I must say I was surprised when I received my order it was chicken shop food to a decent standard. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal with lamb doner kebab extra... Odd combination but a good portion size. Food was delivered hot which is a big plus. I must say that the sauce let it down as it wasn't ketchup it is a tye of runny ta gy chutney and chillies sauce but no mayonnaise. The food was hot but the nuggets weren't the best... I know they are just fried chicken nuggets but not the best. Overall quite impressed, food was hot, good portion size but the sauces let it down . 4 stars from me. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Decent hotwings, donner and chips. However, the pricing is way too high. Seen cheaper fast food in central London. Wouldn't recommend the grill food.

Don’t know what happened tonight. This is usually really good but tonight the burger (not the bun) was was half the size it usually is and overcooked hard, the egg was over cooked, (usually a soft and runny yolk) and the onion rings were overcooked. In addition the “kids meal” of 1 chicken piece and fries arrived as 2 pieces of chicken without fries. Usually really good but tonight, a shambles.

The food, the staff and the atmosphere makes the pizza magical.

Been going to this place for years lovely run business and always comes fresh and as requested. There mixed Donna with naan is my fav. Definitely recommend

I went in at 10pm I asked for a beef burger and they wasn’t bothered to put the grill on. I went for the chicken there was good peace’s there but he gave me the deadest chicken there was. Never going there again. Waste of time and money.

Why so stingy for sauce. 5.50 for 6 wings meal and give only a tiny bit of sauce. Shame on you man. Go and see how spice hut gives their sauce. U are chicken shop same like them u ain't no Michelin star restaurant.

Customer service is really good, staff are polite and friendly. I purchased doner kebab, burger meal and tandoori wings meal. Unfortunately, the wings were not cooked throughly and were raw inside. I will not be going back again.

Food was ok, had food from here before and was nice but this order wasn't that great, didnt give sauce so was dry. Chicken burger was a bit dry.

Placed order 1st time this evening, won't be doing it again, food quality fair however order wrong. Do not eat lamb so ordered chicken doner unfortunately lamb doner was delivered. Contacted restaurant who cannot help me as the boss was not there was happy to put message on notes so next time I order they will sort something out pmsl I will NoT be ordering again. Could not offer me anything else, advised to complain to just eat Why?? It was not just eat problem. Or the 'boss' can offer something at 10.30 ?? When they shut... NEVER AGAIN!

Everything was fine. I regularly buy from Spice Box but this was the first time I have had a home delivery. It was well worth the delivery charge to save me a long walk!

I really enjoy the food and service which is why it was a shock to me that it was so different. The nan was small and tough, the lamb curry and finished cooking the onions properly and the chicken korma was a disaster. I could eat that. That chicken was not thawed out properly and the sauce was creamy but really really really sweet. It all tasted rushed. I know it may be busy, but please thaw out the chicken properly. The prawn puri was amazing. The food is normally very comforting and the nan is so nice. Maybe an off day, or a change.

Please don't order from this place ever, the owner of thr resturant gives old food and cold wings. And always gives us less food than his workers. I am really disappointed because I'm their loyal customer, I always order food from them. DISSAPPOINTING DON'T ORDER!!!

Wonderful experience would order again

Curry was watery and oily and poppadoms have a bitter taste not like normal plain poppadoms, but otherwise good meal delivered hot and on time.

The chicken fillet burger is wayyyy to salty. Please decrease the salt amount in the chicken filllet. Everything else was good.

The meal this evening was incredibly hot (chilli hot). I generally eat the same mildly spiced options and a vegetable biryani, veg curry, garlic chicken and spinach are normally exactly that, mildly spiced but tonight the chilli was overpowering for me.

There was no Aloo Gobbi so the restaurant called if we would like an alternative curry, hence took aubergines, but it was most disappointing because the aubergines were totally and utterly swimming in half a tub of oil & no curry base - inedible greasy aubergines! Totally inedible & the boiled rice was very dry & a very processed taste & smell.The yellow dahl however was lovely.

Chicken donner was really poor and pita tasted weird. Chips were average but probably won't be going back there again. Followed covid rules which is nice to see.

arrived 20 mins early (don't mind it early, if correct.) without paratha but with extra curry dish (not ordered), phoned them to tell of mistake, told to keep extra curry and they would send paratha (that came an hour later) but both curries and bombay aloo were awash with ghee everything smothered with oil, sorry but first and last time of using them

Lamb chops were good. Biriyani not so good. It was more flavoured rice with pieces of lamb in it. Not to my liking. Not sure will order from here again, if I do then biriyani won’t be top of my list.

The chicken korma was under cooked.

A box full of glue if I wanted to eat a horrible curry I would have made my 2 year old cook but even than she would have done a better job seriously spice box more like horrible box the food is disgusting cold and not worth eating it’s horrible service and poor food horrible horrible food. Avoid like the plague

Food quality is always on point! Love their Shatkora doner 🔥. Also you must try their Deshi Bhorta brand mini chutneys! Which can be bought on collection. Their Makeral chutney and tomato chutney taste perfect! Masha’Allah. Will definitely be ordering their chutneys 💯. Thank you!

The chicken tikka tasted and smelt like paint, the smell was so much it put me off my meal and I only had the starters. Was not worth the money

Worst ever i tasted. Straight away all items went into bin. Naan and peri peri half cooked ( poured some sort of chilli sause on half cooked chicken pieces). Biriyani very dry and seems like preheated multiple times. Veg curry nothing but vegetables in hot turmeric water.
