe and service are unbeaten. Naza our waitress was the sweetest person so helpful and smiley. In fact the whole staff are great. Food is homely and incredible. Succulent and tasty. Very fast service. We will be back for sure. Probably next weekend.

I drive past ramos most days and most days it’s packed. A large establishment with large clear glass walls and classy decor, so when the chance came to dine I did. The chance quite late but I was treated like they had just opened. Promptly greeted with a smile and shown towards an area where I could pick from a choice of tables. After being seated we was given a menu from the lovley waitress. And the smiley waitress returned shortly after to take drinks orders. Given a reasonable amount time my main order was taken. And while I waited I took in the ambience and modern decor. I would like add everytime the waitress would pass my table we would make small talk that made me feel welcome. Before the main a large bowl of pitta and mint cucumber yogurt to nibble on. In my peripheral vision I could see said waitress confidently dressing a large salad that was then brought over along with the main. This is not your normal lettuce cucumber onion cabbage it was the works. I orderd combination kebab of chicken shish and lamb kofte. That came with a choice of rice or bulgur The outcome… Grilled to perfection presented well with good char on the meat. Seasoning was great and not over spiced. Sauces were available at request ie. Chilli,garlic I also orded the traditional lamb pide and that was crispy and tasty Overall experience was excellent my only niggle I had was the price and a dodgey feeling the next day. Unfortunately who i ate with also felt dicky. I would return but in Kingston I feel cappadocia in the center is a better option and value for your coin. Still enjoyed the experience 8.3/10
