Staff is always welcoming and the location is very nice! Food is always good and there is something for everyone. I come regurarly and I highly recommend a stop!

The team was great, excellent customer service the second I walked through the door, Amari was a great bartender giving me excellent drinks and fast and efficient service, the managers made me feel welcomed.

Such a stunning lowkey place to chill & have a chat. The staff are so welcoming & friendly which I find very important as a customer. The drinks & food taste so good I just had to order multiple to try. (my new fav drink I recommend is Paloma!!) Drinks: skittlebomb, paloma Jägerbomb & lemon drop Food: Ceaser Salad & chicken burger The karaoke room was so cool however the songs are quite limited & off beat with the lyrics. Overall I loved the experience with my friend & will definitely visit again!!

Its a nice place but you can tell that staff really dont wanna be here. Bad vibes. They always taking 1 hr to do anything, and always have something negative to comment on. Smart little petty comments. A real shame. But food was on point.

Great service, money well spent

Having shopped at Westfield for the day, we wanted to relax and have a couple of drinks. It was busy but we found a table in the upstairs section. The vibe is really good and drinks not too expensive for London. (2 pints about £12). A bit later in the evening there was a DJ plain old school and R&B and we had a little boogie!! The manageress (Lucy) of the evening was delightful, really friendly and welcoming. We had pizza and wings which were nicer than I expected. In short I would highly recommend!!!

Food was cold and soggy, flavours were bad, it was ridiculously overpriced and none of the waiters seemed to care. Go anywhere else.

Great location and had a good atmosphere, I can imagine coming here for beer pong, table tennis etc is great but on this occasion we just came for food and was a bit disappointed... Felt it was quite pricey for small portions and somewhat underwhelming food

We came for a Christmas party here. We enjoyed a loy and we hope to come again. Staff members are very nice especially Ruby. I highly recommend
