Only one toilet was open, the other one was locked. Queue of seven people. Had to ask three times to get them to open up the disabled toilet. No toilet paper! No soap. Terrible.

Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff. Were very friendly, food was as lovely as expected. Rachel went above and beyond with her advice.

My daughter and I were travelling down the A1 and honestly couldn't face the dreadful food served in the motorway service stations so thought we'd Google somewhere just off the main road. I'm so pleased we made the short 2-3 mile diversion to go to.Clumber Park. Lovely place - the cafe had great views over the lake, and we had a healthy baked potato and salad served with a nice cup of tea in a China cup rather than plastic beaker. The staff were really.pleasant and friendly, food nutritious and the views excellent. Tiny bit on the pricey side but worth the trip.down the tree-lined avenue and not a greasy burger in site!

Asked Parker for extra dip and was told 50p or she could lick “carriage” for a freebie. I of of course declined and she called my mixed race son N word. Not very mc lovin me thinks

We are new to the area and have tried numerous pizza takeaways since arriving in the area. This one is by far the best. Great food served by friendly staff.

10.30am - quiet time, 3 tables and 5 customers including myself. At least 4 staff. An elderly couple had ordered drinks, when they were prepared the member of staff at the service station called the table number, no response and called a second time even though they had spotted the table! The elderly gentleman put his hand up and the staff member said 'your drinks are ready' another customer offered to take the drinks as I was on my way to do the same. I asked why they hadn't taken the drinks to the table as the customer would clearly have struggled, I was told there wasn't a procedure for it 🤔 I pointed out that the procedure should be use your common sense, there wasn't any orders being processed and there weren't busy, almost equal staff to customers, what has happened to customer service 🤨 being trained to think on your feet, read the situation and the customer who's paying your wages comes first.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area, the food is very tasty. I would definitely recommend this takeaway over any other in the area

The best potato I have ever eaten!

We use the café regularly. The for is of good quality, well prepared and excellent value. You can call in, arrange collection or have your food delivered.

The shift management is Attitude and customer service is absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend for anybody to use or go to dominoes

I’ve ordered footlong meatball sandwich and received 2x6” steak sandwich. I went to subway and they said it was just-eat's fault not theirs! The man who works there asked me if he could see what sandwich I got, opened it, stuck his fingers in the sandwich (without gloves!) and said it wasn't his fault and he wouldn't refund me for the sandwiches and delivery and that I could have the sandwich back! I told him it was disgusting because he stuck his fingers in there and I wouldn't eat it and he was rude and said it wasn't his fault and that he wouldn't do anything about it. I lost my money for the sandwiches, delivery and I don't even have the sandwich from my previous order! You can't even call them! COMPLET SCAM !!!

Breakfast cob and a drink £4.50 yet tried to charge me £5.90 cause j had bacon and sausage. Asked for customer service phone number only to be told there isn't one so you can't. Staff just miserable. Won't be back in a hurry.
