Suggest piccante pizzas. Service is always lovely. Been going here for almost 10 years now.

Lovely place to have delicious Italian food. Calzone with chicken and spinach is my favorite dish.

Service was great, truffle salami pizza & Tiramisu was amazing and the cocktail we had was so smooth.

Went on a busy Thursday lunch time and got seated almost immediately. Our server Art was really hospitable, friendly and fast. Made the experience that much more enjoyable. Nothing was too much and he seemed to be the only person managing the tables and giving service with a smile. Dropped a star for the atmosphere as it was very cold and the pizza also was cold towards the end. (Can't be helped in an open space I guess).

Art served our food today. He was very attentive and we enjoyed our lunch. :-)

The food was really food and flavourful. Vegan and vegetarian options present and I had the vegan lasagne which really good. The staff was really friendly. Art was serving us and he was really nice. Would definitely come again.

Disappointing dinner in this noisy restaurant with an unsmiling welcome and a very long order to obtain with a wrong dish... I received an avocado salad instead of my salmon linguine... Way too expensive for both of us

4th time coming here and I can confirm that the food is BUSSIN! Full of flavour and fresh. I'll keep coming back.... Great value. I recommend the chicken & rice, the beef & veg stew and the veg stew.

Zizzi is such an amazing place to eat. Shobha served us and she was so sweet and kind and helped us. The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered the Fondue platter and it was perfect for the two of us. Amazing customer service, vibe and food. Highly recommend visiting here!

Very tasty pizza but for the price the amount of food was unfair. If I said that this pizza had 40gr of chees it would probably be an overstatement. I have never seen a thinner pizza... Spent ~£20 on a Pepperoni Campagna pizza and then had to go to Tesco to buy something else to not starve. There is no way on earth that this pizza had 917 kcal!

Amazing dining experience, everything was great

I been here with my mom and daughter. They straight away asked for allergies and I said yes for my mum that doesn't speak English so I'm talking for her. We gave as allergies all sort of condiments and herbs and spices. I asked to have a pizza for her that is only the normal pizza dough and mozzarella cheese on top. Nothing else to added. They seemed very serious as also was the female manager taking the order directly. When the pizza arrived to te table the waiter said garlic bread with mozzarella, and I said that is not what I ordered because allergy reasons. He straight away said no no is Margherita pizza without tomato sauce. I've asked if he was sure before starting eating and he said yes yes yes. My mother gave a bite and she straight away felt a strong garlic flavour and told me that she couldn't eat it. I've called another waiter and asked to double check the pizza please. Went to speak with the chef and came back to us saying that they added garlic and herbs butter to the pizza. I was so frustrated about all of this. They gave her straight away another pizza and they apologized, but is to late. She had to take medications for the allergies as she was starting feeling sick. This is very unprofessional. I remember on the pizza plate they put also a sticker that was saying taking care of your allergies. Is definitely a place to not visit if you look for professionality. It could have ended much worst. By the way the pizza wasn't good either. So if you look for a good pizza stay away from this place.

Three of us had dinner at this restaurant, but the experience was mixed. The dishes were excellent, but the service was disappointing: the waiters lacked attention, and the delays in responding to simple requests, such as water, were far too long (in fact I was unable to get a glass of water requested until the end of my meal). Additionally, a service charge not shown on the card was added to the bill, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Loved this place so much — Tania was the best (so lovely!) and provided us with brilliant service. Food and drinks were fab.

Absolutely disgusting service. My main meal was stone cold in the middle, I had to ask the manager to tell the kitchen to bring a new one. Staff never asked if we needed more drinks. Bar staff then proceeded to drop a glass bottle of coke right behind me that exploded and sprayed my coat and the table. Glass everywhere. Staff did not check to see if I was okay. I said I was unhappy to pay for my meal as there was a possibility that glass was in it as there was glass and coke on the table. The waitress was very rude and said it was an accident so I still need to pay. The manager had left at this point. Don't go to Canary wharf branch unless you want cold food and poor service.

George looked really well after us! He recomended the Carbonara, which was delicious and filling. Will be back!

Had a quick lunch today ,my pizza was huge, really enjoyed.

Despite the small queue at the entrance, we got a seat straight away. But ordering was anything but quick. Shortly before we wanted to leave the restaurant after 30 minutes, the bartender (?) came and took our order. Before, it seemed as if our table was not assigned to a waiter, because the waiter from the next table walked past us several times. It was also very COLD. The air conditioning was turned on very strongly (December). The food came quite quickly and we were very happy with the rolls and pizza. Shortly after eating, the drinks were brought to us. I was glad about the straw as the glass was cracked. The sweet potato fries weren't really good. What I liked was the menu, which clearly marked vegetarian and vegan dishes. Unfortunately, someone else (not a waiter?) had cashed in on us and so we couldn't give any feedback or we weren't asked for it. (We left the sweet potato fries almost entirely alone, which might be worth asking)

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Zizzi's in Canary Wharf, London, with my work colleagues, and I have to say, it was an experience worth talking about! I opted for the gluten free Black Truffle Salami & Mushroom pizza, which was a delightful treat. The crust was perfectly crispy, topped with truffle salami, mushrooms, crispy prosciutto, Fior di Latte mozzarella, riserva cheese, truffle-infused oil and crispy sage – a burst of flavors that truly made my tastebuds dance. My friends also raved about their meals, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. It's rare to find a place with such a wide variety accommodating different dietary needs, so kudos to Zizzi for that! The salted caramel brownie I indulged in for dessert was absolutely divine. Rich, gooey, and perfectly sweet, it was the ideal sweet finish to my meal. The standout of our experience was Daniel, our waiter, who delivered outstanding service throughout. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our lunchtime was nothing short of perfect. I really appreciated his recommendations and the extra care he provided. I have ordered risotto through deliveroo and was absolutely shocked the amount of food they have sent us, for £17 I was expecting normal size enough to get full. Avoid this must be scam.

The fantastic Pizza really impressed me

Ordered the salmon salad and garlic mozzarella bread. Bread was nice but the salad was likely the worst I've ever ordered. Salmon tasted like socks, tomatoes have seen better days and avocado was pretty beaten. So for me, this was a major fail. Pizza is likely the way to go but I sincerely needed a more nutritional food and options are rather limited on that front here. Sadly, eating a salad here was a very bad choice.

Had a lovely dinner there. Staff were really attentive and food was served quick. For two adults and one child we ordered 5 starter and a pizza, it was more than enough. The little one also went for a brownie sundae for herself. It was a great Saturday dinner over all. The non alcoholic cherry drink was delicious, served beautifully.

The food was very good, but the service was pretty poor. Food was missing, had to wait ages for the bill etc. In summary, great food but overshadowed by a not-so-satisfactory service.

I’ve spent a lot of time in Italy and I’ve had trendy london pizzas. This up there, amazing pizza. The vegan Rustica Aubergine ‘meatball’. Damn, so good, perfect flavours, great cheese, lovely bit of basil with a little kick from the jalapenos. The vegan raspberry cheese cake was also impressive!

Service was amazing, regardless of it being busy our waiter was attentive and quick and handled the pressure of it being busy so well. Lovely experience
