I live alone & have throat cancer so not only do I have to pay £3 delivery charges inwhich I'm only 1.5 miles away but have to spend other £15 as well, think this is extreme racism as they should be no fixed limit

Food is always incredible. Service is fantastic. Even if they miss an item off your order they will always do what they can to compensate. Thank you for an amazing meal!

Did not have anything to eat. The pub is nice. We sat out side. A nice group of people came out side. They was from, Barnsley some X miners. Teased my daughter with snuff They was going to a foot ball match. Very nice people.

Delicious home made pies and proper home cooked chips at a reasonable price. Beef curry was good too. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly welcome, set meal for two was delicious would highly recommend. Good value for money will definitely be returning

We were 5 ladies that lunch and attended on a Wednesday lunchtime. It was quiet when we sat down and our orders were taken promptly. As time moved on, and being 'cheap 65+ day' it started really filling up, but the servers were coping admirably. Our food and beverages arrived pretty quickly but we weren't timing it anyway, cooked nicely and a good portion size if you order from the 65+ menu, if you go off the usual menu - the portion size is HUGE! I would suggest booking for a Wednesday lunchtime as it was very busy by 12.30 but overally I can't fault this for restaurant for food/drink choice and pleasant staff.

This was so disappointing. Reasonable price of £6.50 for hot drink and cake. Although the coffee was ok the cake (we had a few of the cakes in our group) were not good quality and begrudgingly paid for them. Also the milkshakes were really poor.

Was excited to try as we’d heard good things about it. What a let down, really poor quality Indian food with very little taste. Part of the order missing which was blamed on the waitress even though we told the manager/chef that she’d taken the Irene down correctly so wasn’t her fault and then an extra £30 stuck on the bill for drinks that were not ours. Won’t be going back.

Place needs some TLC but fine for what we paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would probably not rush back though.

The food was absolutely delightful, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, complemented by a friendly service that made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

We have eaten here several times before - mostly breakfast. In the main the food has been ok but this morning it was cold. The plates had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for some time. The eggs were rubbery, the beans had a skin over them and the tomato was dried out. Even the toast had no warmth in it. The vegetarian sausages had to be cooked to order so they were ok. It was such a disappointment. The woman I spoke to was not in the slightest interested. No one looked vaguely attentive, they did, in fact, look totally detached from their work!!! May be look for another place to meet for breakfast??
